Which superhero stands out to you? Spiderman? Wonder Woman? Batman? Thor? What if the superhero brought pain to people that harmed women in the worst way possible? In Dante’s Fire, that’s exactly what happens with Dante. He has been given a gift that honestly, I wish was real. Dante has been given the gift of fire. Each time a man or men abuse women he marks them, and they are never able to harm another women. To me I think this superpower kicks ass.
Dante has to decided in life that he will never find a spouse or a women to truly love due to his random leaving in the night. He also never lets himself get close to women that are attached. That is until he Selina not only crosses his path when she is mugged, but when she crosses his path daily at Inferno Enterprises.
Selina is a woman that has risen from foster care and made herself successful. She has worked for everything she has accomplished. When she is attacked Dante comes to her rescue. As he helps her heal, lines are crossed, but she feels an internal pull between the man that visits her at night and Daniel, the office mailman.

“Emmett, come in,” Grandaddy says flatly, and I try to resist the urge to giggle. They make their way into the foyer. “Rae will be out in just a minute, but I wanted to talk to you first.”

Last Resort by Kate Roth is a story that will have you begging for more. No joke! I was lucky enough to receive an ARC copy to review, and needless to say on my fight home from Park City I finished it. I do have to say that I thought if this dude beside me looks at my kindle he might blush!
This story is one of fear, anticipation, and finally letting go of what has been haunting Dani for six years. No sex! What happens when someone out of a “fairytale” crosses her path? You get one of the hottest yet sweetest stories yet!
I will have to say that my only disappointment is that I have to wait to see what happens! Honestly, if I could have gotten to Kate Roth from that plane I would have demanded more right then! With that being said, Last Resort is a great read that will leave you wanting more!

Sitting up, I raked a hand through my hair, which had dried into a mess of bedhead waves. The knocking continued and my heart pulsed with excitement knowing deep down it must be Evan. Bouncing over to the door, I looked through the peephole, flinging the door open a little too eagerly when I saw him. “I fell asleep,” I said pitifully.
His eyes were gleaming and without saying anything he gave me a long, dragged out once-over. I glanced down at myself and remembered I’d put on the red satin babydoll nightgown to soothe my skin. Seeing the fire that played behind his eyes as he took me in made the fine hairs on my neck stand at attention. He stepped into me just as he had when he came to kiss me solely because he’d wanted a kiss from me. I backed into the room, my teeth sinking into my bottom lip as I watched the hunger grow in his stare.
Evan was still smiling devilishly when he stepped into my space, making me step back. He was leading us in a dance that moved me straight to the bed where he’d already ravaged me time and again. When my calves hit the edge of the bed, I sank down to sit on the rumpled comforter.
“What are we celebrating?” I breathed.
He tugged his shirt over his head and tossed it near the window. I scanned his firm chest and stomach, sun-kissed and flexing with every breath. My eyes grazed the small script tattoo over his heart, but as he traced his finger from the center of my lips down to the meeting of my breasts, I lost interest in his secret for the night. His finger hooked the slight V of the front of my lingerie, dragging it down before letting it pop back into place over my cleavage.
“That outfit,” he replied.

About Author:
Kirsty Moseley has always been a passionate reader since she was a little girl, devouring books overnight, barely sleeping and paying for it at school the next day. Writing has come similarly to her and once she discovered Wattpad, she finally plucked up the courage to post one of her stories.
