French Spam
Welp, we’ve got French spam now appearing on the blog:
But ann¨¦e derni¨¨re ¨¦tait le renversement de six ann¨¦es de fortunes que l’Espagne a ¨¦t¨¦ battu au premier tour de la Coupe du Monde et a ensuite perdre grands amicaux contre l’Allemagne et la France.
It appears to be a comment about Spain getting knocked out of the World Cup in the first round. The problem is that it was a comment on my joke post about the unexplained increase in the monarch butterfly population.

Surprise!
Surprise! Your gym is closing!
We recently found out that the gym my wife has a membership at is closing via a friend of mine’s post on Facebook. We hadn’t heard from the gym itself at all. No call, no letter, no email. Supposedly an email was sent, but we never saw it. It was closing permanently within a week of the post I saw.
I was just a little surprised. You’d think they’d have made more of an effort to mention this to people enrolled there. Maybe all bets are off once someone decides to close.

How Did I Get On Fish Farming Spam Lists?
I can understand a lot of things. Not horrible many, but a lot. I can understand financial spam comments on here, medical, even flowers. I can understand all of that. It makes sense. This one throws me though:
Lipkin thinks that he may be capable to immunize the tilapia towards the brand new virus by injecting them with a protein found on its surface, thereby coaching their immune programs to recognize the invader before it invades.
How the heck is there fish farming spam comments out there and how the heck did I get targeted for it?

The wife and I went to Tupelo Honey for Valentine’s Day dinner recently because she needed to move our reservation at the original place she wanted to go and they didn’t have the later time. Tupelo Honey had an opening. However, it made me keep mumbling under my breath: “Tupelo Honey? Come home to Florida.”
