I Still Hate The US Bank Mobile App

I still hate the US Bank Mobile app. It still claims that it doesn’t have an email on file for me each and every time I go to make a mobile deposit. I have to enter it again, usually multiple times before it lets me make a mobile deposit. My account has had this same email for years, and they email me on it frequently. Too frequently about stuff I don’t want and not often enough related to mobile deposits without me having to enter it again. Then they keep prompting me to review their app, which I do negatively each time despite the fact I’m sure that I can probably have only one review. I just keep complaining about it here hoping that they see this and get embarrassed that a mobile app for a bank that big has basic function problems.

Plus, I needed a quick post idea for today.
