It is a tool TikTok have released that allows you to see the top ads on TikTok so you can

– Learn how to make good ads
– Get inspiration for your own ads
– See what is making other ads successful

We can also find winning products to dropship

Probably the quickest way to make money from this would be to pick a company you suspect has a decent ad budget, see what ads their competitors are successfully running on TikTok, then offer to do similar for the original company

Explaining Blockchain with the Island of Yap

Amazon Seller fees: 1.8x in 7 years

From a new report on Amazon’s third-party seller fees…

Using a variety of fees, Amazon now pockets a 34 percent cut of the revenue earned by independent sellers on its site, our analysis found. That’s up from 30 percent in 2018, and 19 percent in 2014.

Ouch. That’s almost double the fees in only 7 years

As I wrote in my Amazon FBA primer, the golden age of starting a business on Amazon seems to be long gone. Nowadays much of the low hanging fruit has been picked and you have to operate at a higher level – and often with a big budget – to achieve significant success.

Entrepreneur tricks to keep your mind right

Someone asked on Reddit: What trick or routine do you do to keep your mind right and stop worries and stress to wore you down?

The top answer:

Jump on a train for 4 hours and do 4 hours focused work, spend the night at a hotel, nice meal, go for a swim, good sleep and go for a shop. Then next day train back, 4 more hours work.

Aside from regular exercise, eating clean, and getting good sleep – all of which are fundamental – here are a few other responses that stood out to me…

My default answer to most things is ‘No, I’m busy’ – and I wait to see if they manage to pitch me out of that decision.

I don’t respond to emails quickly. A handful of prospective clients that don’t like that are automatically filtered before we even work together.
