Even if you don’t have the benefit of 10 years of experience like Adam, I’d still advocate tapping your network to start earning online.

He has built up three brands:
Swim UniversityBrew CabinMoney LabCombined, those brands earned Matt $641,852 in 2021, with about 85% of that coming from Swim University 
What’s most impressive to me is how Matt has diversified his income streams, now earning significant $$$ from affiliate marketing, YouTube ads, selling his own digital and physical products, and running a private community.
And he’s done all that with a pretty lean operation.
Plenty to learn from Matt no matter what kind of online business you’re building

Hexomatic Lifetime DealHexomatic is an impressive no-code data extraction and workflow automation tool.
A few weeks back I shared these posts detailing how you can use the software to offer quick Fiverr gigs plus upsells. It’s one of those tools that you can use in a dozen different ways to test out various side hustle ideas, or to automate lots of repetitive tasks in your existing business.
Right now Hexomatic has a lifetime deal on AppSumo for only $98, even though it usually costs $41/month or $490/year!
I use it to monitor changes on webpages I compete with for rankings on Google. That way, if a competitor overtakes me in the rankings for an important keyword, I can see via Hexomatic exactly what changes they made to their page that might have improved their ranking
Reddit, Twitter and Google have all released a 2021 recap of the most popular subreddit posts, business tweets and trending searches, respectively.
Most interesting to me is the Google report, which you can filter by country.

Jesse writes that Judy is known for high standards, determination and a “yes if” culture.
Digging deeper on that last part, it seems the concept originated with Walt Disney…
Walt (Disney) was eternally curious and optimistic … he constantly challenged us to develop new ideas. Frankly, many of his ideas left us wondering, ‘how are we going to do that?’ But, coming up with excuses for why we couldn’t do something was never an option, so we always approached Walt with ‘yes if’ … never ‘no because’.
Love that 
Next time you think something is beyond you, reframe it with a yes if.

$26,000/Month from 70,000 SubscribersBen Chon worked as an investment banker for 3 years, then quit.
Back in January he started a YouTube channel focusing on “tech investing and career videos.”
He’s since pumped out 100+ videos and racked up 71,000 subscribers 
According to a recent interview, he earned $26,000 in November alone…
my revenue comes from YouTube AdSense (the money YouTube pays creators for generating a certain number of views), brand sponsorships, teaching career courses where I work with others on everything from creating their résumés to making their first investments, and my Patreon.
That’s a remarkable amount of income for a channel with “only” 71,000 subscribers.
As Simon Owens notes…
A decade ago, it was possible to have a YouTube channel with 1 million subscribers and still struggle to generate a full-time income. Today, a channel with as few as 70,000 subscribers can generate six figures.
Keep in mind though that Ben’s niche has a higher CPM than most.
Popular creator kills Patreon pageMatt D’Avella is a self-development YouTuber with 3.2 million subscribers and a couple of documentaries on Netflix.
He recently announced that he’s shutting down his Patreon page, which once had as many as 1,954 patrons paying at least $4/month, so about $8k/month revenue at its peak
Paraphrasing Matt’s three reasons for the shut-down:
He felt stretched thin having to create exclusive content for patrons.High churn rate meant he had to promote constantly.Doesn’t need the money, now earning enough from courses and sponsorships.That said, Patreon can still be a great way to monetize: 60 of the Biggest Earners on Patreon (And What They’re Selling)
