Possible Pterodactyl Witnessed Near Kalamazoo, Michigan Cemetery
The witness in Kalamazoo, Michigan was walking around his neighborhood when he hear a loud disturbing screech. He is able to see the shape of a large winged cryptid in the waning twilight, that reminds him of a Pterodactyl.
I recently received the following account:
"Hello Lon,I hadn't thought about this one in many years, but I was just sitting around flitting about the internet when I came upon a page purporting that there have been a huge number of "mothman" sightings around Lake Michigan since 2017, and a not insignificant number prior.
Anyway, I've never actually SEEN the thing. Not a good look at least, but once back in 2009 I was out on an angry walk. You know the kind, struggling with your S/O, definitely not gonna last between you and they royally pissed you off, so you go walk it off. Well I'm hooking left around the corner and just coming up on Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park North at 1717 N Drake Rd, Kalamazoo, MI 49006 when I hear what I at the time immediately took as like a Pterodactyl scream. Since reading these other accounts, I would certainly also describe it as similar to brakes screeching, but like if brakes could feel vast amounts of pain, loneliness, and anger.
It was like it reached into me with that screech and scooped up all the feelings it recognized and relayed that back to me. But I also, in hearing that sound, it was like the resonance of it gave me a picture of the size of the thing. It was absolutely at least twice my size, and I'm a big person. I searched the graveyard with my eyes but it was late and the treeline behind it made it hard to tell what I was looking at. Still, I did make out a rough size of an outline that matched about what I had been thinking before the thing screeched again, this time as if anxious and upset that I was trying to better see it.
I say that because that second screech put in me the instant reaction to not only look away, but I threw my hands up in the air and shouted "Okay! Okay! I'll keep going." Before I heard what I can only describe as enormous wings lifting a large body into the sky. I was far enough away that I wouldn't have felt it and certainly didn't, and it's not like I can definitively say I know what a 400-500 lb winged creature would sound like taking off, but I definitely pieced that information together in an instant.
It felt like it had come to connect and left disappointed yet again that a person tried to investigate it rather than just communicate on its terms? The two screeches were two distinctly emotional cries as I recall. It was as plain as if I found someone in a field shouting at the sky and then they huffed off in frustration after my response was not to their liking. That was what always struck me about it. I love animals and I love people, I love listening to both, but it generally takes me some time with any particular animal before I can understand them in THAT kind of way, where their voice betrays emotion. People can't hide it at all. I am shook just remembering back to those screeches and the CLARITY with which I felt the emotions behind them.

Shapeshifting Canine Cryptids Observed in Pilliga Forest, NSW
2 friends in New South Wales, Australia encountered shapeshifting canine cryptids, that they described as 'werewolves,' as they were walking late at night along the Pilliga Forest.
The following account was recently referred to me:
"Back in 2005, a friend and myself were walking home at about 2 o'clock in the morning, about 6 kilometers across Narrabri, which edges the Pilliga Forest in New South Wales, Australia. We were going from one friend's place to another.We were only about 1 kilometer away from home on about a five hundred meter stretch of of straight road.
We were walking along a sidewalk. My friend was pushing my BMX as we were just talking shit as we usually did where all of a sudden something caught my eye. Two greyhound-like dogs, but larger...probably twice the size.
They ran out of a block of flats and jumped the brick mailboxes on the inside of the footpath on the other side of the road, which stood about three to four feet high. Both of these dogs landed in the middle of the road, then ran in the opposite direction to which we were walking. As they ran further away they grew larger and larger in size.
While they grew larger they seemed to begin to stand up on their hind legs and morph into some large muscular werewolf looking creature and in my mind I could not comprehend what I saw.
These creatures ran around the corner in the exact direction we walked from and about five to ten seconds after they turned the corner we heard what sounded like a female child scream.
At that point we both looked at each other and I could tell he saw what I had seen as he was just about to haul ass and bail on me my on my bike. I jumped on the handlebars and he pedaled like I've never seen before. I don't think he skipped a pedal for the whole rest of the trip home.
When we got home we locked the doors and closed the windows and I asked him to explain exactly what he saw to me and to no surprise it was exactly as I had witnessed.
He was an indigenous Australian, as was his elder brother. We explained the experience to him and he said it was probably a "Yowie" which I believed at the time, but this story is not typical to Yowie sightings in Australia.
Safe to say this scared me to go out at night for quite a while.
We told a few people about the experience afterwards but most of the time people would laugh or joked that we were on drugs or brought up "hairy man" (which is a slang term for a "Yowie") while drinking. I can assure you this was the same thing we told them. This was a completely sober experience.
After the joking and carrying on I pretty much kept this story to myself, only telling a select few people who want to hear paranormal stories. I don't try to convince anyone if it's real or not, they can decide for themselves but. I know what I saw." BB

'O'Hare Mothman' Close Encounter Witness Interviewed
The following information was received by Phantoms & Monsters Fortean Research investigator Manuel Navarette on UFO Clearinghouse. A USPS sorting facility employee at O'Hare International Airport recalls her scary encounter with a tall red-eyed winged humanoid in the parking lot. The following interview was later obtained after the original report was posted at Tall Red-Eyed 'O'Hare Mothman' Close Encounter at USPS Sorting Facility
The witness was at first reluctant to discuss the issues after the initial report, but did finally agree to meet with the UFOCH investigator and recount her encounter on the night of September 24, 2020.
The witness is a 17-year veteran of the USPS and has worked at the O’Hare sorting facility for the last 15 years. She advised that on the night in question, she was walking toward her car after her shift had ended and was checking her text messages on her phone as she made the familiar walk to her vehicle. I asked her if there were other people around to which she answered no, as most of the other employees leave right at shift change and she usually sticks around to take care of the transition.
As the witness walked to the car, she noticed what looked like a very tall man at the far end of the parking lot that she reasonably thought was one of her fellow co-workers. As she walked toward the car, she deactivated the car alarm which automatically turned on the car headlights. The headlights illuminated the person at the other end of the parking lot and it turned toward her revealing a pair of bright red eyes and it spread what looked like a giant pair of wings. When asked how big the wings were, she could not give me a definitive answer but guesstimated that they must have been between 10-12 feet across. The being then began making a series of clicking noises which she described as a cross between a click and a chirping sound. The being then let out a loud metallic screech that she described to the investigator sounded like the brakes on a large truck or train.
The witness then described that it began running toward her in these very long strides at which it took off into the air. When I asked her to describe the being and how it looked or flew she said she did not look up at it as she was too busy flinging the car door open and diving into her car while screaming. The witness stated that she started her car and turned on the interior lights all while trying to keep her wits about her. When the investigator asked her if she saw which way the creature flew away to she advised that, “I didn’t care where it flew off to and I was not gonna stick around to find out.” The witness advised that she left the area in a hurry and did not slow down until she had left the area and had joined the main road and traffic.
The witness was hesitant to elaborate any further and the investigator decided to close the interview and thanked the witness for her time.
It is the investigators opinion that this sighting merits further investigation and that an attempt to reach out to employees of this USPS facility be made to see if any other sightings can be obtained.

Could Winged Cryptids Really Be Harbingers of Bad Luck?
A witness in Little Rock, Arkansas describes her encounters with winged humanoids and cryptid. She believes that it may be the reason for her bad luck in the past.
I received the following information on October 11, 2020:
"I live in Little Rock, Arkansas. I am so glad I found your website. I found it by Googling "large flying thing with 20 foot wings."
Over the years I have stepped outside my home at night, just walking around often to look up at the stars. I love the night sky, and find it beautiful and mysterious.Back in 2017, I went outside after the sunset, around 10 pm. I looked to the south side above my home. I couldn't believe it, but I saw a large winged thing on my roof. It spread its wings and swooped toward me. I couldn't move! I remember its wings were wider than length of my house! It flew around and was gone.
I thought, "what was that?" I only would see it randomly.
Other times, I would come outside around dusk. I would see a black flying thing the size of a hummingbird, swoop around my yard, going extremely fast. Then it would disappear.
Last night, on October 10, 2020, I was sitting at the drive-thru at a Wendy's here in Little Rock, Arkansas. I had ordered food then drove up in the line. I heard someone running near my vehicle, I looked behind me, and saw a dark winged thing flying over back of my vehicle. I looked at the cars behind me, and wondered if anyone else had seen anything, but I didn't get out to ask! This was troubling to me. I thought is this some bad omen taunting me? Because back when I saw this thing around my home, bad things would happen. Bad luck things. Relationship problems, water pipes burst in my house, car problems, sewer backup, lost my job. I got scared, and I'm still scared.
I got holy water, sprinkled it in my yard and burned white sage outside & inside. Praying to GOD for protection! I don't need nothing else bad coming my way. I just got my transmission fixed, and since I saw this large winged monster, my engine light is on!

I then received a follow up email after I answered some of the witness' question:
"The first time I saw the dark flying humanoid was at night after 10 pm, between 2012 - 2017 on my roof. I didn't see its face. I only saw the huge wings, and it wearing a long black coat.
I began seeing a smaller dark winged thing flying around my property. It looked like a large dragonfly. It would show up right after sunset, or dusk. It would fly at high speeds around my porch where I would be sitting. It would fly around for only seconds, and disappeared.
I had not seen it for a while, nor did I tell anyone, or Google it until I saw it Sunday 10-11-2020.
I did experience bad things after I first saw it. I had financial problems and personal relationships ended. Water pipes burst inside the house, my 3 cars broke down. I even lost my job.
When visitors would come by the house, we would get into arguments. Visitors would act strange, like they had an affliction. It would flare up when they got around me, or at my home.
So, I got tired. I sprinkled sulphur and holy water all around my property! Burned white sage into a small burning pit I made. Prayed out loud each day for weeks, months that this thing would, "Get out. Go!"
I have not seen, or sensed this thing for about 9 months. I was feeling better, situations getting lighter. Finances improving. Relationships improving. Fixed my transmissions in my cars. Fixed everything in house that broke!
Saturday October 10, 2020, around 9:30 p.m, I see it near my vehicle while I'm sitting in a drive thru at Wendy's!
So, that's my story. My question to you, from all of the stories you have received from people over the years, what have you come up with? Have you seen the humanoid? Have you experienced anything negative? Do you have a forum that people can discuss or chat about this thing?" CE

It was clear by the mid-1950s that the American government and the military-industrial complex had teamed up to foster a revolution in power and aerospace applications utilizing the forces of anti-gravity. Long-established companies in the United States aircraft and electronic industries were contracted by the Department of Defense to initiate an incredible program to discover the secrets of gravity and create revolutionary new propulsion systems that would mimic the power and maneuverability demonstrated in the ever-elusive flying saucers seen in increasing numbers in our skies. As noted previously, American scientists had come a long way since 1948 and the establishment of the Gravity Research Foundation (GRF) of New Boston, New Hampshire, by the Wall Street wizard and philanthropist, Roger W. Babson, toward unlocking the greatest unsolved mystery of the known universe, the manipulation of the force of anti-gravity. Babson was thoroughly convinced that there must exist a physical mechanism for the propagation of anti-gravity which can be discovered and ultimately controlled. No doubt, this momentous advance would herald a new age in the generation of a tremendous power that could be utilized in transportation and many other fields, even eclipsing atomic power. But most importantly, such a discovery would exercise a tremendous impact in the field of aerospace design, for this is where the problem of fighting the effects of gravity has always been the basic concern.
Fantastic Possibility
Writing in the European edition of the Sunday, 20 November 1955, New York Herald Tribune, military and aviation editor Ansel E. Talbert, made the following comments concerning the potential inherent in the utilization of the force of anti-gravity:
“One almost fantastic possibility is that if gravity can be understood scientifically and negated or neutralized in some relatively inexpensive manner, it will be possible to build aircraft, Earth satellites and even space ships that will move swiftly into outer space, without strain, beyond the pull of the Earth’s gravity field. They would not have to wrench themselves away through the brute force of powerful rockets and through expenditures of expensive chemical fuels.”
Beyond Babson’s GRF, the Herald Tribune military and aviation editor revealed that pure research on gravity was then being conducted in some form at the Institute for Advanced Study and Princeton University, both in Princeton, New Jersey, in addition to the University of Indiana’s School of Advanced Mathematical Studies and the Purdue University Research Foundation, both in West Lafayette, Indiana.
A scientific group from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), which encourages original research in pure and applied science, also felt that it was imperative to attend a seminar of the GRF held in New Boston, New Hampshire, in January 1954, at which Clarence Birdseye, the inventor and industrialist was present. Birdseye gave the world its first packed, quick-frozen foods and laid the foundation for today’s frozen foods industry. Birdseye, seeing eye-to-eye with Babson on the vast potential of anti-gravity, felt that the field might be a fertile ground for the funding of investment opportunities.
And at the beginning of November 1955, the board of trustees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill announced that financing was approved for the establishment of an Institute of Pure Physics, which would primarily carry out theoretical research on the gravity. This initiative was proposed by the university’s president, Dr. Gordon Gray, who once served as Secretary of the Army, Assistant Secretary of Defense and Special Assistant to the President of the United States. People in important places where decidedly interested in moving developments in anti-gravity research along.
Funding Collected
Talbert revealed that the majority of funding to make the institute possible was collected by Agnew H. Bahnson, Jr., an industrialist from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. With the unanimous approval of the board of trustees, the university administration was in the process of making decisions as to the institute’s scope and appropriate personnel. The directorship was offered to Dr. Bryce S. DeWitt of the Radiation Laboratory at the University of California at Berkeley, who also was the author of the GRF’s 1953 award-winning essay, “New Directions for Research in the Theory of Gravitation” (See Part IX of this series). Dr. De Witt accepted the leadership position.
From Keller Venus Files: In 1955, George S. Trimble, Jr., vice president in charge of advanced design planning at Martin Aircraft Corporation, organized the Research Institute for Advanced Study to investigate gravitational effects.
Aviation Companies Onboard
As of November 1955, Talbert learned of the active backing of a general program to try and discover how gravity is propagated by many United States companies in the aviation industry. These included the Glenn L. Martin Company of Baltimore, Maryland, the builders of the nation’s first giant, jet-powered flying boat; Convair of San Diego, California, designers and builders of the huge B-36 intercontinental bomber and the world’s first vertical take-off fighter; Bell Aircraft of Buffalo, New York, builders of the first piloted airplane to fly faster than sound and a “vertical take-off and landing jet plane;” as well as the Sikorsky Division of United Aircraft, pioneer helicopter builders.

Sioux City Entity: A Personal Investigation
The brave victims of this ordeal have allowed me to disclose their story. They have also agreed to have their names made public. This case was presented publicly for the first time during an emotional interview that was broadcast live on Beyond The Edge Radio on June 15th, 2014:
In February 2013, while I was assisting another investigative group, a request for help was received from a family in Sioux City, Iowa. The residents of the family home were twin sisters, Earlina & Sabrina, and their children.
The initial complaint was the '...presence of a dark entity. The dark apparition is seen by my family. It has scratched family members and makes noises. There has been a rotting flesh odor.'
(Sabrina) 'My sister has seen me write unknown words and I'm not aware of it. I also talk in another language, pupils black in color, and also saying extremely bad things toward my children that I would never say consciously.She later added:
At times, TV or radio turn on. We try to come up with an explanation but can’t find one.
Banging on the walls - doors shutting - dishes shaking.
Feeling of not being able to move when lying down (paralyzed), that something was keeping me down. This happened to me and to my son.
The feeling of fear that my daughter feels and the women that she states she saw, wearing a lace dress.
My sister states she feels that she is being attacked spiritually and that it doesn’t like her.'
'At my previous residence - that is where it began. It started getting physical when my daughter was being pulled off the bed while next to me. My niece lived with me for a short time and she experienced some type of sexual touch. She was very emotional about it and frightened her severely.During this period, the twins' mother was living with Sabrina in her residence. Their mother soon experienced symptoms of dementia and was taken to the Mayo Clinic. She didn’t respond to therapy and was placed in a nursing facility where Sabrina worked. The doctors at the facility describe her illness as resembling ‘post traumatic stress disorder.’
There was an extensive amount of doors slamming & cupboards slamming. My sister witnessed a measuring cup come out of the drawer. At the time she was talking about praying or something about ignoring what was happening in the house. Lights would turn on and off. The thermostat would get turned up.
In my son's room and in my room there was a heavy feeling a majority of the time. Knocking coming from the closets and could be heard even in the living room. During one of the meetings with another investigation team, there was a extremely loud bang on the wall that was adjoined to the closet in my son's room. I asked my sister to see if the adjoining neighbor had done something or if anything could have made that noise from outside. The neighbors were eating their dinner but stated they did hear a loud noise. The noise couldn’t be explained and we all knew it came from the same wall (the wall was actually on the other side of the house from the adjoining neighbors). TV's had turned on and off in the house as well.
The crosses that my sister made and put above the doorways had been taken. Overpowering odor of death - my sister had to leave the house because of the terrible odor made her retch, but when we went back down the hallway it was gone.'
Sabrina eventually moved in with Earlina (which was actually across the street). Not long after the move, the activity from the previous house started in the new residence. From what I gathered, as many as 4 paranormal groups, including a priest, attempted to clear the locations.
The sisters were soon contacted through Skype. At the time, I had not read the contact form submitted by Sabrina. All I knew was that the clients lived in Iowa. I was not given an address or information about the situation.
We had a rather short consultation when I sensed that there was an airport or aircraft nearby. I also had a strong feeling of individual spirit energy over a wide area.
I asked the clients if there was an airport located in their area. They responded by saying that the airport was directly across the thoroughfare from their home – approx. 1000 ft away.
Suddenly I sensed some type of air disaster in which many people were killed.
I soon discovered that on July 19, 1989, United Airlines Flight 232, a DC-10, crash-landed at Sioux Gateway Airport in Sioux City, Iowa, after suffering catastrophic failure of its tail-mounted engine, which led to the loss of all flight controls. Of the 296 people on board, 111 died in the accident while 185 survived. 7 of the deaths were children.
After seeing the reference to the accident, I started to remember the events...vividly.
It soon became apparent that the energies I detected were probably from that crash. Eventually, these energies were not the problem, but did contribute to the activity.
For the first few months of the investigation, I was still assisting with the original group. Two remote view sessions were conducted in order to gather evidence. Several conferences were held with the clients.
Unfortunately, Sabrina was still exhibiting extreme bipolar-like behavior. Even though we were on Skype we could still observe her fairly well on the cam. She literally transformed physically; especially her face. Earlina had described Sabrina's activity as well; writing unknown words and talking unknown languages. Her condition was affecting everybody in the house.
We were told that Sabrina’s bedroom was the most active, so we placed the laptop in the middle of the room and directed the camera on an area we were told noises had been heard. Everybody left the room as we watched on Skype. In a 10-minute period we observed the desk light twice fade in and out and the framed picture on the wall move a few inches across the wall. So we were convinced that some type of spirit energy was present.
By April 2013, it was obvious that we were getting nowhere with the case. Activity was occurring day and night. Everybody in the house was experiencing something. Shadows were seen in the hallway, banging on the walls, objects would go missing and items flung across the room. As well as a menacing feeling anytime someone would walk into the house.
I decided to take on the case exclusively while the group worked on other projects. Not long after that, I left the group, but I personally continued to work with the Sioux City clients at their request.
I told the sisters that if they needed me, to contact me at anytime 24/7. I was determined to find the actual cause of the disturbances. I worked one-on-one with Sabrina and Earlina for next 8 months, basically learning all I could about the history of the family and investigating incidents during their lifetime.
One particular incident occurred during this period that suggested to me that this entity was more than just a malevolent earthbound energy. Earlina has reported to me that an inverted 'peace' symbol had manifested on the closet wall in one of bedrooms. It seemed as though it was painted on the drywall, but was impossible scrub off. I instructed her to paint over it after I consulted with a known occultist, who stated that this was a 'sigil' that implied hate and deceit.
The investigative process was very slow and tedious, but eventually some helpful information came forward.
At one period in the sisters’ life, they lived with relatives in Arlington, Texas. I started to research the history of the house (which was built by their grandmother) and the property and discovered a few interesting facts. For whatever reason, the house and property were valued far less than any other house and property in the huge sub-division. The house had several subsequent residents; some had died there. I decided that I needed to conduct a controlled remote view, along with two associates and a monitor.
The session revealed that several rituals had been conducted on the property and that the property also had a stigma attached to it by others in the neighborhood. The location also possessed a deep sense of sorrow and hate. We also felt that there were a lot of lingering issues that revolved around the property. The viewers each reached this conclusion.
I decided not to reveal this information to the clients at the time. I’m glad I didn’t, because Earlina soon asked me if I could determine the fate of her missing aunt. While they were living in Arlington, her aunt disappeared after leaving with some people one afternoon at the house. The last time they saw her was when she got into the car.
I conducted a distant reading a few days later, which I use to discern information while I’m in a heightened perceptive state. It can be described as an extension of my 5 senses. I usually execute these sessions alone. I don’t want anyone accusing me of ‘cold reading’ a client. Though it would be conducted on Skype, voice inflection can still give a reader certain clues. So I just avoid duality as much as possible.
I sensed that the aunt was no longer among the living. Finding a body would require some field work, which I wasn’t in the position to do. This disappearance had weighed heavily on the family for many years. I believe that much of this sorrow, combined with the malevolent energies within the Texas house, seeded something within the sisters.
The clients had moved to Nebraska, then Iowa, where they reside today. Whatever this energy was, it traveled with them; continuing to grow when times were tough and when life seemed out of control.
It became apparent that both Earlina and Sabrina are 'spirit beacons' (they attract spiritual energy). In fact, much of the immediate family are empathic and seem to easily take on the emotions of other family members, even at great distances. I have seen this phenomenon before, but not to the degree that this family exhibited. All of this needed to be taken in consideration when determining the cause of the disturbances.
Earlina is a deeply devout Christian. I truly believe that her faith and confidence allows her to keep this entity at bay, even though she did experience paranormal activity.
On the other hand, Sabrina had more pressing personal issues. By the time 2012 rolled around, this entity had grown to a point where she could no longer control it. It followed her everywhere, even to her workplace.
It was determined, by me and with some consultation with colleagues, that Sabrina had been plagued by a thoughtform entity; a mind created supernatural being. Possibly a poltergeist.
Regardless of what is presented on television and the movies, poltergeist activity is very rare. There are several theories as to what a poltergeist is, but it seems that it always has two relative factors. One would be psychokinesis or PK, which is an ability that allows a person to influence objects or people without physical interaction. The other factor would be malevolency towards the oppressed and those around them. A poltergeist haunting can only be curtailed by the person generating the entity. This involves instruction in how to control emotions and fear as well as avoiding uncontrollable situations.
This is the point where the overwhelming spirit energy at the location comes into play. As a result of the crash of United Airlines Flight 232, there are many wandering spirits in the vicinity, many of which don’t realize that they are no longer part of a living body or remain for other reasons.
Malevolent entities require energy to remain viable. If they cannot feed on human emotion and life force, then they need to look elsewhere. Earthbound spirits are fodder for stronger entities and this was the reason it became so difficult to weaken this troublesome entity.
I instructed Earlina on how to form a barrier around the residence in order to keep earthbound spirits out of the house. We were starting to see a change and a lessening of the activity.
Sabrina still has an attachment with her, but she has moved out of her sister’s home and has moved in with her fiancé. As well, she is no longer living near the airport and the mass of earthbound energies. The degree of her torment has significantly lessened. I continue to provide support, which includes guidance and instruction.
Aftercare can be a long-term commitment in certain cases. These services are provided at no cost. I only ask that the client have an open mind, the discipline to follow my recommendations and to remain positive, which is imperative in order to resolve their problem.
NOTE: After working with these clients for over 7 years, I still keep in close contact with them. The children have exhibited PK abilities and are, mostly likely, developing mediums. They are both still minors, but have been attracting spirit energy since they were very young. I have been working with them individually as well, in order to help them understand why they 'see' and sense occasional entities. As a result of my extended association with the clients, we all consider ourselves as family. Lon

Bizarre Humanoid Encounter on Private Property Near Skinwalker Ranch
Two friends decide to travel to Duchesne County, Utah in order to get away from the city. Little did they know what was waiting for them.
The following account was recently forwarded to me:
"I've lived in Salt Lake City, Utah all of my life. I live in the city but I love the outdoors. During the summer I'm always out hiking with friends or fishing and camping. It's the thing to do. One of my best friends Jack, would always talk to me about his father's property out in Duchesne, UT. They had a few acres with trailers and RV's scattered around this little sandy cliffside that they lived next to that would actually drop you down into Indian Canyon if you were brave enough to trek. He would always tell me about the freedom they had out there. You could go shooting wherever you wanted and do practically anything you wanted.
So in 2017, Jack invited me to go out to his father's property with him. I was really excited to go since I had never actually been out toward Duchesne. The drive there from SLC is about 2 hours, so it's a decent drive. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see his property was exactly as he explained it to me. I loved it and couldn't wait to get out and explore.
We were there for four days just having a ton of fun target shooting and hunting rabbits and snakes. But the last night we were there some really, and I mean really weird sh*t happened to us and I still can not explain to anyone exactly what happened and what I saw. We really just thought we were going on a little vacation to get away from everything, then we would be home and that was that. Yeah...I wrong.
So that last night we were there Jack, his father and I had been drinking and playing poker. We were just having a fun time when Jack and I decide to head up to a trailer where we could just hang out together and reminisce about the old days. We get to the trailer, he has his AK-47 and I'm holding on to his sawed off shotgun. Jack decides to call his girlfriend back in Salt Lake City to see how she was doing and I didn't think anything of it at all until, for some reason while they were on the phone, she had brought up the subject of a Skinwalker. Here we are out in the middle of nowhere and kind of getting creeped out. We told her to cut it out and quit trying to scare us because we had this dumb belief that if you even mentioned a Skinwalker that you would just be stalked by it, even though we knew that they're just myths.
As Jack is speaking with his girlfriend on the phone I'm laying on this half sofa right next to the wide open window on the right side of the trailer. As I look out into the dark I swear to God I was seeing what looked like a person in the distant shrubbery and small trees walking back and forth almost trying to conceal themselves, but not doing a very good job. At this point I tell Jack what I'm seeing and he starts to worry his girlfriend because she's hearing us talk out loud about how we think we're being watched (again this was right after the mentioning of a Wendigo).
Jack gets off the phone with his girlfriend and just now reminds me that the trailer we were in did not have a lock on it. I'm like, 'let's get the f*ck out of here or at least get to a trailer we can lock'. As I'm saying this I notice that the figure had gotten closer to the trailer and I got a better look at "who" or "what" it was. One thing that I saw that I literally have burned into my brain was the things neck. It was way too long to be a normal human. It stretched out and almost caused its head to bob around like a weight on top of a loose spring. Jack wasn't against leaving but mentioned that we would have to go outside where this 'thing' was if we wanted to get anywhere. So we made a very difficult choice.
We only had a small electric lantern that would only illuminate about five or six feet in front of us as we're standing back to back with our weapons in hand literally ready to shoot anything that gets close to us. We just stood back to back and circled around and around as we walked to the other trailer that was about fifty yards away, and during that time we were hysterical. We didn't hear any footsteps following us or anything moving in the distance as we slowly but surely go to the other trailer. This is when this story gets bizarre and still makes me sick just thinking about it.
We finally got to the other trailer that had a lock and we got in and we tried to be as silent as we could. We didn't even want to risk looking out the windows or moving the curtains to give away where we were a t(even though they definitely knew where we were).
About an hour passes and we think we're in the clear. But the next thing we know we are looking at the shadow of this thing or person standing directly in front of the moonlight in front of the curtained window. it was standing completely still, no movement whatsoever. At this point we are about to panic, but as soon as it was there it was gone. We didn't see it move and didn't hear it or anything. We just looked back after a second and it was gone.
The oddest thing happened after this though, I started to hear a pig. Like it was in its pen oinking up a storm and I turned to Jack to ask him if he was hearing the same thing I was. Then we hear this weird disembodied voice come from outside the trailer "OINK!" Not like a pig but a person, but this voice was sinister. Almost like they wanted us to know they knew we were afraid and it was said mockingly. I don't know if this really was just some guy in a weird get up just going around and terrorizing random people's properties or if it really was something else. I have no clue, but I never want to go back out there to find out." TY
NOTE: This location is near the Uintah Reservation, the Uintah Basin and Skinwalker Ranch. Did these guys encounter an actual Skinwalker or another unexplained entity? Lon
