Happy Dance!

Yippee!!! I never thought I would be so happy to see those old crappy pages again. I managed to find a backup from before I redid the website. Hostgator restored it to its former @$%&yness. Thank you guys! There is lots of work to be done–again. But at least I’m not starting over from scratch.

I Look Like Rocky from Mask

Okay, so not really but it’s still not cool. Got a CAT scan, two IV’s and a new sensation out of the deal though. If you’ve had a CAT scan you’ll know what I’m talking about. When they inject the dye, you get very warm in very specific spots. It’s weird. There must have been left over dye still in the IV because when the nurse gave me the antibiotics I got prickling in the same spot. It felt like when you try to move your foot after it’s fallen asleep. Only it wasn’t my FOOT! I never want to feel that again. I damn near jumped off the gurney. Afterward, the nurse and I had a good laugh about it. The doctor stuck his head in to see what was going on. I told him we were having adventures. He must have decided he didn’t really want to know, he left. Chicken!

Back in the Saddle

Hey everybody! I know it’s been a while. Truth to tell, I was stuck for a couple of months. Not anymore though. One of my daughters helped me out of the hole and I’m back at it again. The new website is up and running as well. It looks great! AND… I posted an excerpt from Ring of Truth. It includes a poem, the prologue and chapters 1 and 2. I hope you enjoy it.
