It was fun and games this afternoon as Spiderman met Santa, at the Haskayne Village Hall Craft Fayre.

Southport Crafts,Arts and Preloved Items Fayre held a festive event today at St John Stone ParishHall.

Tomorrow (10th December) we are in Haskayne… 
Haskayne Village Hall, 109 School Lane, Downholland, Ormskirk L39 4JE.

Open to public from 11am to 3pm, 

Sunday 10th December 'our festive Yuletide fayre' with special guest: Spiderman from 12.00pm to 12.20pm. Santa will also be there plus a face painter, Rachel from Faces that Sparkle.

Two Xmas fayres this coming weekend in Southport and Haskayne.

 

Woodvale and also Haskayne see fayres this weekend.

Special guests in red suits (Santa and Spiderman ) will be popping in.  

The Woodvale Fayre 

Our new event venue in Woodvale (St John Stone parish hall), kicks off to a great start this Saturday with a Festive Fayre! 

The fayre opens at 10.30am until 2.00pm. 

Access to the fayre is behind the church and Sandbrook Road shops (chip shop), through the car park at the rear. See map below. 

We have SANTA joining us from 12.00pm to 1.00pm so come along an...

Festive fun today at the Methodist Church Hall in Ainsdale.

The Ainsdale in Bloom,Village Bloomers and the Asthma + Lung Charity UK both had fundraising stalls at the fayre.

Join us in the 'Brand New' up and coming Craft Fayre in Woodvale

Stallholders with insurance required now for a brand new craft fayre, starting Saturday 9th December.

The venue is indoor with a large car park.

The Southport Hesketh Round Table Santa and his elves were spotted delighting the crowds in Ainsdale tonight.

It was chillystart to the Birkdale Fayre yesterday, but visitors received a warm welcome from Merlin, the wonderful Shetland Pony.

Merlin is coming to the Xmas Fayre

 

This Saturday marks our Xmas fayre at Liverpool Road Methodist Church, (Red Brick) in Birkdale. 

We open to the public at 2.00pm to 5.00pm, free admission.

We have amazing stalls with handmade crafts to purchase, plus preloved items. Laura our face painter from Ellis’s Fantasy Face Painting and Bobble Braids will also be there. 

We have Woodlands Animal Sanctuary with their fundraising stall, and their special Shetland pony pal, Merlin coming along to support them.

Southport's River Rotten

 Drivers could have been forgiven for thinking that the town had suddenly sprung a new river today.

Vehicles were forced to navigate the flooding in Rotten Row.
