The first of my cosmic horror novels

For the first of my cosmic horror novels, I originally intended to include over 30 drawings, but I ultimately opted for far fewer since the full splash pages took considerable time to illustrate. I increasingly perceived the work as a novel, rather than merely a text-heavy graphic novel. One initial drawing depicting an alien ship in a bunker is a remnant from the graphic novel version I pitched to DC Comics in 1998. I am running a crowdfunding campaign to help market my whole cosmic horror series-you can check that out here

Cover for my new anthology

I’m debating which of these two paintings to use as the back cover for my new anthology. The first one was used as the cover for an obscure indie magazine in 2014, the other was never used.
The smaller image on the bottom will be the front cover.

Former NASA engineer turned writer is featured in my new podcast with Alan Smale. In it, he discusses his alternative history books and current sci-fi series.
