Book tour and Guest Post: How tragedy birthed Triumph. Empty Womb Emty Tomb by Quiana E. Johnson, #inspirational #nonfiction #memoir

Beware the Procrastination DemonsAll of us have experienced procrastination in some form in our life. We have procrastinated in our academics studying the day before an exam. We may have procrastinated in confronting a loved one who may have offended us and sometimes we have procrastinated in completing a project at our job. In every case, all procrastination has led to frustration and stress and creates an environment where your best work is not presented in excellence. There is something about time that grants you the space to be more creative and thoughtful. As a writer, you must beware of the procrastination demons. I call them demons because they are initially external forces that interrupt our life and they have the capacity to hinder the greatest writers from being released. Let’s talk about two things these demons use to have you procrastinate from finishing and publishing your writing project. One of the things that procrastination demons will use is busyness. You have to provide continual care to grandma, your dad is sick, you have three kids in three different sports, you work more than 8 hours a day and have a family at home, you signed up to plan the baby shower, you….go head and fill in the blank. If your life has more demands than the time you have, you will always put your writing project to the side because everything else will seem more important to do.Fear is another element that these demons will use. Sometimes our family members do not support our vision as a writer because they have their own thoughts about what we should be. Sometimes, we look at our finances and realize we do not have the investment to fund the writing project. Other times, we have our own insecurities and rejections about our self that stems from childhood that compounds the fear already present in our life. Therefore, we will procrastinate on the project and put it aside for another day. At this point, we have just devalued the project. I personally have had to vow to myself that I am an author that writes books that should be read and I must commit some small measure of time every day in order to accomplish this task. If we do not take our vision to write seriously, who else will? Who will benefit from a book unwritten or unpublished due to our lack of time management or emotional setbacks? Write the book and cast out them demons.

Ancient Danger by Jo-Ann Carson Series: Mata Hari, #3Genre: Romantic Suspense
Cover Designer: Nina FrenchRelease Date: April 1, 2015

A single woman — A complicated life
International, super-model Sadie Stewart meets her Dutch lover, Sebastian Wilde, in Venice to celebrate their six month anniversary. But having lived a double life as a CIA operative for ten years, her life is never simple.
During a costume ball in an ancient Venetian palace, an assassin tries to kill her. As a result Sebastian gets ridiculously, over-protective, which drives her crazy. Her old boss offers to help her, but wants something in return.
Bakari al-Sharif, an arms-dealer with an insatiable thirst for power, is planning to steal King Tutankhamen’s scarab from Highclere castle near London. Sadie is the only person who has ever gotten close to al-Sharif and lived. The CIA wants her to stop him.
Or at least that’s what they say. When it comes to the world of espionage, the true motivation of the players is never clear.
Can Sadie return to the life of a spook and maintain a relationship with Sebastian? Can she nail the arms-dealer? And why did the masked man try to kill her?
Life is complicated for Sadie Stewart.
A cross between Indiana Jones and Covert Affairs

Introduction to the heroine:
Stifling the desire to scream, Sadie stood on top of the fourteenth-century Venetian palazzo looking out over the lagoon and its islands. No point risking the lives of others. She took a deep breath of the salty air blowing in off the Adriatic Sea. The red-tiled rooftops, round domes and cathedral spires of the ancient city spread to the west. For hundreds of years noblemen had used this perch to watch the arrival of merchant ships from the Orient with their exotic wares. Now it had become her trap.
Below, an opera singer in the bow of a gondola serenaded young lovers nestled inside, while the gondolier at the stern in his blue and white striped shirt navigated the still night waters. Venice, a city steeped in history and secrets, a place where anything could happen in a heartbeat and did; a sanctuary for people like her who wanted to disappear…
* * * * * * * * * *
Introduction to the two bad guys:
Bakari assessed people with speed and precision. In his business an accurate understanding of people was a matter of life and death. Khalid had a Frankenstein look about him, like a man not fully grown into himself, a man who could be dangerous, a shell waiting for its heart. Daring, possibly unstable, but surely not as dangerous as Djeserit had claimed.
Suspicion played across the light in the young man’s eyes and he leaned his lanky body back in his chair. “My name is Khalid Badru. Do I know you?”
The words hit Bakari like a thousand grenades, unleashing a toxic mixture of regret and anger within. “Not yet.”
Maybe he should have just had him killed, as his brother had suggested. No. That wouldn’t be right. If anyone killed this man, it would have to be him. But the man was barely more than a boy. A boy with his blood. Bakari wanted to give him a chance.

“Sylvia was right. You are not the type of woman I have usually dated.” I started to turn away again, but he wouldn’t let me.
“Yes, they were beautiful,” he continued, “but only on the outside. They were shallow, selfish, and greedy. Their biggest interests were acquiring more clothes and jewelry and finding ways to get me to buy it for them. They wouldn’t dare dirty themselves playing with children or cooking or cleaning up messes. And they sure as hell couldn’t have thrown darts without breaking a nail.” He smirked at his last comment.
He pushed my hair away from my face and tucked it behind my ear. “You, on the other hand, are the most stunning woman I have ever known. I love to run my hands through your thick, silky hair. I love to hold your soft, sweet curves against my body.” He paused and brushed a finger across my lips. “Your smile is pure sunshine and your beautiful eyes hold me captive and seem to see into my soul, seeing the real me and not just what I have to offer. You amaze me at how kind you are to other people and how much you enjoy giving of yourself.”
He leaned his forehead against mine and continued in a soft, gruff voice. “So, you see, Mikayla, Sylvia was right. You are not the type of woman I usually date, and it’s really more that I am not worthy of you.” I was unable to look away from the adoration I saw as he looked back at me. My heart pounded so hard I was surprised my shirt didn’t pulse outward with each beat.
“I can’t even begin to imagine why you haven’t been snapped up by some other lucky bastard, but I thank God you weren’t. I want you, Mikayla. So I don’t ever, ever want to hear you put yourself down again and wonder why I want to be with you.”
TRUE NORTH
The woman finished placing her order and waited patiently at the bar, casting her long lashes down as if she were uncomfortable with all the people surrounding her, especially the drunken idiots sitting at the bar next to her. The guy closest to the end leaned backward as he laughed hard at something his buddy said. I watched in disgust as he lost his balance and began to fall sideways off his stool. In the process, he slammed into the beauty standing next to him, causing her to lose her balance. She reached out to try to grab onto something, but her flailing arms found nothing but air.
Instinctively, I reached out and caught her around the waist and pulled her toward me and away from him. She was such a light little thing I inadvertently lifted her onto my lap. She landed on my thighs with a little ‘umph’ as she grabbed my waist for balance. Unable to help myself, I inhaled her sweet scent - almost like vanilla with a touch of cinnamon; not like that strong, sense-clogging perfume used by so many of the women I knew.
“Whoa, you okay there?” I asked her.
“Oh, my gosh! I’m so sorry…” She stopped talking as our eyes met for the first time. Or at least I didn’t hear anything else. Her voice was almost like honey, soothing and quiet, calming my tired soul like a comfortable blanket. My mind went blank when I looked into her beautiful hazel eyes. There was no hidden agenda in the green and gold specks that broke up a warm brown, just a genuine look of gratitude alongside a certain wariness. Wearing a dark blue pair of jeans and a white button down shirt, she was much more modestly dressed than the blonde I’d sized up of a few moments ago. A sparkly pink scarf decorated her neck hinting that beneath the conservative exterior there was a spark of playfulness. To me, she was much more attractive for leaving something to the imagination, although pressed against me as she was, I didn’t need to imagine the full curves underneath those clothes.
Her eyes darted across my face and she appeared to be appraising me as well. She focused on my eyes as though she could see into me if she looked hard enough. Her look drew me in. I wanted to pull her closer and go ahead and let her see inside, feeling as if she could soothe all the pain and anger I tried to keep locked up. At the same time, I wanted to hold and protect her from whatever caused that look of caution, almost fear, that abounded in her eyes.
What the hell just happened to me? I had never had these thoughts before. She noticed my intense gaze and her cheeks began to turn the cutest shade of pink. I couldn’t remember the last time I’d seen a woman blush; usually they were so forward I was the one who was embarrassed for them.
“Thank you for catching me,” she said. “That might have ended badly otherwise.”
My mind snapped back to attention when she began to push off of me. I doubt she noticed, but her second hand had settled on my crotch when she landed in my lap, and the gentle pressure she was asserting had it starting to rise and twitch in anticipation of more.
I grabbed her wrist gently. “I’m afraid I’m going to have to ask you not to push too hard there.”
She tilted her head sideways, not immediately understanding my words until I gestured with my eyes at our hands. I knew the instant she figured it out because her pink cheeks turned bright red and she jerked her hand away.
“Oh,” she gasped. “I…I’m so, so sorry!” she said as she carefully crawled off me.
“Trust me, it was my pleasure,” I teased, glancing at my lap.

Release Tour: Love & Light by Michele Shriver. Can there be light after darkness? Will love blossom? #Romance #NewAdult #Contemporary

Kori Walsh knows plenty about the darkness in the world. After watching her mother succumb to illness, Kori sunk into a deep depression that she can’t seem to snap out of, no matter who tries to help her.
As the star pitcher on his college baseball team, Landon Grayson is enjoying life as a big man on campus, and all of the perks that come with it. He has plenty of girls vying for his attention, so why is he drawn to the moody, sullen girl who claims not to be interested but still keeps showing up to watch practice every day?
As he gets to know Kori, Landon is struck by how much they have in common and he sets out to cheer her up. Can Landon show Kori that there is light after darkness, and if he does, will love blossom?

Chapter One
~Landon~
Practice ends, and she’s sitting there on the bleachers, alone, watching. The girl with the reddish-blond hair. I’ve seen her before. She’s in my Psychology class, but I’ve never talked to her. She always sits in the back of the room and is one of the first people to leave when class is over. She keeps to herself and walks with her head down, as if she doesn’t want to bother with anyone else.

Instead of heading straight to the locker room to shower and change, I decide to stop by the bleachers. “Hi there,” I say.
She glances up, and I notice her eyes are green, a nice complement to the red of her hair and I wonder if she’s of Irish descent. “Hi.” She doesn’t smile.
“Are you a baseball fan?” I ask her, something that automatically earns anyone points with me.
She gives a shrug of her shoulders. “Not really. Why?”
“Just curious. I saw you watching practice the last few days, so I thought maybe you were a fan.” I give her a sheepish smile. “It’s nice to see someone out here. We don’t exactly get a lot of people to practice, as you might have noticed.” I gesture at the empty bleachers. “Especially since we just moved outside.” The snow may be gone, but it’s still not very warm, and I’m not sure a lot of people on campus even realize that we’re practicing at Panther Park now.
“I’m here because it’s something to do,” she says, “and my doctor tells me fresh air is good for me. He says it will make me feel better.” She laughs a little, and it’s a laugh that makes me think she doesn’t believe her doctor’s claim.
“Are you sick?” I ask.
“Not physically.”
The answer catches me off guard and all I manage to say is, “Oh.”
For the first time, her lips twitch in the slightest hint of a smile. “Have I scared you away now?”
“Do you see me running?” I counter. It will take more than that to scare me off. I happen to know a thing or two about depression, and not just because my stepmom is a shrink.
“Maybe you should,” she says.
“Maybe.” I shrug, unconvinced. The thing is, she’s just intrigued me even more. “I hope you keep coming to practice,” I tell her. “Or maybe a game sometime. We’re off to a good start this season.” I set my gym bag down on the ground and extend my hand. “My name’s Landon, by the way. I’m a pitcher.”
She makes no move to shake my hand. “I don’t recall asking.”
And, just like that, I’m shot down. I may be pretty good at baseball, but it doesn’t mean I’m smooth with women. “No, I guess you didn’t.” I pick up my bag and sling it over my shoulder. “Maybe I’ll see you around,” I add before I turn and walk away.
I’ve gone about ten feet when I hear her call something out to me.
I turn back around. “Excuse me?”
“My name,” she says. “It’s Korinne, but most people call me Kori.”
“Kori,” I repeat, liking the way it sounds on my lips. “Thank you. Hopefully I’ll see you tomorrow, Kori.” I give a little fist pump as I run to the locker room.
~Kori~
I watch him jog away, and I wonder what he’s thinking. Is he happy he scored my name from our conversation, or does he think I’m a freak? I’m not sure why I gave it to him, other than it seemed like the polite thing to do. He’s cute and all, but I don’t want to send the wrong message. I don’t date jocks. I don’t want to date anyone right now.

I can’t try to end it, though. I won’t. It would be selfish and cowardly, especially after watching my mother fight for every last day on this earth. Even when she was in so much pain she could barely stand it, or was so weak she couldn’t get out of bed, she never gave up the fight. For that reason, I won’t give up either, even though it’s hard for me to enjoy anything since she’s been gone.
Maybe someday I will find enjoyment again. Maybe it will even be watching baseball.
I look around the empty bleachers, picturing them full of spectators on game day, cheering the players on. Landon said I should go to a game, but that seems like too much, too soon. Crowds? Cheering? People having fun? Definitely not my thing.
Practice, though, I think I can handle, and maybe I’ll have a friend in this guy, Landon. Maybe this is where it will start. The healing.
It’s hard to actually believe that, but I’ll be back again tomorrow anyway.

Dylan usually gets what he wants…except for Nicoletta.
Resident bad boy and wilderness guide Dylan Harper lives life on his own terms, until one fateful night when an accident leaves him broken and rethinking his life. The man with one regret will come face to face with it when he least expects to. The only girl to tell him no, Nicoletta Ballas, is hired to help him with his recovery and is the only one who could destroy his heart and soul.
Nicoletta seems to always choose what isn’t good for her
Widowed nurse Nicoletta Ballas comes home after college, a disastrous marriage, and working for three years on a cruise ship. She is immediately thrown into the world she had run from when she left for nursing school at 18. Bad boy Dylan Harper was her childhood best friend but his promiscuity came between them. As they begin to reconnect, they are faced with a mysterious piece of her past that she thought was dead and buried. They and their love may or may not survive the pure evil that haunts her.
“This place hasn’t changed a bit,” Nicoletta said as they were seated by the front window. “We even got our old table.”
“How many times did we sit here?” Dylan asked thoughtfully. “Hundreds, if not thousands.”
“Good memories,” Nic said, her eyes dreamy. “I’m getting chili fries!”
“That’s not a healthy breakfast,” Dylan protested. A moment later, his head dropped to his chest. “God I’ve become my mother.”
“Nah,” she replied with a wink. “She thinks with her head. Are you getting an omelet? We could share.”
“They do still have the best omelets,” he said in response. “If we’re sharing, what kind she would we get?”
“Ham, mushrooms and Swiss sounds good to me,” she said, licking her lips.
“At least your taste in eggs and salad dressings hasn’t changed.” It was left unsaid which of her other tastes he thought may have evolved into something new.
Their server soon arrived and took their order. Her eyebrow raised at the mention of chili fries, but she just shrugged and headed to the kitchen to deliver the request.
“Man, getting out of the apartment kicked my ass,” Dylan complained with a yawn. “I can hardly wait to go back up the stairs.”
“I’ll be there to help you up,” Nic replied, chuckling. “If you’ll stop being stubborn and let me.” As she turned to look out the window her face suddenly dropped. “It can’t be.”
“What’s wrong, Nic?” Dylan asked concerned. He turned and looked out the window too. “What did you see?”
“Not what, who,” she replied, her body shaking. “I swore I just saw Vince.”
“I thought he was…umm…dead,” Dylan said. “It couldn’t have been him.” He was confused, shouldn’t she have been excited at the prospect of seeing her late husband? The look on her face at that exact moment bordered on terror.
With a low, shallow breath, she looked back at him. “I know, but the man looked so much like him,” she replied. “Well, with lighter hair and wearing sunglasses.”
“It was probably just someone else who looks similar,” Dylan said, caressing her trembling hand. “People say I look a lot like Tom Welling.”
Nicoletta giggled and the terror spell was broken. “Dylan, you’re no Superman.”
“The lady thinks she’s funny,” he replied with a smirk. “But looks aren’t everything.”
Nicoletta replied by sticking her tongue out and telling him he was number one with a gesture of her hand. Dylan laughed and returned the gesture with both hands.
“You’re number eleven since you have two holes,” he whispered across the table. He looked away from her and started to drink his coffee.
“Yeah, but I only like to have one filled,” she replied. “And it’s not the one you are thinking.”
Coffee spewed from Dylan’s mouth as he choked. While he sat there, sputtering, Nicoletta couldn’t help but laugh at her friend. Shocking him had always been one of her favorite pastimes.
After a moment, Dylan was able to breathe normally and stared at her serious expression. She either has one hell of a poker face, or…
“What’s wrong, Dylan?” she asked in a sweet innocent voice. “Been drinking long?”
His head fell back against the seat. “What has my mother gotten me into?”
“Not any of my holes,” Nic said smiling. Dylan’s head snapped up and his eyes slowly closed, his head dropping to his chest. Nicoletta then mouthed the word… ‘yet’.

JJ Ellis is first and foremost a mom to five kids, four girls and one boy, ranging in age from 4-19. After that, she is a physically limited wife, blogger and now an author. She holds a degree in Communication Studies (Public Relations) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas but never thought she would chose writing as a career, especially at the age of 42. She once wanted to be a publicist in the entertainment industry, but never a writer. Then one day when she was in her mid thirties she was going through what can only be described as an early 'midlife crisis' and ideas just started to come to her and she felt compelled to write them down. She finished her first book relatively quickly, but life got in the way and it took her eight years to revisit it and then publish her first novel. She can honestly say that now she is finally right where she wants to be.
JJ has been married to her college sweetheart (and romance novel hero) for twenty years and they reside in Casper, WY with their kids and one crazy mutt named Kreuger. She enjoys reading, writing, blogging, computing, and graphic design. She will try anything that will allow her creativity to be released.

Release Day Blitz: Baubles and Beads by Cherime MacFarlane. #Romance #Giveaway Novels

Della Street Jones is everyone’s ‘good little girl’ and is tired of the label. Munk Riley is the skinny little thief she shared her lunch with until the family left the Copper Basin. Riley, caught by the Jones family, is given a chance to redeem himself and earns a diesel mechanic certification. All Munk wants is to marry Della and have all the things denied him growing up the only child of an alcoholic mother.
Taking a job without telling her, causes a blow out between them. Embarrassed, Della takes a live-in position at a remote lodge. She finds something that causes her to send an SOS to her family to get her out. Munk will do anything to get her back where she belongs. But does Della belong where everyone else thinks she does? Can they get out without waking the man who controls the underbelly of Alaska?

A tiny little twitch upward at the corners of her mouth at that statement made him groan. "Just this once in my life I want to have something start right. I want it to go the way it's supposed to. I want a preacher to say the words over us, then he'll tell us to kiss and I can take you home and make love to my wife all night long."
Letting go of her arms, Munk watched as she crossed both arms over her chest. "It's because of your mother. That's the reason you want to wait?"
Running both hands through his hair, he looked down at his shoes. "Partially, I guess. Ya, I've screwed other girls. I didn't think I had a hope in hell of winding up with you. After I figured out there might be a chance, I haven't been with another woman. I want it to be right. I want us to be shiny and bright like that bracelet is now, not like it's going to be when it tarnishes."
Her bare feet shuffled closer to him and Munk found his head pillowed against her chest. "I'm so sorry, love. I didn't understand. We'll do it your way. I don't want you to ever feel that way again."
Without thinking about it, his arms went around her. "What way?" he whispered.
"Like you don't matter. Like you're not good enough." Long, delicate fingers combed through his hair. The scent of her rose into his nostrils and he was almost in heaven. "You are a good man and I love you, Munro Lowell Riley. I love everything about you. But, can we at least get married as soon as this miserable job is over? Please?"
Pulling slightly backward, he looked up to find her face turned toward him. "If you get out of this dive. If we go to Palmer on your day off, we can get the damn license and swear to God, the day after I'm away from here we can get married. You can stay in the cabin and set the whole thing up. Have it at the Great grans’ place. I don't care who you invite, but the minute the ceremony is over, we're gone."
"But how are we going to get out of here? You don't have your truck, do you?"
"I'll get us out of here. Let me handle that. How about you tell me what brought this sex thing on? We've never had this come up before."
Della held his head in both hands and kissed him sweetly on the lips, then the forehead, before tugging him against her chest. "I had a dream. I had to go take a shower after it was over."
Breaking away from her, he stood and pushed her hair behind her ears. "You mean like a wet dream. You got hot for me?"
Cheeks flooding with color, Della nodded. "Yes. And I got tired of being everybody's good little girl. I asked Sandy about it and she told me guys like blowjobs."
The color in her cheeks deepened. "She said I was asking the wrong person 'cause she's into girls. And Sandy said I was a hottie."
"She didn't do anything, did she?"
"No. She said she wasn't a cheat and she has a partner at home. But she said a threesome might be fun."
The look on Della's face was so serious, Munk had a hard time holding in a laugh. "Okay, as long as she keeps her hands to herself, we're good."
Taking her wrists in his hands, Munk slowly backed Della toward the bed. "What did you do in the shower, Della? How did you fix it?"

Although born in New Orleans, I am proud to call myself an Alaskan. I have lived here since 1977. I have seen -40 degrees, hauled water, made bear bacon and I live in a cabin. I have used a fishwheel to catch salmon coming up the Copper River. I was my second husband's chief mechanic's helper and roadie. I have cut firewood on shares. I worked as a cocktail waitress during pipeline days in a small lodge on the Richardson Highway.
My second husband, a Scot from Glasgow, was the love of my life. When I write Scots dialect, I personally experienced hearing it from my in laws. When my husband got on the phone to Scotland, after 5 seconds I could barely understand a word.
We moved to Wasilla to get warm. It barely drops past -25 degrees here in the winter. I became a paralegal and worked for over 26 years for the same firm.
Alaska is my home. I never thought I would love it so much, I never want to leave. The beauty of Alaska is a draw I cannot resist. I love the people and the history. I have been captured by a place I came to under duress. Life does play some interesting tricks on one. My love and I were not apart more than 24 hours for 20 plus years. I never wanted to be anywhere but with him. He was a man to run the river with and was my biggest fan.

Book Review: Fevers by Joel Homer. FEVERS is a novel unlike any you have ever read. Exotic adventure, white knuckled suspense, torrid romance, and a haunting portrait of three damaged individuals
Fevers by Joel Homer:
Now for the sad news. Joel Homer died in 2003. His wife and son made 'Fevers' into an ebook in April, 2014. They have have always dreamed of getting this book to readers and willful Joel's last wish. 'Fevers' would be rated R if it were a movie, mostly for violence.
Publisher-ebook: Zac Homer, (April 20, 2014)Publisher-Print: Bantam
Category: Action/Adventure, Suspense/Thriller, Some Romance
Available in: Print & ebook, 261 Pages
FEVERS is a novel unlike any you have ever read. Exotic adventure, white knuckled suspense, torrid romance, and a haunting portrait of three damaged individuals - one man who has turned beast, one who must confront the beast within himself, and the woman torn between them.
Rio de Janeiro. 1984.
There are rumors that somewhere deep in the steamy rainforest of the Amazon a man, once civilized, is hiding in green shadows. To the primitive Brazilian Indios, he is considered their long-awaited "pale-skinned messiah." Others believe he is an evil god with powers to stir the native masses to a frenzied, killing pitch. And others suspect he might be Michael Fevers.
Into the lush tropics comes a troubled American, rebellious journalist, embittered Vietnam vet, desperate soldier of fortune. William Straw, who soon forms an uneasy alliance with a beautiful anthropologist, continues his tortured upriver journey-from jungle shantytown to opulent plantation, from explosive passion to brutal murder. Whether he is pursuing a story, an adventure, or a chance to finally exorcise his own inner demons, nothing will prepare William Straw for the sudden violence and bizarre cruelty of the one who is waiting ahead -- Michael Fevers.Praise for 'Fevers' by Joel Homer:"Very engrossing novel. It felt a bit like reading a modern version of Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness. The plot moves quickly and smoothly. The excitement never ends."-Gerald Loev, Amazon ReviewerAbout Joel Homer:
Joel Homer was raised in Greenwich Village, attended New York University and was a medal-winning veteran from the Vietnam war. Upon returning to the states, he began his writing career as a senior editor at Saturday Review. His books include "Marathons" and "Jargon." “I received a copy of this book for an honest review”
Fevers is a novel unlike any I have ever readIt’s a very gritty, raw and shocking Novel. If you are not a “Fan” of Blood and Gore, this will be a very difficult read.
The story started off a little slow, but felt rushed once William went into the Jungle but no detail was left out. The Characters are well written.
William Straw, an American Expatriate Reporter takes a journey through the Amazon in search for the “Messiah” Rumours has it that Michael Fevers is this So Called “Messiah” or is he the “Beast” of the Jungle?
This Novel has Unusual / Bizarre Adventure’s, Suspense that will keep you at the edge of your Seat and a little Romance.
At Times I did need a break from the book as it can get too much.
This Book is not for the faint hearted
