The desire to write was a silent wish I rarely talked about, keeping personal journals year after year. In my late forties, I found myself overwhelmed by life's experiences.

This became a trigger that launched me into a new season. I have discovered much about myself and explore the many facets of writing, finding my peace within the walls of paper.

I am a self-published multi-genre author and write short stories in my native tongue regularly. I collaborate with co-authors in different projects and find the connection fulfilling and of great value.

In my free time, I judge stories, do some beta reading, create new products and YouTube videos, and love to read and leave reviews.

Book review: The making of a spy by Jay Johnson

Review:

The Making of a Spy is based on the true events of Word War 11. The report like book focusses on a few characters. From their early years and what has shaped them to become heroes during the great war.

The author highlighted their skills step by step which made them unique for the field. A unique way of storytelling as it cut through the normal backstory to the actual plot at hand. T

This book is so gripping. It's a long book; around 450 pages it has, but the content is unique and entertaining. This is the first time that I had a chance to read something that included war, romance and thrill.

Lynelle Clark Our Dreams shape us as persons. Words are the common bond that helps us to accomplish and reach out. Words bring comfort, healing and are in general a blessing. But words can also break and destroy. In books, we learn the trappings and how people react in different scenarios. It enables us to become better and we walk in our purpose. The motivational directives we get gives us the courage to walk the road.

Lynelle Clark Hi there
It is nice to meet you too. Saw you on Bookblogs so I thought I will run over and add.
Yes it seems when the kids leave the nest we can finally allow the creativity to come on out without the constant interruptions. Not that we mind though. Will not say it out loud where they could here it "I miss them greatly"
Congratulations with the new book.

Suneeta Misra Great to connect with you Lynelle. Hmmm....South Africa- such a romantic place to live in! Like you, I started writing when my children grew old enough to not need me in their lives. Hope you pick up my romantic murder mystery Rani of Rampur, set in India, and published on Amazon. Here is the link:
