Good Morning America Talks EFT Tapping
Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to be interviewed by the amazing Joan Lunden. You may know Joan from “Good Morning America” where she cohosted for almost 20 years!
But what you may not know is that she is also an accomplished journalist and author. So when she discovered Tapping recently, she was simply excited to learn more about it, especially during these stressful times of the coronavirus pandemic.
That’s why I was so delighted to sit down and chat with her about EFT Tapping.

EFT Tapping Lowers Cortisol: Replicated Study
Clinical research for EFT Tapping is very exciting. It provides measurable evidence of what many of us already know – Tapping works! What’s even more impressive, is when researchers replicate these landmark studies. Science shines when a totally different group of people in other parts of the world show similar (if not better!) results.
That’s what Dr. Peta Stapleton of Bond University in Australia did recently when she replicated Dawson Church’s famous 2012 cortisol study.
Peta’s study results have also been published in the respected APA Journal, which is a huge win for the field too.
The only change she made to the original individually delivered trial was that she offered the EFT Tapping sessions in groups instead – and she achieved a 43% reduction in cortisol in 1 hour of EFT by doing this. Amazing!

Strength and Resiliency in Challenging Times
All of us are collectively going through a major challenge right now. But experiencing a challenge is not new for us. During normal times, people are fighting silent battles every day. Mental health battles. Physical health battles. Job losses, divorces, loss of life. The list goes on and on.
Although this challenge is daunting in scale, the reality is that this pandemic is not the last challenge that any of us will face in life. But how do we become stronger and more resilient during these times of challenge? How do we make these times less emotionally draining? And how do we make it that these times propel us to move forward, rather than knocking us back?

Opening Up the Breath and Healing the Lungs Tap-Along
One of the symptoms of the Coronavirus is shortness of breath, but it’s not only those of us currently diagnosed who are having a hard time breathing.
For many of us, the fear, anxiety and overwhelm are tightening up our breath, weakening our immune systems, and making it harder for our bodies to heal.
Let’s remedy that together right now with this video tap-along.
