During a recent appearance on FOX Business with Maria Bartiromo, Harvard law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz took former President Obama over his comments about Israel last week where he basically said that everyone shares blame for what happened.
Dershowitz is a Democrat who voted for Obama but says during this segment that his relationship with Obama is over.
He also makes some pointed comments about the college students who are protesting for Hamas.

Expressing outrage over former President Barack Obama’s call for an end to Israeli “occupation,” Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz expanded on why he’s never talking to the Democratic president again.
“I think he always had a deep hatred of Israel in his heart. He hid it very well. He called me to the Oval Office and he said to me, ‘Alan, you’ve known me for a long time. You know I have Israel’s back.’ I didn’t realize he meant to paint a target on it,” Dershowitz said Friday on “Mornings with Maria.”
“He’s never been supportive of Israel. And finally, his true feelings have come out now that he’s no longer president and doesn’t have to be elected,” the professor continued. “He has contributed enormously to the problem because he is respected among young people. And if he says the occupation is unbearable and that anything can be done to stop it, he is encouraging people to engage in their antisemitic, anti-Israel and anti-American attitudes. He should be ashamed of himself. He should apologize, but he won’t.”…
“To compare those disputed claims with the rapes, beheadings, burnings, kidnappings, it’s just obscene and despicable,” Dershowitz said. “And what it does is it lends support to those students basically, who are saying, ‘Well, what Hamas really did was not so bad… It was in response to the occupation.’”

In 1921, the Tomb of the Unkown Soldier was dedicated at Arlington National Cemetery.
The soldiers who keep watch over the tomb take the job extremely seriously, as they should, and stand guard 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, no matter the weather.
If you have ever visited the cemetery, you know how solemn the atmosphere is at all times.

The United States Tomb of the Unknown Soldier was dedicated at Arlington National Cemetery — following a reverential selection process that spanned the Atlantic Ocean — on this day in history, Nov. 11, 1921.
The remains of the American hero buried beneath the tomb was chosen from thousands of unidentified doughboys killed in World War I and buried in France.
“Here rests in honored glory an American Soldier, Known but to God,” reads the inscription on the marble tomb.
Crypts for Unknown Soldiers from World War II and Korea were added in 1958.
“The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is Arlington National Cemetery’s most iconic memorial,” according to the U.S. Army’s online cemetery education program.
“It has stood at the heart of the cemetery, serving as a site for reflection on service, valor and sacrifice … The Unknowns represent all unidentified service members who gave their lives for the United States.”
Among the purposes of the tomb: to help give comfort to the thousands of American families who never knew the fate of their loved ones lost overseas. Instead, they can know that their loved ones’ sacrifices are remembered by the nation.

Former GOP Arizona Attorney General Nominee Abe Hamadeh has filed a new Special Action lawsuit with AZ Voters Rights to set aside the 2022 election results in Maricopa County and mandate a re-vote.
According to the filing, AZ Voters Rights is an Arizona corporation whose mission “is to promote social welfare by advocating for free, fair, and legal elections in Arizona—including funding litigation to enhance and safeguard election law, compliance, and security for the benefit of all Arizona voters.”
Hamadeh recently announced his bid for US Congress in 2024 but maintains that he will continue fighting for honest elections and his rightful seat as AG.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Arizona Court of Appeals recently denied requests for an expedited briefing schedule in Abe Hamadeh’s ongoing election contest lawsuit from 2022. This comes after numerous legal hurdles, withholding of evidence by the government, and a possibly corrupt or just wildly incompetent Judge.
Hamadeh told The Gateway Pundit he will “continue the fight” for fair elections and his rightful seat as Attorney General while running for Congress. “If the judges followed the law, we would get a new trial and prove that we received the most votes. Unfortunately, our legal system lacks courage,” Hamadeh added.
Hamadeh seeks to inspect the thousands of ballots that were not counted due to wrongfully canceled voter registrations in his initial lawsuit from December. Hamadeh and his attorneys believe they would actually win by thousands of votes if given the opportunity to just count the votes that were wrongfully excluded from the final result!
The difference in his latest lawsuit is that it attacks the core issue seen on Election Day: 60% of machines failed, targeting conservative in-person voters and causing widespread voter suppression.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the evidence of misconduct presented in Kari Lake’s lawsuit that these machine failures affecting tens if not hundreds of thousands of voters were caused by intentional misconduct. The incorrect printer settings and ballot paper size used by Maricopa County caused incorrectly sized ballot images to be printed onto the ballot papers–on the day that Republicans turned out 3:1 to vote for Kari Lake and Republican candidates.
The new lawsuit also references the evidence that “tabulators rejected over 7,000 ballots each half hour throughout most of Election Day.” As The Gateway Pundit reported, this discovery was made by We The People AZ Alliance and presented in the Arizona Senate along with evidence that the machines failed on nearly 250,000 attempts to cast a ballot.
Remember, Abe’s race was called by less than 300 votes.
Foreseeably, after the debacle in 2022, Maricopa County created more issues and disenfranchisement for in person voters attempting to cast their ballot in jurisdictional elections earlier this week.
How can Maricopa County consider these elections fair?
Hamadeh gave the following statement to The Gateway Pundit:
I promised Arizona that I would never stop fighting for the integrity of our elections.
That’s why I’m continuing the fight. It’s why the America First movement is behind me and it’s why I’m the only person in this race that has demonstrated the courage to stand up to the political elites in Congress.
Hamadeh announced his latest lawsuit on Wednesday on X:

2A Victory: Federal Appeals Court Strikes Down Biden ATF ‘Ghost Gun’ Limits – Rules Agencies Cannot ‘Write Laws’ | The Gateway Pundit
A federal appeals court on Thursday shot holes in a rule imposed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives intended to crack down on so-called “ghost guns.”
A three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said a 2022 rule aimed at weapons that could be built from parts bought online without a background check exceeded the agency’s authority.
All three judges on the panel were appointed by former President Donald Trump, according to Reuters.
Cody Wisniewski, a lawyer for the Firearms Policy Coalition Action Foundation, said the ruling was a “massive victory against ATF and a huge blow to the Biden administration’s gun control agenda.”
The rule redefined the legal meaning of “firearm,” “frame” and “receiver” as written in the Gun Control Act of 1968.
Judge Kurt Engelhardt wrote in the decision that “law-making power—the ability to transform policy into real-world obligations—lies solely with the legislative branch.”
“Where an executive agency engages in what is, for all intents and purposes, ‘law-making,’ the legislature is deprived of its primary function under our Constitution, and our citizens are robbed of their right to fair representation in government. This is especially true when the executive rule-turned-law criminalizes conduct without the say of the people who are subject to its penalties,” he wrote.
Engelhardt said the rule does what the ATF might want Congress to do, but has not done.
“The agency rule at issue here flouts clear statutory text and exceeds the legislatively-imposed limits on agency authority in the name of public policy,” he wrote.
He wrote that ATF “attempted to take on the mantle of Congress to ‘do something’ with respect to gun control. But it is not the province of an executive agency to write laws for our nation.
“An agency cannot label conduct lawful one day and felonious the next—yet that is exactly what ATF accomplishes through its Final Rule,” he wrote.
In a concurring opinion, Judge Andrew Oldham fired a magazine of zingers at the ATF.
“ATF’s overarching goal in the Final Rule is to replace a clear, bright-line rule with a vague, indeterminate, multi-factor balancing test. ATF’s rationale: The new uncertainty will act like a Sword of Damocles hanging over the heads of American gun owners,” Oldham wrote, referring to an ancient tale of a deadly blade suspended by a single strand of horsehair.
“Private gunmaking is steeped in history and tradition, dating back to long before the Founding. Millions of law-abiding Americans work on gun frames and receivers every year. In those pursuits, law-abiding Americans (and the law-abiding gun companies that serve them) rely on longstanding regulatory certainty to avoid falling afoul of federal gun laws,” he wrote.
“But if ATF can destroy that certainty, it hopes law-abiding Americans will abandon tradition rather than risk the ruinous felony prosecutions that come with violating the new, nebulous, impossible-to-predict Final Rule,” he wrote.
The ATF rule, he wrote, “is limitless. It purports to regulate any piece of metal or plastic that has been machined beyond its primordial state for fear that it might one day be turned into a gun, a gun frame, or a gun receiver. And it doesn’t stop regulating the metal or plastic until it’s melted back down to ooze. The GCA allows none of this. I concur in the majority’s opinion holding the Final Rule is unlawful,” he wrote.
Despite the ruling, the rule is likely to remain in place, at least for a while.
As noted by The Hill, the Supreme Court has left the rule in place throughout the court battles around it, and is likely to do the same now as the Justice Department moves to appeal the latest ruling to the Supreme Court.

Robert De Niro’s former assistant sued his production company claiming gender discrimination, among other things.
He just lost the case an must now pay the former assistant a whopping $1.2 million.
De Niro has been in so many great movies, like Goodfellas. It’s sad to see what has become of him.

Jury awards $1.2 million to Robert De Niro’s former assistant in gender discrimination lawsuit
A jury awarded more than $1.2 million to Robert De Niro’s former personal assistant Thursday, finding one of his companies responsible for subjecting her to a toxic work environment.
While the jury found De Niro was not personally liable for the abuse, it said his company, Canal Productions, engaged in gender discrimination and retaliation against former assistant Graham Chase Robinson and should make two payments of $632,142 to her.
De Niro, who spent three days at the two-week trial — including two on the witness stand — has been ensnared in dueling lawsuits with Robinson since she quit in April 2019. He was not in the courtroom when the verdict was read aloud Thursday afternoon.
Robinson, 41, smiled as the verdict was being delivered. After the jury left the room, she hugged her lawyers.
Outside the courthouse, she smiled broadly and at other times seemed to be near tears. She did not comment.

YouTube testing out new AI features in videos
YouTube is testing out a pair of interesting new experimental AI features.
The Google-owned video service is tweaking things again, this time with a couple of AI-based experiments.
One of these experiments involves using AI to organise large comments sections, providing helpful summaries that enable content creators to either jump into conversations or simply get the gist of what their audience is interested in. YouTube notes that blocked words and users, as well as any comments that are up for review, will not be included in these summaries.
It’s only running on a small number of English-language videos with lengthy comment sections right now. YouTube Premium subscribers should keep an eye on youtube.com/new to see if you can opt in.

In October, billionaire Leon Cooperman announced live on FOX Business that he would no longer donate money to Columbia University over the pro-Hamas demonstrations that were taking place there. He said that the students have s**t for brains.
Now another billionaire named Henry Swieca is pulling his support from the school for the same reasons.
This is a very loud wake up call for higher education in America. This is how things get changed.
When these far left indoctrination factories see their funding dry up, they might finally get the message that people are tired of this.

Jewish billionaire resigns from Columbia board citing ‘moral cowardice,’ making Jews feel unsafe on campus
A Jewish billionaire and philanthropist has resigned from the Board of Columbia Business School, claiming the Ivy League institution has expressed a “moral cowardice” that has left Jews feeling unsafe on campus.
In an Oct. 30 letter posted to social media one week later, Henry Swieca wrote that he needed to resign to “make a principled stand regarding recent events.”
“To my deep regret, the reputation and integrity of Columbia University, and by extension Columbia Business School, have been significantly compromised by a moral cowardice that appears beyond repair,” he wrote.
Swieca called the recent Hamas attacks against Israel “revolting” and said that statements from the school are “meaningless” when “pro-Hamas students” are allowed to march on campus yelling slogans that call for the destruction of the Jewish state.
“This is abhorrent,” he added. “Any other minority group on campus would never have to face anything close to this level of intimidation and hatred of Jewish and pro-Israel students experience.”

A new poll from Morning Consult/Bloomberg has found that Trump is leading Joe Biden in most of the swing states and on the issues that matter most to voters.
This is the third poll in recent weeks to show a surge of support for Trump.
People have become wary of polls in recent years and for good reasons, but this is at least a sign of things trending in Trump’s direction.

Voters trust former President Donald Trump over President Joe Biden on ten key issues heading into the 2024 election cycle, a Morning-Consult/Bloomberg poll found Friday.
The polling suggests Biden’s leadership on major policy issues failed to resonate with voters, which could negatively impact his reelection hopes.
Trump leads Biden among ten top issues:

4. Crime: Trump 45 percent, Biden 33 percent

6. U.S.-China Relations: Trump 46 percent, Biden 34 percent
7. Guns: Trump 42 percent, Biden 36 percent
8. Labor and Unions: Trump 40 percent, Biden 39 percent
