A Trump appointed federal judge just smacked down an attempt by Biden’s ATF to ban AR-15 pistols with arm braces.
It’s amazing. No matter how bad crime gets, the Democrat left is still intent on trying to disarm law abiding Americans.
Gun sales are through the roof right now, as Americans were horrified by the attacks on mostly unarmed Israelis by Hamas in October.

Judge crushes ATF AR-15 gun ban
A federal judge late Wednesday gave millions of gun owners breathing room when he slammed the Biden administration’s effort to ban a big slice of the AR-15 market.
U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk blocked the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives from enforcing its ban on AR-15 style “pistols” equipped with arm braces, calling the agency’s new rule unlawful.
“Public safety concerns must be addressed in ways that are lawful. This rule is not,” said the Trump-appointed judge.
The nine-page decision is the latest to challenge the ATF over its rule requiring millions of owners of braced guns to register the firearms and pay a $200 tax, or face 10 years in jail. Kacsmaryk’s decision is the most sweeping, covering the whole country.
At issue is the ATF’s rule issued earlier this year to ban the braces on the guns. The agency claims it turns a pistol into a dangerous rifle and supporters have cited how the weapons have been used in a handful of mass shootings.
However, for years before its ban, the ATF allowed the braces to be sold, and they have become so common that some estimate 40 million or more are in circulation, making the AR-style pistol one of the most commonly held firearms in the nation.

Texas Rangers opened a new tampering investigation into far-left Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo’s $11 million no-bid ‘vaccine outreach’ contract.
Hidalgo’s office is embroiled in a bid-rigging scandal.
Lina Hidalgo’s top three staffers were indicted in April 2022 after prosecutors expanded the investigation into an $11 million ‘vaccine outreach contract’ awarded to one of the judge’s political cronies.
While Hidalgo was threatening to jail and fine people for violating her Covid rules, she was secretly trying to award one of her political cronies, Felicity Pereyra, who founded Elevate Strategies, an $11 million ‘vaccine outreach’ contract.
Hidalgo ultimately panicked and canceled the $11 million vaccine contract after questions were raised that it was with a one-person firm with no experience.
Hidalgo’s Chief of Staff Alex Triantaphyllis and Policy Director Wallis Nader along with co-defendant Aaron Dunn were charged with misuse of official information and tampering with government documents in connection with the canceled vaccine outreach contract.

In August Fox 26 Houston reported that federal authorities have also initiated their own inquiry into Hidalgo’s bid-rigging.
According to Click2Houston, Texas Rangers, the same agency that initially conducted a raid of Hidalgo’s office, opened a new public corruption investigation after Hidalgo “concealed” records subpoenaed in a grand jury’s probe of the judge’s $11 million no-bid contract.
The search warrants were unsealed on Thursday according to the outlet.
The outlet reported that one of the Texas Rangers wrote in the search warrant that “it was discovered that numerous documents and communications that were ordered to be produced by Grand Jury subpoena had been concealed and made unavailable during the earlier Grand Jury proceedings.”

Texas Rangers have opened a new public corruption investigation after Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo’s office “concealed” records subpoenaed in a Grand Jury’s review of how a multi-million dollar county contract was awarded, according to search warrants unsealed Thursday.
The “concealed evidence” included the following:
Harris County Judge’s office employees used their personal phones to communicate about the Targeted Community Vaccine Outreach project with the owner of Elevate Strategies; and,
Draft documents showing Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo personally edited the scope of the Targeted Vaccine Outreach project and mentioned the owner of Elevate Strategies LLC in her editing one day before the scope of work was shared with the owner of Elevate Strategies LLC and more than two weeks before the project was publically announced; and
WhatsApp and SMS messages showing Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo and her staff believed that the majority of the Harris County Commissioners Court were going to vote against funding the Targeted Community Vaccine Outreach project and used the County Judge’s Emergency Authorization powers to bypass the voting process and award $10,973,00 to Elevate; and
WhatsApp messages had been deleted after the initiation of the Grand Jury investigation.
“Given the four corners of the affidavit and the warrant, it would appear to be a reasonable deduction that Judge Hidalgo’s DNA is now in play in this investigation,” Wice said.
In August Lina Hidalgo announced she will be taking a leave of absence to seek treatment for clinical depression.
“Based on my doctor’s recommendation, I checked myself into an out-of-state facility to receive inpatient treatment in late July,” the corrupt Democrat said in a statement.
She continued, “It is important for me personally and professionally to confront this issue swiftly, so I will be taking temporary leave from the office while I am receiving treatment.”
Hidalgo resumed her normal schedule in October.

The Gambino crime family appears to be still alive and running.
Federal prosecutors have charged ten alleged members of the Gambino crime family with extortion, racketeering conspiracy, union-related crimes and witness retaliation.
The ten alleged members of the Gambino mafia were named in a 16–count Federal indictment and arraigned in a Brooklyn Federal court on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the indictment, the ten defendants committed the crimes in order to gain more control in the demolition and carting industries in New York.
The arrests come after the United States and the Italian government partnered in an international operation to crack down on crime families.

Federal prosecutors in New York on Wednesday announced the arrests of 10 men allegedly belonging to or associated with the Gambino Mafia family, as well as the arrests in Italy of six other alleged organized crime members and associates.
The defendants in Brooklyn federal court are accused of a racketeering conspiracy that allegedly involved “violent extortions, assaults, arson, and union-related crimes,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York said.
Prosecutors said the Brooklyn defendants, who are charged in a 16-count indictment, committed those crimes as part of an effort to dominate New York’s carting and demolition industries.
The Gambinos are one of New York’s five Cosa Nostra organized crime cliques. It previously was led by the late notorious boss John Gotti, who died in a federal prison in Missouri in 2002.
The Gambino crime family is an Italian-American mafia family that is one of the five families that have dominated organized crime in the 1900s and early 2000s in New York.
One of the most known members of the family was Boss John Gotti who was nicknamed the Dapper Don for his fancy suits and lavish lifestyle.
Gotti’s lavish lifestyle came to a halt in 1992 after the FBI convicted the mob boss for five murders, racketeering, loan sharking, illegal gambling, tax evasion and several other charges.
He was sentenced to consecutive life sentences and died in Federal prison in 2002.

Dozens of cases of sexual assault and sexual crimes by Hamas terrorists have been documented, according to police evidence released Wednesday.
One massacre survivor testified that she saw another woman being raped in front of her, Arutz Sheva reports. “I knew that he raped her, then they transferred her to someone else. She was alive until, in the end, he shot her,” said the survivor.
Multiple terrorists revealed they had been instructed to kill Jewish children because the children would grow up to become IDF soldiers , as well as to abuse the corpses of their victims in order to sow fear in Israeli society, Aruzu Sheva writes.
Over 700 testimonies have been collected from massacre survivors. Police called it “the largest investigation case since the founding of the state of Israel.”
The police have more than 50,000 videos from the terrorist attack and are using facial recognition software to identify which terrorists committed which specific crimes, Arutz Sheva writes. The police also have hundreds of cell phones which belonged to terrorists from Gaza.

The chatbot can write essays, brainstorm ideas, and even generate code, making it an important resource that many now rely on. But what if it’s not working for you? For those unfortunate times when ChatGPT is down, we’ve compiled a list of potential solutions you can try to get it running again.
Check if ChatGPT is downThe first thing you should do is check if ChatGPT itself is down right now or facing server difficulties. Such disruptions were common in the early days of the service, as the company struggled to meet the ever-increasing user demand.
The easiest way to verify ChatGPT’s status is to visit OpenAI’s status page. If you see a message like “Elevated error rates on all models,” that indicates an ongoing service-side problem. In other words, ChatGPT is down for everyone and not just you. If you can’t get that page to load either, check a third-party service like Down Detector instead.
Give ChatGPT some time to recover

If you have no problem loading the initial ChatGPT website, but cannot get the chatbot to respond to your prompts, the service may be down temporarily. Typically, you’d see ChatGPT output an Internal server error message, but this may fail too during periods of high demand.
The best course of action is to wait a couple of hours for ChatGPT to become functional again. Waiting also works if your account has reached the rate limit, which can come into play if you’ve sent too many prompts in a short period of time. If you want to skip the wait, ChatGPT Plus gives you priority access to the chatbot but only you can decide if it’s worth it.

Another possible reason for ChatGPT not working, or producing a “Network Error” alert, is that your internet connection is down. Try to load other popular websites to check if your connection is affected in any way. If you face similar problems loading other websites, your internet connection is at fault. While there’s no single way to fix this problem, you can start by restarting your router.
If other websites load fine but ChatGPT still doesn’t work, try switching to a different internet connection. On your smartphone, for example, you can try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice-versa.
Additionally, if you’re currently using a VPN connection, disconnect it before loading ChatGPT. ChatGPT may block common VPN IP addresses to prevent abuse.
Log out and log back inDid you leave ChatGPT running in the background while you were busy with other tasks? You may need to log into your account again. This is because your login session is only valid for a short period of time. And since you cannot use ChatGPT without an OpenAI account, you must have a valid login session for the chatbot to respond.
To log out of your account, simply look for the “Log out” button located in the bottom left corner of your screen. Finally, enter your credentials to log in again.
Try incognito mode or a different browser
If ChatGPT is not working at all for you, using incognito mode can help you identify a problem with your browser’s settings. Likewise, using a different web browser could help bypass any malicious extensions or blocking scripts that may have infected your primary browser.
To open an incognito window in Chrome, tap the three-dots icon and select “New Incognito tab”. If you’re on an iPhone, you’ll have to tap on the Tabs icon first and then switch to “Private” mode.

We won’t list all of the ChatGPT alternatives out there, but the biggest names include Bing Chat and ChatSonic. Both of these services also offer a handful of advantages over ChatGPT, including the ability to search the internet for more up-to-date information.
In our comparison between Bing Chat vs ChatGPT, we found that Microsoft’s search engine delivered more accurate responses. ChatGPT only had the upper hand in creative tasks. Another alternative chatbot is YouChat, which uses the older GPT-3 language model. Still, you can use it for free for as long as ChatGPT remains down.
If ChatGPT isn’t processing certain requests, you might be encountering a restriction. You can bypass ChatGPT restrictions in some cases.

UK Wants to Lock Tommy Robinson up for 2 Years Alongside Julian Assange Because James O’Keefe Showed his Film “Silenced” | The Gateway Pundit
The British goveernment wants to lock Tommy Robinson up again on the bogus catch-all charge of “contempt of court” because his documentary “Silenced” was screened in Florida by O’Keefe Media to a US audience (Gateway reported).
Tommy faces up to 2 years in prison again in general confinement where he will be in mortal danger with the largely Muslim prison population. Several attempts on his life have been committed against Tommy when he was previously incarcerated on similarly BS charges.
Or, he will be locked up in solitary again in Belmarsh maximum security prison alongside Julian Assange, the UK’s other prominent political prisoner.

In response to my recent successes, they have decided to launch a full-frontal, brutal attack on me personally.
Please, let me explain, this is horrific news for me, so it must be explained properly.
Only a few days ago, I received the following letter in the post:
They have basically started ‘contempt of court’ proceedings against me because of the leak – by the Americans – of the documentary ‘Silenced’, the documentary that exposed the truth about the ‘Syrian boy who was waterboarded’.
This is far more serious than I thought previously.
As they state in this letter, I am now looking at 2 years in prison!
Because of the way the legal system works, they have to increase the punishment given to me last time they convicted me of ‘contempt of court’ – for simply filming Muslim groomers outside Leeds Crown Court.
That will be 2 years in solitary confinement in a stinking, rotten prison cell at HMP Belmarsh.
That will be 2 years locked away from my children and family.
That will be 2 years locked in a tiny 10-foot-by-10-foot concrete cell subjected to extreme isolation and boredom.
It will be one of either two scenarios:
Either I will be put into ‘general population’ with other prisoners, in which case I will be relentlessly attacked by Islamist prison gangs (not for the first time either).
Or I will be put into total ‘solitary confinement’ again, like the last time in Belmarsh.
Either of these situations would be a literal ‘hell on earth’ for me.
Just sit back and imagine having to walk around prison wings surrounded by hostile, rabid foaming-at-the-mouth Islamists who want to cut your throat at every opportunity.
Just sit back and imagine having to do 2 years in a prison cell all by yourself, totally isolated and with only a few letters and a pen for company.
Solitary confinement drives men to insanity, and that’s what they want, like they are currently doing to Julian Assange.
By the time I get out of prison, my young children will be a foot taller and I would have missed several years of their young lives.
I waited to send this email, because last night I had a brutally honest sit down with my solicitor and barrister.
They both gave me the message I was dreading:
I am in deep, serious legal trouble, and it’s highly likely that I will end up doing the 2 years in Belmarsh.
I am not exaggerating the seriousness of this situation.
Everything I have said is the honest truth.
This was the reason I had to flee to Spain and live there for six months in exile, because I was convinced they were going to arrest me and throw me in jail.
Well, now we know what they are planning to do instead.
They want to grind me down with another long, isolated prison sentence.
Remember when I was released from HMP Onley after winning my appeal for false imprisonment?
I came out as a weakened, dishevelled wreck.
It took me months to recover physically, and even longer mentally.
And that was from being in isolation for only a few months.
Imagine what two years is going to do to me.
But, I am not going to take this lying down.
I am not the type of Englishman who cowers and quivers when persecuted or attacked.
I am going to fight this with every ounce of strength I can muster.
I am going to make them drag me to prison kicking and screaming.
I am going to fight this injustice with all means available, despite the odds I am facing.
In the letter I received from the Attorney General’s office, they have given me till this coming Tuesday 14 November to reply, and set out my legal defence.
Then they will launch full legal proceedings against me.
My solicitor and barrister have confirmed they are going to launch a full-scale legal assault on me, and the first letter I received was the ‘opening shot’.
Thanks to this new onslaught of persecution, I am fighting for my freedom and for justice again.
They put me in prison for a long time for simply livestreaming outside of a court.
Imagine what they will do to me this time?
My only option is to fight, and fight I will.
If they think that the previous ‘Free Tommy’ protests outside the Old Bailey were huge, they haven’t seen anything yet.
Another small consolation is that, when they proceed with this prosecution, millions of new people will be so outraged, they will end up watching the ‘Silenced’ documentary, whereas before, they wouldn’t have.
You’ve all known me for many years, you know I am not going to go to prison for two years without a huge fight back.
My biggest concern, right now, is, once again, getting my legal team organised and paid so they can begin the fight back, legally.
I have until next Tuesday to set out my legal defence to the Attorney General’s office.
I cannot do that, only my solicitor and barrister can do it.
This time, it’s deadly serious for me, so I need your help.
My supporters are my only line of defence against the establishment locking me up for two years.
