Donald Trump is now leading Joe Biden in seven swing states, according to new polling from Bloomberg News/Morning Consult.
Republican voters have become skeptical of polling in recent years and for good reasons, but this is a sign that things are moving in the right direction for Trump.
Democrats and the media are clearly worried about this trend, which is why their anti-Trump rhetoric keeps getting more crazy.

Poll: Donald Trump Trounces Joe Biden in 7 Swing States Heading into Election Year
Former President Donald Trump has the edge over President Joe Biden in seven crucial swing states in hypothetical match-ups with the 2024 general election less than a year away, according to a Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll.
The poll, released on Thursday, shows Trump leading Biden in head-to-head races and in deeper fields in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. However, some of the advantages are within the margin of error.
Trump won six of these seven states in 2016, propelling him to the White House over Democrat Hillary Clinton, but in 2020, Biden carried six of these states in his victory over Trump. These states will decide the 2024 election, and Trump’s early strength in them is cause for concern for Democrats and Biden, whose approval rating registers at historic lows in other recent polling.
Biden “is making no gains among groups he is going to need to pull off a victory next year,” Morning Consult Politics Analyst Eli Yokley told Bloomberg.

Suspect Identified and Charged in The Murder of Politically Connected Detroit Jewish Synagogue Leader | The Gateway Pundit

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a politically connected Detroit synagogue leader, Samantha Woll, was found stabbed to death outside her house two months ago. Now, a suspect has been identified and charged in connection with her murder.
The Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced during a press conference Wednesday alongside Detroit Police Chief James White that 28-year-old Michael Jackson-Bolanos was charged with felony murder during a first-degree home invasion. She believes he acted alone in the crime.

Woll was president of the Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue and founded the Muslim-Jewish Forum of Detroit. The latter is an organization dedicated to improving relations between Muslims and Jews.
Credit: Issac Agree Downtown Detroit SynagogueWorthy debunked previous Detroit Police statements that there were no signs of forced entry. She revealed that the front door to Woll’s home “was ajar and unlocked, and a significant amount of blood was inside.”
Worthy said the two individuals did not know each other and that there was no evidence this was a hate crime.
The evidence did not point to any evidence that they knew each other.
In addition to murder, Jackson-Bolanos has also been charged with home invasion and for making false statements to police officers. Worthy said he lied to detectives regarding the theft and attempted theft of cars on Oct. 21, the same day Woll was found murdered.
Worthy said that Jackson-Bolanos lied to investigators when they questioned him regarding the theft and attempted theft of vehicles in the area where Woll lived on the night she was murdered. Police did not arrest or charge Jackson-Bolonos at the time but kept monitoring him.
As ABC noted, White claimed there was no risk to the community during the time they monitored the suspect.
The road to this apparent conclusion was not without errors. As TGP previously revealed, an unidentified suspect was taken into custody but later released without charges.
His release occurred shortly after Detroit police executed a search warrant at his residence earlier this week.
TGP previously reported Woll had a long career in local Democrat politics and worked with several Michigan officials.
She previously worked for leftist Rep. Elissa Slotkin, who is now running for the Senate. Most recently, she served as the political director for Michigan Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel’s re-election campaign in 2022 as well. Nessel is a disgraceful authoritarian best known for abusing her position to target her political enemies and for passing out drunk at a Michigan football game.
Let’s hope harsh justice is delivered to her alleged killer, and he never walks free again.

Valve warns people to stop inhaling from Steam Deck exhaust vent
In one of the stranger tech stories of recent times, Steam Deck manufacturer Valve has urged people to stop inhaling fumes that may be emitted from the exhaust vent on the machine.
The act has become a meme in recent weeks as the Steam Deck is prone to emit a particular smell from its innards and inhaling from the vent has become a popular pastime for some on social media.
While the handheld PC has had to pass stringent safety tests before going to market, inhaling the heated fumes from inside the machine is something that was probably never discussed in a design meeting.
Dexerto reports that Valve Support was asked by a user, “Is it safe to inhale the exhaust fumes from the top vent of the Steam Deck? It’s somewhat of a meme to enjoy the fumes but I think I kinda… like it?”
Valve’s reply suggested it was not a good idea in no uncertain terms, stating, “As with all electronics, it’s generally not recommended that you inhale the exhaust fumes on your device. While there are no safety concerns with general usage, directly inhaling the device’s vent fumes should be avoided.
“We understand that it may be a meme, but please refrain from this behavior for the safety of your health.
While it is unclear what is causing the smell, theories abound on Reddit that is actually the heating of the plastic used in the case, rather than anything internal, such as thermal paste or any of the interior metals or components.
As with any warning, the flip side is generally that it attracts more people to the issue, but sniffing fumes of any kind is rarely beneficial for your health, and doing so for meme value is not something Valve thinks you should be doing.

Ammo Prices Are Set to Spike Due to World Wide Shortage of Gunpowder | The Gateway Pundit
Vista Outdoor, the parent company to several ammunition makers such as Federal, CCI, and Remington, has warned prices for ammunition are expected to rise in 2024 due to a worldwide shortage of gunpowder.
In a letter sent to customers, Vista Outdoor warned that they would begin to increase prices on all of their ammunition products due to “an anticipated global shortage of gunpowder.”
Vice President of Sales Brett Nelson stated, “Due to world events, our suppliers have notified us of unprecedented demand for and an anticipated global shortage of gunpowder, and thus has increased our prices substantially.”
Nelson did not refer to what world events are causing the gunpowder shortage, but it’s quite clear the War in Ukraine and Gaza has resulted in an increased need for ammo.

Vista Outdoor, a parent company to many firearms businesses, told Newsweek that it will substantially increase its ammunition prices due to “an anticipated global shortage of gunpowder.”
The Minnesota-based company confirmed the authenticity of a December 1 letter sent to customers that it would go ahead with an across-the-board increase of its ammunition and gunpowder prices on January 1.
“Due to world events our suppliers have notified us of unprecedented demand for and an anticipated global shortage of gunpowder, and thus has increased our prices substantially,” Vice President of Sales, Sporting Products Brett Nelson said in the letter. “We must therefore raise our pricing to help offset those increases.”
Companies that will increase their prices include Remington, Alliant Powder, CCI, Federal, SEVI-Shot and Speer.

U.S. seizes $500,000 of crypto linked to ‘pig butchering’ scam
Security authorities in the United States have seized digital currency worth around $500,000 from an account linked to a Chinese businessman.
The man was cited in a report into crypto fraud emanating from southeast Asia, according to a Reuters report. The name of the individual is Wang Yicheng, who was named on the crypto account which was at the centre of the probe by US Secret Service officials.
It was reported that a ‘pig butchering’ scam had led to a full-scale investigation. This type of activity sees unsuspecting members of the public duped online into investing in crypto schemes that are not genuine.
US authorities were able to capture crypto worth around half a million dollars in June, from an account in the name of Yicheng with funds stolen from a victim in Massachusetts traced back to his account.
Crime gangs involved in crypto scamThis came after Wang Yicheng was implicated in a Reuters investigation last month when he was identified as a businessman with links to the high echelons of law enforcement in Thailand, in his role as vice president for a Chinese trade group.
The findings revealed that a crypto account in the name of Yicheng had received more than $90 million in transactions, with at least $9.1m of that figure originating from a crypto wallet that was reportedly linked to pig butchering, following analysis from blockchain specialists, TRM Labs.
One California victim had been conned out of $2.7 million, whilst another Massachusetts individual had been deceived out of $478,000 worth of crypto in what appears to be a highly elaborate sophisticated operation.
US law enforcement indicated that the Yicheng-named account had been opened in 2020, in an affidavit from Secret Service Special Agent Heidi Robles who was quoted in the filing to have stated, “This level of activity is indicative of an account controlled by a criminal organization for the purpose of laundering stolen funds.”
Crypto scams are a rising problem. In 2022, crypto scam losses in the US were estimated to be nearly double the amount reported the previous year. Losses skyrocketed from $1.2 billion to $2.3 billion- an 88% increase.
Meanwhile, the trade group that featured in the Reuters investigation has distanced itself from Wang Yicheng.
The Thai-Asia Economic Exchange Trade Association stated that it did not support any illegal activity and they were no longer in contact with the individual, nor was he still part of their group. They insisted that Yicheng’s personal affairs had “nothing to do with the trade association”.

WATCH: Rudy Giuliani Addresses Media After Day 3 in $40 Million Defamation Trial by Georgia Election Workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss – Giuliani Expected to Testify TOMORROW | The Gateway Pundit
Rudy Giuliani was in court on Wednesday for the third day of his DC show trial as a DC jury decides how much he will be forced to pay Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Shaye Moss, for alleged defamation after he claimed the two women contributed to voter fraud in the 2020 election.
The plaintiffs’ attorneys rested their case after questioning Ruby Freeman for over an hour.
Following the 2020 presidential election, Rudy Giuliani and The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft and Joe Hoft were sued by the two election workers. Ruby and Shaye claim that they were threatened by third parties after the claims were made.
In August of this year, Obama-appointed DC Judge Beryl Howell decided that Rudy Giuliani was legally liable for defaming Ruby and Shaye because he was late in producing relevant evidence to the election workers’ attorneys. So she pronounced Rudy guilty of the crime! We later learned that Rudy could not turn over the documents to the attorneys because he was not holding the information – investigators were holding it in another case against Rudy.
Howell is the same radical left Judge who recently went on an unhinged rant during a speech, suggesting that the country is creeping towards authoritarianism, not because of her uber-partisan actions as a lawless judge but because Donald Trump is a tyrant.
The radical and lawless Judge Howell is also overseeing the case against President Trump in Washington, DC.
How is this acceptable? This is something you would expect from a third-world country.
You can see from Judge Howell’s body language and attitude that she holds utter contempt for Mayor Giuliani and his counsel, but esteem for plaintiffs Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss and their attorneys.
Giuliani is also prevented from speaking out against the biased Judge and the plaintiffs, who are bringing a 40 million dollar suit against him with an oversupply of attorneys to Giuliani’s one attorney.
ABC reports,
Before the jury was seated, Giuliani was asked by Judge Beryl Howell to explain remarks he made after court and online Tuesday night, after she admonished him earlier Tuesday about comments he made on Monday.
“I did,” Giuliani said about making Tuesday’s remarks, “but I don’t think they violated the order. If I did, it was accidental.”
“I will not do it in the future,” he said.
In a video streamed Tuesday night on X, formerly Twitter, Giuliani said, “They’re seeking $40 million. Oh yeah. They’re seeking $40 million for the damage that I allegedly did to them. One of them did testify that she has no money, they do have an endless number of lawyers in the courtroom, however, for people that don’t have any money.”
During today’s examination of witness Ruby Freeman, attorneys played audio recordings and displayed images of messages they claim she received as a result of Rudy Giuliani’s statements and social media posts following the 2020 Presidential Election.
When asked by The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson after the trial, Giuliani confirmed that he had nothing to do with these messages and no control over what other people do. “I don’t even know who those people are,” he added.
Giuliani also told reporters that he will “be able to exercise [his] right to free speech” after the trial, while keeping it a mystery whether or not he will testify on Thursday.
Giuliani: I’ve got nothing for you right now until after the trial is over. But I wouldn’t be happy to talk to you when these restrictions are not on me. I can say what I like to say, except no comment. The court order is pretty complete with regard to that, and I’m going to respect it. After all, there’s only a day or two more to go, and then we’ll be able to exercise our right to free speech, God willing, like every other American.
Reporter: Are you gonna testify tomorrow?
Giuliani: I intend to, but I always leave them guessing. When I was a prosecutor, defense lawyers never told me if the guy was going to testify. I sure as heck I’m not gonna tell them whether I am or I’m not. So the better soon I am.
Reporter: Well, yesterday, you said the truth would come out. So is this a change from yesterday?
Giuliani: We’re not over yet. I said the truth will come out. The truth will come out. I didn’t say when. So, it will come out, and it will come out very, very shortly. But I’m not going to comment on the courtroom. I’m not supposed to.
Conradson: All these recordings they played today and stuff like that with people saying stuff. Do you have any control over what other people say?
Giuliani: I had nothing to do with any of this. As you know, my name isn’t there, it doesn’t refer to me, I don’t even know who those people are.

Tesla recalls nearly all vehicles sold in U.S. to fix Autopilot monitoring system
The affected models, including Y, S, 3, and X, will receive a software update aimed at improving the driver monitoring system.
The complete list of recalled Tesla vehicles includes: the 2012-2023 Model S, 2016-2023 Model X, 2017-2023 Model 3 and 2020-2023 Model Y
The update includes additional controls and alerts to encourage drivers to adhere to their driving responsibilities. Autosteer, a component of Autopilot, will be restricted in use, providing visual and audible alerts if engaged under inappropriate conditions. The update also enhances visual alerts, simplifies Autosteer activation, and introduces additional checks on system use outside controlled access roads.
Tesla began sending the update on Tuesday (Dec 12) to certain affected vehicles, with the rest to follow later. The recall documents mention a potential suspension from Autosteer use if drivers repeatedly fail to demonstrate continuous and sustained driving responsibility.
Despite Autopilot’s name, Tesla emphasizes on its website that the system and the more advanced Full Self Driving are driver-assist features and do not enable autonomous driving.
The NHTSA has been investigating Tesla crashes since 2016, suspecting automated system involvement in 35 incidents, resulting in at least 17 fatalities. The agency will continue monitoring Tesla’s remedies to ensure safety, keeping the investigation open.
What has Tesla said?The company’s CEO Elon Musk has so far not commented on the recall but the company’s branded account on X released a lengthy statement on the recent reports around the safety systems within the car and accused news outlets of “not accurately conveying the nature of our safety systems.”
While there are many articles that do not accurately convey the nature of our safety systems, the recent Washington Post article is particularly egregious in its misstatements and lack of relevant context.

RUDE AWAKENING: Cocky Florida Burglary Suspect With Long Rap Sheet Freaks Out After He is Informed About No-Nonsense Sheriff | The Gateway Pundit

Lake Alfred, Florida – An arrogant burglary suspect with a long rap sheet thought he would get a slap on the wrist for his latest alleged offense. But his attitude quickly shifted after he learned he was taken into custody in a county with one of the toughest sheriffs in Florida.
As Fox News reported, Polk County deputies spotted a stolen Dodge Ram just after 1 a.m. Wednesday. A passenger eventually stopped the vehicle and raced away on foot.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said at a press conference the driver was identified as 24-year-old Tamari Lucas, a Tampa resident. The passenger remains at large, however.
Lucas snidely commented to law enforcement that he would not be in jail for long because he was arrested in Democrat-run Osceola County. But police had a surprise in store for Lucas: he was going to be taken into custody in conservative Polk County instead.
This caused the felon to freak out.

This really sucks because you guys don’t play around in Polk County!
Fox News notes that Judd is a no-nonsense man with zero tolerance for thugs like Lucas. He is frequently seen at press conferences slamming criminals for their alleged actions.
Residents have awarded his staunch dedication to public safety by electing him five times.
According to the sheriff’s office, Lucas is charged with grand theft motor vehicle, not having a valid driver’s license, two counts of criminal mischief, and fleeing to elude law enforcement. He has a long criminal record, which includes 30 previous felony charges, 12 previous misdemeanor charges, and 19 re-arrest charges.
He has eight total felony convictions.
Fox News reveals that shortly before Lucas’ apprehension, police arrested a 14-year-old youth named Jeremiah Hamm on suspicion of grand theft auto. Judd said police deputies followed a stolen 2000 Nissan pickup truck on Interstate 4 and boxed Hamm in with assistance from the Florida Highway Patrol.
Hamm also has a lengthy rap sheet. He has been arrested for several serious offenses, including robbery with a firearm, armed burglary, grand theft, and aggravated assault with a weapon.
Not surprisingly, Judd had some tough words for both suspects.
These two thieves are running rampant, and they obviously don’t take our criminal justice system seriously. Why is this 14-year-old out at 1:00 in the morning stealing cars and committing burglaries? Where are the adults in his life?
We will absolutely hold these two accountable. We are just not going to tolerate this nonsense.
If counties across America had individuals like Grady Judd as sheriff, crime would plummet nationwide. The words of Lucas show just how much criminals fear being held accountable.
