You already know what I think– I’m actually at the point of letter writing, and or boycotting.

There are certain things in life that just do not make sense to me. Like gay people or minorities who are Republicans in the US. Why support a party that actively discriminates against your very existence?
Or being a fan and supporting a man who has stated publicly that fan(girls) should commit mass suicide to rid the earth of their “female cancer”. Or anyone who supports that. Why support anyone who feels this way? We can try to explain it away with ignorance, like “oh, but he/they have only met one kind of fan before; who can blame them if they’ve only met the crazies?” However, this just isn’t true. Why tolerate that? I’m genuinely interested in hearing people’s defences for this. Go on, reply and tell me why this is okay for you, if it is.

Do you ever think about the fact that we’re all like super excited about the future almost death of John Watson, a.k.a. three garridebs?
Seriously, though, we’re all “I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL JOHN WATSON IS BLEEDING OUT IT’S GOING TO BE MAGICAL”
You know, they might not give us “the moment” at the end of whatever episode (4.3?) this turns out to be. They might make a real cliffhanger of it … show John getting shot, show his eyes take in his grievous wound and then show him meet Sherlock’s horrified gaze. Have him brokenly whisper “Oh, God, Sherlock …” (or something equally heart-ripping) and then fade to black and roll the credits. I wouldn’t put it past Mofftiss for a moment to keep us hanging for another two or three years!

This would be MAGICAL. If only Mary WOULD shoot John, then maybe the stans would stop bleating about how much Mary “loves” him!! Although, you know what, they’d probably find a way to twist that. “Mary HAD to shoot him to preserve their perfect, perfect love. And also it was Sherlock’s fault.”
