Some of those weeks were because I was working to meet a deadline while at the same time studying hard for my college math finals (hey, I got an A in math and turned in the book on time!). I was seated at my desk, coffee mug near at hand and my document open on the computer, when my phone rang. It was 8:26 AM. I don’t get calls very often that early in the day. Life Happened

I had what I would call a normal, happy childhood, even though my dad died when I was a baby. My brother and I were raised by my mom and grandmother, and we had a close-knit and loving extended family. My Word for 2016
