Elaine Donnelly, professional sayer of things that she thinks might make the military (and society) more anti-LGBT, is back to beat the poor deceased horse that is Don't As Don't Tell. While still living within a worse year than one that even I could have scripted, and while suffering the crushing psychological blow of marriage equality now being a done deal in the state of its founding, the National Organization For Marriage is doing the only thing it knows to do: ask for more cash.
