Despite all credible polling, NOM decides discrimination is a New Jersey value
According to Quinnipiac's latest poll, a bipartisan majority of New Jersey voters favor marriage equality by a nearly 2-1 margin. But check out what the National Organization For Marriage, which was founded in the Garden State, has to say about tomorrow's special US Senate election between pro-equality superstar Cory Booker and their endorsed candidate, anti-equality Republican Steve Lonegan:
It's vital that we carry Steve Lonegan over the top by voting tomorrow, Wednesday the 16th, for the on...

Dan Gonzales, an old school friend of Good As You, helps show the UK the form of damaging snake oil that Joseph Nicolosi, NARTH, and other faith-motivated American groups force onto impressionable parents and children:

Anti-gay Illinois activists try to co-opt 'freedom to marry'
On our side, we have a great and effective organization called Freedom To Marry. The name is obvious because it so accurately describes what we are seeking: Freedom. To marry.
But now check this. After yet again insinuating that equality activists are wicked and must be opposed so as to not be "a muddied spring or a polluted fountain," extreme-tongued Illinois Family Institute president David Smith says this about his pro-discrimination cause:

Is Bill Donohue kidding me right now?!
Bill Donohue, a man whose national profile has been largely built around his aggressive campaigns against LGBT rights, seriously just wrote this line:
"To engage in bigotry is always wrong, but it is particularly despicable when it is done under the guise of protecting children."
—Catholic League president Bill Donohue
Really, Bill? You, someone who has long been entrenched in the "stop gays so we can protect children world," are seriously saying this? I mean, REALLY??!!
What next, bud—gonna crit...
Pro-discrimination Prop 8 proponents still in search of a court that'll buy into fables
The losing Prop 8 team will never stop trying to convince the nation that they, the rights-strippers, are the ones who have suffered. Nor will they stop trying to put themselves above fair campaign:
Supporters of California's 2008 ban on same-sex marriage are back in court arguing for an exemption from the state's campaign disclosure laws because of threats and harassment they said they have received from gay-rights supporters.

'Gays hate the church' carelessly claims movement that'll claim anything to make Americans hate LGBT rights
Claiming that efforts like the Not All Like That Christians Project are really efforts to win a PR war, the American Family Association's One News Now is now tellings its readers (who they hope to turn into activists and voters) that our movement has essentially declared the church to be our enemy:
[SOURCE]
Of course their basis for saying this is the simple fact that some LGBT people—a great many LGBT people, in fact—are themselves involved with a church. Since anti-LGBT evangelicals (and othe...
