Robyn Grady's hot hero: Gerard Butler

Guess who?!?!?
Yes, the sexiest man on the planet, Gerard I'm-yours-forever Butler.

In my March MH release - Fired Waitress: Hired Mistress - the heroine first sees the hero standing atop a cliff face, his white shirt tails flying behind him in the breeze. She's had an accident and just before she passes out, she believes she's seen an angel.

Checking out this pic of Gerard, I'm not surprised!

Robyn's giving away a copy of Fired Waitress: Hired Mistress to one lucky commenter.

Thanks Robbie! (Hot ...

Anna Cleary's hot hero: Johnny Pavslovski

Anna Cleary blowing kisses to Nicola for inviting me and wishing everyone in the world a Happy Valentine's Day.

I'm delighted to tell you about a story preparing to grace the UK bookshelves in April. It's called Wedding Night with a Stranger, and involves a rather brooding, stern Greek Australian by the name of Sebastian Nikosto, and his reluctant mail - order bride. Her name is Ariadne Giorgias, and just like the Ariadne in the myth of old, she hails from Naxos.

Although a wedding takes...

Julie Cohen's hot hero: Patrick Dempsey

Favourite hero...right now I've got a little bit of a thing for this guy, Patrick Dempsey.

This picture of him inspired one of my favourite heroes, Dominick Steele from HONEY TRAP.

Dominick is a washed-up former rock star, a recovering alcoholic and serial adulterer, who's lost his money, his job, his marriage, his music, and, at the beginning of the book, his will to live.
God, I loved writing him.

My next book, out in March, is NINA JONES AND THE TEMPLE OF GLOOM, a story about a shoe-loving...

Holly Jacob's hot hero: Ben Browder

I rarely have a celeb in mind as I write a character. I know some authors swear by having inspirational pics of their characters. Not me.

But I am a fan of Ben Browder. Loved him in Farscape and was thrilled when he joined the cast of SGI. When I saw the cover for last year's Once Upon a Valentine's, I couldn't help but notice my hero Chuck had a Bennish sort of look to him...much to my delight! I loved that cover!

And I'll confess, even though Ben's not on this February's A ONE-OF-A-KIND FAMIL...

Paula Roe's hot hero: David Boreanaz

I think my favorite hero so far is Jake Vance from Boardrooms & A Billionaire Heir.

He was inspired by the yummy David Boreanaz (Seeley Booth from Bones is my perfect strong alpha male!)

He's tough yet vulnerable and with a heap of skeletons in his closet, difficult to get close to. But when you do, he's fiercely loyal and protective. ::::sigh::::

Paula's next release is The Billionaire Baby Bombshell, June '10 (US), July '10 (ANZ)

Today, she's giving away a copy of The Best Love Stories of...

Anna Campbell's hot hero: Bryan Ferry

Bryan Ferry was the model for Anna's Earl of Erith in Tempt the Devil.

For Olivia Raines, London's most notorious courtesan, and the infamous Julian Southwood, Earl of Erith falling in love will be the greatest risk of all in this wicked and wild romance from
ANNA CAMPBELL

Any man in London would worship her. Yet Olivia is, quite frankly, bored of them all. Despite her many dalliances, she's never felt true passion, never longed for any lover's touch . . . until Julian, London's most...

Donna Alward's hot hero: Tahmoh Penikett

Here's a pic of the hero of my March book – Canadian Actor Tahmoh Penikett.

The her o is Noah Laramie and the book is Her Lone Cowboy .

What I love about this hero is that while physically he's not "whole", to the heroine he is perfect. I love how she sees beyond the physical to the man inside.

The Cowboys and Confetti duet is One Dance With The Cowboy, Jan 2010 US and Feb 2010 Aus/NZ and Her Lone Cowboy, March 2010 US and April 2010 UK.

Kate Hardy's hot hero: Antonio Banderas

My favourite hero is Antonio Banderas.

I have to say, he's so gorgeous that he's inspired quite a few of my heroes. As El Mariachi, I even got him a namecheck in
Where the Heart Is (and that was an English hero!). I nearly pinched one of his Puss in Boots lines from Shrek in Playboy Boss, Pregnancy of Passion , but my ed spotted it and made me take it out. (Boo…)

But I think one of my favourite heroes he inspired was Gio in
Breakfast at Giovanni's (aka 'In Bed with Her Italian Boss' – the RNA...
