Allowing Your Right Action to Unfold 20-Minute Guided Meditation
As we awaken the Sacred Power of Presence within us, we are gently guided back to the stillness and silence that rests inside, back to a state of being where there is time for everything.
For thousands of years, the ancient oracles, shamans, sages, and seers practiced and ultimately mastered the Sacred Power of Presence in their lives. And although it’s not very complicated, in our modern world where mindfulness and meditation are readily available to all, most people still have not cultivated a present-moment technique that they engage in every day.
The ancient Chinese sage Lao-tzu is known for this powerful set of teachings, which reinforce the Sacred Power of Presence:
Do you have the patience to wait
until your mud settles and the water is clear?
Can you remain unmoving
till the right action arises by itself?
The Master doesn’t seek fulfillment:
but not seeking, not expecting,
is fully present,
and can welcome all things.
As the swirl of life sweeps through you each day, allow these three powerful stanzas
to become an ongoing contemplation.
Gently rippling them through your thoughts will help you gain clarity, cultivate patience, and trust in the moment.

How Meditation Helps Us Make Better Decisions in the Moment
The fight-or-flight response is referred to as a biological stress response. The term stress is short for distress, a word evolved from the Latin word stringere, meaning “to draw tight or pull apart.” In your most stressful moments, it can sometimes feel as if you are being pulled in a million directions emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually, and in all the other aspects of your life.
Each day we experience small disappointments and larger expectations not being met. Whenever your needs aren’t met, you have the potential to respond in many ways. When you respond reflexively instead of reflectively— or automatically fighting or fleeing instead of choosing a more intuitive response—you lower yourself to your most primitive state such as the fight-or-flight response, which is hardwired into your DNA. And in that moment, you are ruled by your chemicals and hormones acting out a long-conditioned pattern.
Are you wired to fight or flee?
Which do you choose in a given moment? The level of testosterone that’s in your system will often determine whether you will fight or flee. If you have a high level of testosterone – which is the case with more men than women – than you’re pre-wired to fight upon experiencing a threat. Lower levels of testosterone – which is the case with more women than men – will make you more likely to run away. An additional factor is hunger. We are actually more likely to fight back if our stomach is empty. When we are famished, the blood flows away from our rational brain functions to our reptilian survival based functions, and boom – we are milliseconds away from attacking. But, nine out of ten times, when physically threatened, our first instinct will be to run (or at least move or jump back) – whether we are a man or a woman – before take our next step.
BUT After meditating regularly for only a few days, you will transform forever! Those who have a consistent meditation practice have been scientifically proven to respond to the world differently. Regular meditators are calmer, less reactive, less angry, more reflective, more creative, more intuitive, more efficient, more patient, more productive, happier, more fulfilled, and ultimately more self-actualized.
Plus, meditators have highly sharpened coping practices that they use in stressful scenarios. Regardless of what’s happening in their environment, they moderate their stress levels keeping them low, which guarantees that the response is short-lived and its impact is negligible.

Release Regret
This week we’re exploring how to release regret. We all have regrets about things we’ve said and done or choices we’ve made that you wish you could take back, you are not alone. Together, let’s leave the questions of “what if ?”or “maybe…?” behind and remind ourselves that what has already happened is carved in stone. We can’t change past events… but we can acknowledge the present moment and take a powerful step forward toward the future.
Now is the time to forgive yourself! Releasing regret isn’t as easy as releasing a balloon into the sky. The process of releasing regret and healing begins the second we give ourselves permission to forgive. Give yourself permission to move forward and let go of any pain or agony towards the past. Some of our wounds from the past can still feel fresh no matter how much time has passed. The more we let these wounds affect us the longer they will burrow deeper into our mind, heart, and ultimately our body if we don’t do something to take us beyond them. With each mistake or regretful action, we stop accepting that we are divine creations. We begin to build walls in our hearts, our conversations, our sense of self, our attitudes, and even in our physical bodies. In this process of regret, we lose the precious gift of innocence and become skeptical of the infinite kindness of the Universe. When we forgive, we release ourselves from regret.
What happened has happened. From this moment on, I want you to fail up! Failing up is when we take past events that didn’t turn out the way we planned and think of them as powerful lessons to make better choices in the future. This allows us to take ownership of the person we want to become rather than defining ourselves from past events. Keep moving forward in the direction of your healing. Release regret. Own your impact on the universe. Lean towards your dreams. Live your best life!
The present moment is the only thing we have. Compared to the eternity of the cosmos, this physical life of ours is as short as a flash of lightning. We were born mortal, human, flawed, and imperfect in so many ways. Don’t let regret from the past hold you back from your journey to transformation. Be kind to yourself. Remember to forgive yourself on every step of this journey and release regret.

Connecting to Your Sacred Soul – 28-minute Guided Meditation

Your sacred soul is ageless, changeless, enduring, raceless, formless, genderless, colorless, and transcends all teachings philosophies, and wisdom while touching everything in existence. Your sacred soul is the pure knower of all truth, universal, individual, and the merger of both.
The sacred soul is a personal version of the Spirit that rests inside us. In other words, It’s the human expression of the Divine. At every moment, you and I are expressing the Divine. Our soul is our personal, individual expression of something much bigger than us—something way more expansive than we could ever really imagine. When you stare at your reflection, you are only seeing a glimpse of your soul’s physical expression. Our bodies only serve as a reference point for all things, our sacred soul is merely the essence beneath it all.
Awakening the Sacred Powers of Presence, Your Ripple, and Spirit enlightens you to the sacred, precious present moment; flows your impact throughout the world; and merges your sacred soul with the Divine Spirit. Every living being on the planet has a soul. That is why we are all so connected. Each of us is an individuated expression of the Divine Principle of One. And the Sacred Power of Spirit reminds us in every moment that we are merely one breath, one blink, one heartbeat away from merging back into the oneness of the eternal, timeless cosmic flow.
Our sacred soul is so vast, so infinite, and so beyond our comprehension. Take a moment this week and ask yourself “Who am I?”. This is an aspect of Self that has been explored for thousands of years and is one of the deepest questions you could ever ask yourself. Reflecting on who you are is a stepping-stone to an effortless daily practice of connecting to your sacred soul- and is a building block for living an expanded, abundant, compassionate life. I wish you a greater connection to your sacred soul and an abundance of healing, transformation, and deep loving you so desire. Aham brahmasmi, baby!

What Vibe Are You Leaving Behind?
Reflect on this last week – interactions you had with family or co-workers. Maybe you visited the supermarket or did some other shopping. What sort of vibe did you go into each of those interactions? Were you smiley and engaging? Did you avoid eye contact at all costs? Were your words calm and kind, or sharp and stabby?
In every moment we can ask yourself, “What am I bringing to the table and what am I leaving behind?”
Are you leaving behind ojas (sweet vital nectar) or ama (toxic residue)? The Divine Principle of Inner Fire teaches us that our emotional digestive fire impacts all of our experiences. For example, we “chew” on a conversation or interaction with our senses; we “break it down” with our intellect; we take in the words, the tone, the intent, and the sentiment; and then depending on how brightly our emotional agni is burning, we digest it, absorbing all the aspects of the interaction that we believe will serve us and releasing that which has no further use.
So what determines whether we leave behind ojas or ama in a given moment? It depends on three things:
How readily we take in the information without coloring it with our constrictions.How mindful we are of the present moment—our ability to be aware of what is happening at this very moment.How curious, innocent, and vulnerable we can risk being—our wi
llingness to allow the unknown to unfold without captivating fear.The Sacred Power of Your Ripple teaches us to pay attention to what we leave behind in each moment because long after you’ve left the scene, your impact remains. We raise our vibration in the world with every positive ripple you add. And we can put a pretty big damper on our vibration with any ama we put out into the universe.
Everything starts with awareness, then flows to a state of desire, and then unfolds into an action. Everything. Even if you decide that your action is to take no action! And so after every encounter, remember to ask yourself, “Did I just leave ojas (sweet vital nectar) or ama (toxic residue) behind?” Only when your heart is awakened can you hear the voice of deep desire speaking truth.
We will all leave this earthly existence at some point. That alone should inspire us to celebrate our own presence right now—and that of everyone in our lives. So, let’s strive to leave behind a karmic footprint of ojas – love, positivity, expansion, abundance, peace, and an impact that elevates the planet.

Healing Within- 12-minute guided meditation
Healing is a powerful motivator to cultivate a consistent meditation practice. Guided meditations hold a special place in my heart because I have experienced deep healing and powerful aha! moments. Some guided meditations can be effective in helping you train your mind and body.
Athletes, for example, use guided visualizations to reinforce and fine-tune an experience they would like to replicate, such as sticking the perfect landing after a flip, spiking a volleyball, kicking a field goal, or swinging a tennis racket just before the ball arrives. By picturing the process and desired outcome over and over in your mind, you become primed for when the event actually takes place.
In every style of meditation, there is an object of your attention. We can focus on our breathing, repeating a sacred mantra, or even gazing out to the unknown. The Divine Principle of Awareness encourages us to simply focus on the object of our attention. By maintaining our attention on intention, we begin to make physical, real-world choices that spark healing. As you heal through the Divine Principle of Awareness, you also spark your potential for REbirth.
To awaken your power of REbirth, we need to awaken forgiveness and permission, forgive ourselves for everything that’s ever happened in our lives, and grant ourselves permission to heal, move forward, and thrive! REbirth is a spiritual homecoming—our returning to the memory of our wholeness before we carved out all the ruts, climbed the mountains, crawled up from the abysses, trudged across the valleys, slid down the hills, and fell down rabbit holes. You are entitled to a new beginning full of healing, love, and transformation!
The Sacred Power of Your Awakened Heart is activated as an instrument of healing. Your awakened heart can deliver an ever-expanding wholeness to your every thought, word, and action that stretches across to your REbirth. With the power of REbirth, you can absorb the pain and suffering of everyone around you, and flow back only love because your awakened heart has finally become a conduit for deeper healing inside. Channeling the Universe – 13-minute guided meditation
The energy of the universe is resting in your soul! Whenever you find yourself constricted, feeling small or less than, stuck or sad, or feeling like you just can’t break through … remind yourself that you have the power to channel the universe at any given moment because YOU are the universe. Just let the stillness and silence settle in and flow through you. This guided meditation will allow you to merge yourself with the universe and give you the opportunity to flow through your day with greater grace, and greater ease.
We are simply empty spaces, channels, and infinite threads in the eternal fabric of existence. We’re not the flute, not the breath, not Christ. We are simply the hole, a divine conduit for energy to pass through us. Om, often referred to as the hymn of the universe, is the oldest mantra sacred to Hindus, Buddhists, and Jains. Om is considered the ultimate vibration because it contains every vibration that has ever existed and every vibration that will ever exist in the universe. Om contains every sound in the vibrational spectrum—even those we can’t hear with our ears. By chanting Om in our meditation, our mind becomes aligned with the breath and enables us to enter an elevated state of consciousness.

Finding the Universe Within
Have you ever wondered, “Am I breathing in the Universe? Or is the Universe breathing me?” The answer is a little bit of both!
Tat Tvam Asi, a Sanskrit mantra from the Advaita tradition, is typically translated as “I am that” or “Thou Art That.” This mantra is a great tool to use as you explore your connection to Source.
You are simply a reflection of the universe!
Challenge yourself to look at everyone through the lens of Tat TvamAsi. Everyone around us is going through a human experience that we are also capable of experiencing. Remember, that even in the simplest act of pointing at someone or something, there are always three fingers pointing back at you. We are all connected, and the universe resides in each and every one of us.
Understanding this dynamic exchange between yourself, others, and the universe doesn’t end with just being aware of these connections, it continues in our everyday life and how we express ourselves. Think of a time when you were so happy and exchanged a hug with someone. You both lean in and wrap your arms around each other. In this motion of expressing happiness through a hug you are acting as an energetic conduit, flowing attention, affection, appreciation, and acceptance to and from each other, all in just a few seconds. Just like the universe, we are interconnected to all matters in the world. We absorb existence through our senses, distill it with our intellect, and create a persona—an ego—that individuates us from one another. When we look to our most genuine selves, beneath the layers of the ego, the intellect, and our physical body, we can access the divine flow that allows the universe within us to emerge.
Our entire existence in this lifetime is built on the premise of a never-ending energy exchange, which has been known for millennia as the Divine Principle of Infinite Flow. The infinite Universe rests within you, and you are the perfect expression of the Divine Principle of Infinite Flow. Whenever you feel yourself searching for a form of connection to the universe, remember, the answer to every question we could ever ask ourselves rests inside. We simply need to give ourselves permission to hear the answer. Awakening your powers instilled within will align you more closely with the Universe, release all constrictions and resistance, and accelerate the Divine Principle of Infinite Flow in your life.

Uncover Your Self-Worth – 20-minute guided meditation
Hello, my beautiful Spiritual Warrior! Welcome to this edition of The Source in which we explore self-healing. This is the perfect opportunity to take the time to reflect on your sense of self-worth. At a young age, we may have based our self-worth on whether we fit the status quo, and in some cases, that thought process hasn’t changed. Our need for validation from others can be a driving force in our lives that can hurt our journey with self-worth more than actually benefit our journey. Relying on validation and affirmation from external sources such as school, work, social media, political parties, nationalities, ethnicities, and cultures will not even come close to the fulfillment we gain from thoughts and feelings internally. We have the experience and ability to derive more of our self-worth from ourselves rather than from external sources.
In your journey of uncovering your self-worth, remember you are a spiritual warrior. You are whole and pure and perfect and abundant and infinite! Self-worth begins with knowing that you are who you are and that is divine and magnificent. When you let go of any negative energies affecting your life it will be easier to be at ease in your journey of self-worth. Take time today to take the next step and let go of what no longer serves you. 
You must decide right now that you are worthy of the love of the Universe—and that you certainly are worthy of being loved again by another. When our emotions are clouded with loneliness, irrelevance, unkindness, and self-doubt; the shield of our ego constantly held up to protect ourselves will become too heavy, and our awakened hearts will always be there to comfort and heal us. Our awakened heart knows all, sees all, feels all, and is capable of healing all the pain and suffering that rests inside us.
Use this 20-minute guided meditation to uncover your self-worth. You are worthy in every moment. If you ever find yourself questioning your judgment, you need to remind yourself that the word trust can be reconfigured into strut! Strut your self-worth and start embodying qualities of self-love, kindness, and purpose. Your journey of self-worth can be in the form of chanting, speaking, whispering, or silently repeating an affirmation (I am divine, I am worthy of love, I am whole, and so on) or the sounds of a mantra Aham Brahmasmi.
