20X

Events_900x800_R4_20x_FINAL_2

"There are no words to express my gratitude to you and your team. I attended the UM Summit in November 2018 and then signed up for the 20X crucible in July. Doing the 20X this past weekend reinforced for me that I can beat my fear, ask for help and be the best version of myself. I look forward to improving myself every day, and being as Gandhi said, “the change you want to see in the world”. Through the 20X experience, I finally understand what it means to be that change."
 -Anita -Anita
"Four weeks ago a friend asked if I wanted a number to run in the Boston marathon. I hadn’t been training for a marathon but I was up for it. And in order to raise money for his charity I offered to do 10 push-ups at each of the race’s 42 kilometer points. Long story short I finished and did 450 push-ups. Took me 6:20 but I did it. People asked me what made me think I could do it and I said 20x. Plain and simple. So thanks."
 -Steve -Steve
"I was one of the Spring 2014 classmates for the SEALFIT 20X challenge. I just wanted to thank you for this great opportunity. There isn’t a price that could be made to account for all SEALFIT taught me. I can honestly say I feel like I can capture the world and become anything I put my mind to. I am truly blessed to be in control of my entire mind."
 -Michael Hall -Michael Hall
"I turned 50 this year and wanted to take on a big challenge. 20X looked tough and I expected to be tested physically, but also hoped to learn about myself and become a better leader in everyday situations. What I learned from 20x was the strength you have working as a team. Over the course of the 12-hours myself and the other 26 participants were pushed to our limits, but with the great coaching we learned to support each other and work together. When I struggled with a challenge being too tough, others gave me strength and encouragement. I began to feel stronger while encouraging others. We became one team. If you are looking to improve who you are as a person and commit to living your life to the fullest, do not hesitate or you will never know what you could have accomplished!"
 -Casey Blake -Casey Blake
"After 20+ years in the military, I needed to get ‘back to the basics’, grounding myself back to entry level fundamentals enabling mental, physical, and emotional growth…push myself to once again be comfortable with being uncomfortable.Your team’s ability to immerse a small group of people (many with no military background) into the “warrior culture’ over a 12 hour period is invaluable. The coaches facilitate an environment that teaches the class members to control their emotional response to outside stimuli and knock down their perceived metal or physical barriers. I am a better person, father, husband, athlete and military leader because I was able to reinforce my ‘why’. Thank you for opportunity to continue to learn."
 -Brian -Brian
"I am an Exercise Physiologist and work with hockey players to develop their skating skills, as well as strength and conditioning. The 20X Challenge was a life-changing event for me.Things such the importance of teamwork, communication, selflessness, power of the mind, box breathing and accountability has helped me gain so many tools which has changed all the lives of our students and training partners here. The SEALFIT team has changed our culture of how we train and how we treat others. Getting young men and women to understand that NO ONE is better than anyone else and that life is about helping each other get better together has been amazing to watch.HOOYAH!"
-Jennifer Matras -Jennifer Matras CSCS, President

SEALFIT Elite

SEALFIT Elite 2

"I owe a lot to Sealift and very much like how it has grown over the years. I put it to use two weeks ago while on vacation with the family. My 11 year old daughter twisted her ankle at the end of strenuous hike on Camel Hump Mountain in Vermont with about 1.5 miles to go. My wife and son were already ahead of us and I was carrying the backpack with supplies… I put the backpack on the front and her on my back. We made a game out of it to see how many times I had to put her down before reaching the car. I had her count to 8 for each step I took and I explained to her that I could always do 8 more steps but mentally I could not do a 1000. She liked my explanation and learned a lot from it. We hiked the entire 1.5 miles without putting her down once – surprised myself and her in the process. So thank you Sealfit for preparing me for that!"
 -Marten -Marten
"Loving this programming…Truly connected mind and body, using the pre sop and box breathing. Testing for the swat team this August… Thanks sealfit crew for giving me the tools I needed to realize my potential."
 -Nikolas -Nikolas

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSHow do I access the program?

Once you have purchased this product, you will be emailed login info and gain immediate access!

What equipment do I need?

Equipment varies. A Crossfit style box or standard gym will have all the training tools you need.

Can beginners participate in this program?

Yes, beginners should start with our BOOTCAMP product for 30-90 days then move into the ONRAMP program.

How do I know which of the 5 workouts to do?

Typically, Onramp is for beginners. Masters generally have heavier weights, more advanced movements and more volume than the ONRAMP WODs. Crossfit, is for those intermediate to advanced athletes with time constraints. The SOFWOD is for those training for Special Operation Forces pipelines, these WODs have an endurance and body weight focus with supplemental strength, metabolic conditioning and stamina. The OPWOD is our advanced training program for the elite athlete.

What is a PST?

A PST is a Physical Standards Test. This is used by the military to evaluate the physical readiness of an individual. The PST consists of: 2 min max push ups, 2 min. max sit ups, 2 min max air squats, max dead hang pull ups without coming off the bar, and timed 1 mile run.

How can I get questions answered about a WOD?

If you click on your workout you can scroll down and leave a comment that is immediately sent to our coaches.

How do I access the Exercise Video Library?

Please visit the tab “Start Here” to find that link. http://members.sealfit.com/exercise-video-library/

You can also hover your cursor over an exercise in your WOD and a quick link to the video will appear.

How do I know I am ready to switch to a more difficult WOD?

We encourage you to experiment with different WOD’s to see which fits your goals and abilities. Often, when someone has been training with the onramp for a while we encourage you to jump in on the Crossfit WOD once or twice a week to see if your ready. You can also take another PST and submit that to us and we can advise you according to your results.

How is the mental aspect of SEALFIT Trained?

You will be able to access 100’s of videos and teachings of Mark Divine and the SEALFIT coaching staff that focus on goal setting, emotional control, breath control, visualization, leadership and team development & integrated theory.

SEALFIT KOKORO

Events_900x800_R4_Kokoro_FINAL_2

KOKORO™ is considered the most powerful and challenging physical, mental and emotional training available to civilians in the world. Modeled after the U.S. Navy SEAL’s famous Hell Week and integrated with Mark Divine’s world-renowned Unbeatable Mind™ training, KOKORO is the premier training event for forging mental toughness, emotional resiliency, and elite team skills.

Your SEALFIT coaches will use their years of training and experience to help guide you to overcome any obstacle, eradicate fear and tame your mind.

Building on what you learn and experience from other 20X crucible events, KOKORO is a major milestone in your journey to evolve to your fullest potential as a human being, and to maximize performance – all in, all the time!

You’ll ascend to the summit of Five Mountains of physical, mental, emotional, intuitional and spiritual wholeness with this life-changing event. It will transform every aspect of your being.

There is life before, and then there is life after KOKORO.

And now for Black Friday, it’s easier than ever to participate when you take $500 off the price of the event.

Civilian leaders, both men and women, as well as military special operations candidates, train side by side in this crucible. Each trainee is seeking to tap into strength and resolve that is 20X (twenty times) what they had previously thought accessible.

First, begin your physical and mental training with SEALFIT Online and by reading Mark Divine’s books 8 Weeks to SEALFIT and Unbeatable Mind. Then, attend the Unbeatable Mind Experience to learn the mental and emotional skills. Next, attend the 20X and 20XL events to identify gaps in your training, and to condition your body and mind for the KOKORO experience. Approaching it in this way will allow you to attack the event from a position of strength, and to fully integrate all the transformative moments (as opposed to just “gutting” through it in misery).

Trainees are held to strict performance standards just like a Navy SEAL candidate. Here are the standards:

PHYSICAL STANDARDS:

PST – You will be tested for maximum reps and you MUST reach the following minimum standards:

50 push-ups (40 for women): 2 minutes

50 sit-ups (40 for women): 2 minutes

50 air squats (40 for women): 2 minutes

10 dead hang pull-ups (6 for women)

1 mile run in boots and utility pants: 9.5 minutes

In addition to the PST you will be physically tested on how fast you can do MURPH. There is a 75 minute time cap.

MURPH (in boots with weighted ruck )

1 mile run

100 pullups

200 pushups

300 air squats

1 mile run

Medical Standard: In good medical health with a physical within one year of the event. Any heart condition is a disqualifier.

Character Standard: Prove to be a good teammate. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you are not.

SEALFIT KOKORO

Events_900x800_R4_Kokoro_FINAL_2

"Those 50 hours were perhaps some of the most grueling, yet rewarding I have ever encountered in my life. As a marathon runner and a competitive athlete everything now seems like a cake walk in comparison…I now feel I have the confidence to get through BUD/s, and with the experiences I faced in camp I can take it with me to Coronado and use it so I can help not only myself but my teammates."
-Trey Fischer, KOKORO Camp 9 -Trey Fischer, KOKORO Camp 9
"You’ve created an amazing life experience and I’m honored and grateful to have had the opportunity to live it. I draw on the experience every day in so many aspects of my life —in my thinking and reflection, relationships, training, teaching and coaching, pro-action/action/reaction, business, etc. While I’ve completed some relatively sizable endurance events in the past…none of those experiences comes even close the holistic takeaway from Kokoro Camp. Not even close."
-Jeff, KOKORO Camp 13 -Jeff, KOKORO Camp 13
"I am not the same person after Kokoro. The experiences I had during Kokoro 29 have completely and permanently changed me in very powerful ways – for the better. I am not the same person I once was and I’m proud to say I have been forged into a stronger man. Hooyah!"
 -Loren L. -Loren L.
"There are decisions in life that really define a person. When my Kokoro coach first told me that I was not allowed to leave; I was upset. I was thinking who is this guy, and why won’t he let me quit. When he told me you will thank me later I thought no way. At the end of camp I realized he was absolutely right. I cannot put into words how grateful I am that he made me stick it out. It was a lesson that I will keep my entire life. It taught me how to keep on pushing when you are working in a team, and how important it is to be there for your team. It taught me that in life you can not quit no matter how hard life gets. You just need to keep on fighting and putting one foot in front of the other. No one knows what is going to happen in the future, but if you give your all you will be successful. That is the best lesson anyone can learn. Thank you so much!"
-Coulter Turchin, KOKORO 30 Matras -Coulter Turchin, KOKORO 30 Matras
"Preparing for and completing Kokoro camp was the best thing to ever happen to me. I was able to learn more about myself this summer than some people may ever learn about themselves in a lifetime. It has not only made me a better leader for my teammates, but a better leader of my own life. I find myself making better and more and confident decisions. I’m not as easily flustered as I was before. Each day of my life I use something I learned at Kokoro to my advantage. My coach has told that I “no longer run from challenges, but rather run straight at them. I strongly encourage anyone who is thinking of doing Kokoro to just go for it. It will change your life and teach you things about yourself that you may not be able to imagine. I now crave life’s challenges and look to push myself outside of my comfort zone. Like I tell everyone who has asked me about Kokoro: If I can make it through, so can you."
-McCall Tomeny, KOKORO 29 -McCall Tomeny, KOKORO 29

WORKOUT OF THE WEEK

ABOUT US

SEALFIT was born out of the desire to help NAVY SEAL candidates successfully complete Navy SEAL Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training with a special emphasis on surviving NAVY SEALS “hell week”. . We then discovered that civilians were interested in participating in a Navy SEAL fitness training and the program evolved to something much more. Beyond being a Navy SEAL fitness program, SEALFIT has become a way of life and state of mind for thousands of people around the world. Developed by retired Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine, SEALFIT combines physical training with mental toughness training to help you get through virtually anything life throws your way. Explore our programs and events that replicate the Navy SEAL training camp experience today.
