Get Off Your Broom Fitness Challenge

My attempts to lose weight are never-ending. This is another one.


A Very Nice Lady (VNL) has created a website for challenging fellow Pagans to improve their fitness. I’ve joined up, which means I have to post my goals here, then report once a week to let y’all know I badly I’ve done.


Or not. I have to stay hopeful.


Step 1 is to state my goals and plan. So my goal is to lose a pound a week.


Um… yeah. That’s been my goal for every week of the last twenty years. I’m just sayin’.

I’m off to buy label sticks. Can’t leave the packets in there. If you’ve been around long, you know about my gardening skills. Want to place bets on whether anything grows?


There’s a CWC meeting today, so I must run if I’m going to make it. But I can’t leave without a teaser: the cover for the print version of Bridgebuilders is almost ready! It’s really going to happen!

The Look Challenge

What’s the first use of the word “look” in your WIP? I’m taking up this challenge from Amy Raby, whose paragraph is here. My paragraph is from Worlds Apart, since that’s the WIP I had open when I saw Amy’s challenge.
