With God, All Things are Possible…

Several experiences that I have had have witnessed to me that we each have embedded within us a voice. The voice that I am talking about does not have “vocal cords” and yet it speaks to us. It comes from our center or heart. The voice of our heart whispers to us the truth about who we are and God’s love and the incredible potential that we have. It is a quiet voice – the kind of voice that will be easily drowned out by the world and easily listened to high on a mountain top. It is a pure voice that is not muddied by greed, the desire for power or weakness. It is the voice of your spirit and it knows things about you that most likely you no longer have memory of. Yet, when you allow peace and quiet in your life, it will tell you glorious things! And…you must be willing to listen! I have been amazed at the power of my voice. It is because of my voice that I have learned that strength does not lie in the ability to scream or shout – it comes from the willingness to listen and be taught. Life is busy but never so busy that we don’t have time to listen. I have found that listening to that inner voice is like a key; a key that enables my partnership with God to be successful like no other! I believe that the same holds true for you! I know that with God, all things are possible is a true statement! It is my prayer for today that if you haven’t already; that you will make time to listen to your voice and that you will allow your voice to bless you for the rest of your life and beyond! #God#Inner voice#conscience,#heart#eternity#spirit

You are Mine…
Do you ever try to make God human? Do you ever try to minimize His abilities just because you have a difficult time wrapping your head around the idea of perfection? I understand – I understand that it is impossible to comprehend perfection from a mortal’s perspective.
Having had the experience of meeting with God during my near death experience, I understand God’s perfection. I understand that He is entirely whole and complete – there is no gap to His intelligence, knowledge and capacity. I also understand that in order to comprehend His perfection, you must behold it.
This life is a time for us to improve and grow. The best way to do that is to use God’s help. I don’t know how He does it and if I did, I would never be able to explain it anyway. Yet, I know that every son and daughter of God is known by Him. Not just casually but entirely and completely. I don’t know how many sons and daughters He has – but I believe that that very large number is irrelevant. What is relevant is that no matter how many “siblings” we have, God is able to nurture, guide, and love us as though we were an only child. His love for you and His desire to help and guide you is greater than you can comprehend!
He never abandons us and He never forces us. He waits for us to reach out to Him – ever ready to provide help and answers according to His infinite wisdom. You will never know a more tender and perfect love than that which God has for you. You will never have a better ally and friend! Your life will not be filled with the same perfection that God has but it can be filled with His perfect love and assistance if you welcome Him into your life!

When You Listen to the Whispers of Your Heart…
Miracles surround us! By the standards of the world, all that God has created is a miracle! Is there something that you want to accomplish and every fiber of your being tells you only a miracle can make it happen? Well…let me tell you a little about what I witnessed in heaven; you are meant to do amazing things with your life! Many of those things may seem like they will require a miracle! However, with God, all things are possible! Not only CAN God create miracles in your life, He desires to create miracles in your life! All that God needs is for you to recieve your miracle is to listen to your heart and then act on the positive messages you receive!

Children Make Your Life Important…
It doesn’t matter how politically correct people want to be, it is true that having children transforms your life. I was one of those women who never really gave having children much thought. I didn’t expect that the whole experience would come quickly or easily. Except for nine months of nausea, my experience came both quickly and (sorta) easily. Being a mom is never easy but loving my children has been nothing but easy. I became a mother for the first time on Mother’s Day. My Mother’s Day that year was amazing! But it had nothing to do with me – it had everything to do with that bundle of baby laying in my arms! I know of no other experience that is more emotionally and financially draining and yet I would never have traded a minute of it. I totally believe that each member of the human race is important – and at the same time I can’t help but hold the needs of my children above my own. My children are all grown and gone now and I watch now as they have their own parent experiences and I see the feelings I had for them manifested for their own children. We now have a new generation of important beings in our family and I am an instant fan of each one! Children teach us so much and they give us the ability to look beyond thinking only of ourselves to something better! Just remember, even if you aren’t a parent, we can all be the nurturers of children. I believe with all of my heart that if we want a world of peace and happiness we must all do all that we can to love and nurture children!

Be Sure to Enjoy Life…
Every day presents new opportunities for joy and for learning. While most days also present adversity or difficulties, which one do you dwell on? The joys or the sorrows? I have found that dwelling and cherishing the simple joys and the wonders of life have enriched my life. I have never spent a moment of my life being sad that I snuggled a baby a few minutes longer nor have I been sad that I told my husband how amazing he is. In recent years, I have a handful of friends who unexpectantly have lost their husbands. Each time that has happened, I have been so grateful that I have taken the time to let my husband or my family members know that I love them! Do you have a hard time expressing love or praise? If you do, know that that can change! You can learn to be more loving and to be better at expressing your love and appreciation. I believe that when we share our love the world becomes a lot more like heaven. Love is a blessing from God and the more it is shared, the more it is received. I hope today and every day will be filled with Love and Wonder for you!

Achieving Your Goals…
During my visit to heaven I saw that becoming better than we had ever been before was by far more important than obtaining things. As we each made choices on what our lives on earth would look like, never did we dwell on being rich, beautiful, or powerful. Instead, we were concerned with improving and becoming more like our Perfect Father. Setting goals is wonderful and important but as Zig Ziglar said “What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals!

Only Thing Worse than No Sight…
The most amazing individuals who have ever lived have all had vision. (Some of them have even had visions!) However, just like Helen Keller, not all of them have had sight. Do you have vision? Do you understand the gift that you were born to be? If you hear that little voice inside telling you that you are no one special, please take some time to talk to God. Ask Him who you are to Him. You will be surprised at what He will tell you! When you sincerely reach out to God and have a true desire and willingness to listen to what He has to say, the answers will come and if you allow those answers to penetrate your heart, I promise that you will never be the same again.

Pity Parties…
Pity is powerful…unfortunately for those who keep themselves trapped in a pity party, escapes from the negativity and dismal abyss that most often accompanies self-pity are rare. Even in the most difficult of circumstances, pity neither helps nor provides comfort. Pity often keeps a person from looking at their situation from a different angle – a more positive angle. There are many circumstances in which we can find ourselves – quite often those circumstances are not of our own making. However, no matter who is to blame or what the circumstance is, the only way to overcome difficulties is to leave the self-pity behind and move on to a more positive outlook!

The Happiest People…
Isn’t it interesting that so many people think that happiness will come with wealth and fame? I think it is even more interesting the so many people see those with wealth and fame struggle with unhappiness and yet continue to believe that wealth and fame will make them happy. I was never more full of joy and happiness than when I was in heaven. I can’t say for sure, but I don’t remember there being any money in heaven. There certainly was not vying for fame and wealth in heaven. Yet, it was so amazing there! I have known no one who has returned from a near death experience whose life has not changed and not one of them has had the focus of gaining wealth and fame. (That includes me.) The truth is that happiness comes from sharing time with those you love and learning and savoring the precious moments in life. Seeing a beautiful vista, smelling a bouquet of lilacs, holding the hand of a child, a tender hug from your main squeeze – that is happiness and that is the real stuff of life!
