To Love Oneself…
Do you love yourself? Do you feel worthy of being loved? Do you know that God loves you? Loving yourself is not an egotistical kind of thing. Instead, loving yourself is essential to happiness and contentment. It also enables you to love and accept others. You are a child of God. He really is your Father. I remember a plaque that my husband once made for our oldest daughter shortly after she was born. I don’t remember the first words of the saying he used on the plaque but I do remember that it ended with “God don’t make no junk”! Although the grammar was less than wonderful – the concept is totally true. Recognizing your worth and your potential as a creation of God is a part of loving yourself. It is not just okay to love yourself, it is an essential component of creating the life that God designed you to live. You alone can be you…but you need to love yourself in order to be the most amazing and wonderful you that you were designed to be!

God’s Glory…
God is real…I was blessed to see Him in heaven. He loves me and He loves you! He is perfect! He has all comprehension and intelligence. Mortal intelligence is so inferior to God’s intelligence that using mortal comprehension alone we cannot understand the depth and breadth of our Creator’s perfection and understanding. His comprehension, abilities, and love is totally complete. He has no weakness or imperfection. It doesn’t really matter that we comprehend what God knows but it does matter that we understand His love for us and His desire to guide us. We have each come to earth to fulfill our personal purpose. We each planned our lives with His assistance (because He knows us better than we know ourselves). We were born to succeed! With God’s help, you not only can but will accomplish your purpose! Search your heart…daily build your relationship with God and you will be amazed at the transformation that will be a part of your life!

Good, Better, Best…
I love today’s quote! I love upbeat positive quotes! Days are normally filled with lots of moments that try our strength and devotion. Some of those moments challenge our determination to hold on and do the job called life right. But…do it! Hang in there and do it right even when doing it wrong would be easier! Doing life right and making decisions using your conscience is always the best route and the route that will bring the greatest blessings and the most positive outcome! You were born for awesomeness and wonderful! Never give life a rest without giving it your best!

Positive Life…
Positive thoughts and a positive attitude are a winning formula for making your life the best it possibly can be! You have been born to accomplish great and positive things! Think about those positive desires that well up inside of you from within your heart – what are they telling you? What wonderful contribution are you meant to make to the world we live in? What special talents and gifts have you been given? Have you been blessed with the gift of caring? Is your gift listening? Are you meant to break the chain of dysfunction that has been a part of your family for generations? Whatever your personal plan is (the plan that was created specifically for you in heaven prior to your birth), it can be accomplished by looking to God to assist you, believing you can and then doing the work that will get you there!

Step Up and Step Out…
Each day is a new opportunity – a new clean slate. In all honesty, although I have seen God and I know how vitally important our lives here on earth are, I sometimes struggle to believe in my own abilities. Theoretically, with the experiences that I have had, some may think that that shouldn’t even be an issue. I believe, that for the majority of us, the person who is most often our most difficult adversary is ourself. For me, that holds true. What I think is wonderful and amazing is that just because I find something challenging doesn’t mean I can’t do it. Daily I have the choice to allow myself to be overwhelmed by a difficult task or to make a leap of faith and move forward with the steps I need to take. Each time I choose to make a leap of faith, I am blessed repeatedly to have the experience of overcoming myself. Some days my leap of faith may mean something as simple as making a phone call and other days it may mean that I have to take on a new software or some very difficult task. It doesn’t really matter what presents itself for me – the most important thing is that I choose to keep making those leaps of faith. I suspect each day presents you with the same kinds of opportunities! I hope that you never give up and that you never give in. We are building positive lives of substance here! No matter what each day asks of us – our lives are important and so is our influence with others. Be sure to conquer yourself today and to smile while you do it!

Keep Your Face to the Sunshine…
I love Helen Keller and her inspiring outlook. I love the analogy of sunshine and I think that had I not been intent on using a quote from Helen Keller – I could have used the word Sonshine! When we keep our lives and our attitudes turned to the positive direction that heaven provides, we are so much more able to overcome our obstacles and the shadows of life. We do not have to dwell in the shadows. We have a choice and we can choose to look to the light!

In God We Trust…
Those of us who live in the United States of America can thank God for the many miracles that brought about the birth of this nation. Lives have been sacrificed and blood has been spilled so that each of us can have freedom to choose the paths our lives will follow and to follow our conscience. We can never take those sacrifices for granted. This nation was established by God fearing men and women who were guided and protected by God in their venture. May we ever be thankful to God for this nation and for our many blessings! Happy Independence Day!

Faith is the Moving Cause…
Faith is the ultimate motivator. We go to work because we have faith that by doing so we will receive wages and be able to take care of the financial needs of ourselves and our family. We drive to the grocery store with the faith that once we get there we will be able to find and purchase the foods and other items that we need. We obtain higher education because we have faith that that knowledge will be of benefit to us. When I visited heaven, I saw that faith was an overwhelmingly important reason for life on earth. We are born into the world to develop faith. Faith is believing in something or someone even though we have not completely seen or experienced the fruition of the belief. I have faith in my husband that he will continue to love me and be my best friend. I exercise that faith in him because i have previously had experiences with him that have developed my faith in his future actions. I have to admit that I have an advantage over many others when it comes to faith in God. I was able to see God and His perfection and converse with Him in heaven. For me, faith in God’s perfection is no longer really faith – it is knowledge. However, I do have to exercise faith daily in my ability to fulfill my life’s purpose. Some days exercising that faith in myself comes easy and other days…it requires a huge leap of faith. What I have learned is to trust in God. I have learned that God may lead me through paths that are excruciatingly difficult but lead me through them He does. Never ever has He abandoned me and I know He never will. He takes my hand and walks with me through everything – both the thick and thin moments of life. He will do the same for you. He knows you and He knows what you need to become the best you possible. You will have difficult moments and you will have epiphanies. Yet, as you exercise faith in God, He will strengthen you and bless you and His love and guidance will be with you. Life is meant to be a growth experience. Your faith in God may be challenged but I promise that exercising faith in God is never the wrong move. He loves you and desires to walk beside you.

What You Do Today….
Today is the most important day we have. It is the day that we have full control over. We cannot change tomorrow. Yesterday’s choices already took care of that. We can look to the future and make goals and decide what we want tomorrow to look like but we can’t take care of tomorrow’s actions just yet. However, we can choose today to make those choices and take those actions that will enable tomorrow to look like the picture we have in our mind – that tomorrow that will be the healthiest and happiest today once it gets here! Take time to plan for your future and make goals – then use today to start making those incremental steps to turn your life into the life that you were born to manifest! It is by living the life you were created for that you will have the greatest happiness and fulfillment! You can do it!

Serenity…
Do you have to have noise when you are alone with yourself? Do you realize that that is a sign that you are not at peace with yourself? If you truly want to be happy, you have to be at peace with yourself. You need to be your own best friend! Being at peace with yourself is a priceless gift that only you can give yourself. Giving yourself that gift is best accomplished by listening to what your heart tells you. It will tell you of your great worth and the God-given passions that have been embedded there. It will tell you of the perfect, unending love that your Creator has for you. It will speak truth to your soul – but you must listen carefully because it will speak with a voice that is reverent and quiet. You will not hear it above the cacophony of your radio or tv. Nor will you hear it while you are fixated on your smart phone or tablet. You have come into this world with a heart that is full of priceless information intended to be communicated just to you! Take the time and make the effort to become in harmony with your heart – it will be a tremendous blessing!
