About six months ago, we hit a wall in growth. Our business thrives on growth and when that pace slowed, other issues began to fester. Complacency set in. Subsequently, our implementation operations department slowed and did less, customer service lost customers, and projects were taking longer to get done. Negative teamwork attitudes festered and we lost sight of our mission, values and focus on customers.
