Vincent was a bit rough with his classmates

Vincent was educated at the Zundert village school but was taken out of school because of his rough behavior.

Vincent kreeg les op het dorpsschooltje van Zundert maar werd van school gehaald wegens zijn ruw gedrag.

Vincent was born in Zundert in the southern Netherlands, near the Belgian border. His father was a Protestant minister in this predominantly Catholic country village. Vincent had two brothers, Theo and Cornelius and three sisters, Anna, Elisabeth and Willemien.

Vincent werd in Zundert geboren, in het Zuiden van Nederland, vlak bij de Belgische grens. Zijn vader was een protestantse predikant in dit overwegend katholieke plattelandsdorpje. Vincent had twee broers: Theo en Cornelius en drie zussen, Anna, Elizabeth en Willemien.

Vincent est né à Zundert dans le sud du Pays-Bas, près de la frontière belge. Son père était un pasteur protestant dans ce village à la campagne majoritairement catholique. Vincent avait deux frères, Theo et Cornelius et ses trois sœurs, Anna, Elizabeth et Willemien.
