Arby's Takes Swipe at Absent Dads, Divides Fans

Arby's took a swipe at dads online and divided fans.

Some fast-food restaurant chains get sarcastic on X. Witness Wendy's, which caused controversy when it took a swipe at Katy Perry's short trip to space, writing, "Can we send her back?" The chain refused to apologize when controversy ignited, but it did drive headlines.

Enter Arby's.

"Unlike dad, our ham & swiss actually came back," Arby's wrote on its X page on May 13, 2025, sharing a photo of its Ham and Swiss Sandwich.

Reaction was instantly divided in the comment thread.

"I think @Wendys collared" Arby's, wrote one person.

"Why isn’t Arby’s on our top 10 list of fast food restaurants?" wrote another person under the post, which racked up more than 440,000 views in just a few hours.

"Low class… do better Arby’s," fumed one X user.

"Arby’s getting aggressive," another person wrote.

"Arby's trying to send people to therapy and I'm here for it," another person wrote.

Popeye's has also gotten into the sarcasm game. When Pope Leo XIV was named, the chain wrote on X, "pope yes." That post had 15 million views.

On April 21, Brand Eating wrote: "Ham is back on the menu permanently at Arby's with the return of the Ham & Swiss Melt and Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich.".

On its website, Arby's describes the sandwich as: "Thinly-sliced, smoked ham with melty Swiss cheese on a sesame bun."

Arby's has more than 3,300 locations throughout the United States and is a presence in more than 2,000 cities, according to Scrape Hero.

Kelsey Grammer Fuels 'Avengers: Doomsday' Theory After Saying He Hasn't Read Script

Marvel’s laser focus on keeping the stars of its movies from revealing virtually anything has become somewhat of a running joke in recent years. It’s gotten to a level where if an actor or actress cast in a Marvel film is doing an interview, fans can expect a plethora of non-answers about the upcoming movie.

Their approach over the years has typically seemed to be for stars to avoid the questions and essentially give whatever form of a "no comment" answer best fits the situation.

While that's worked well for the most part and has kept very little from spilling out ahead of release dates for Marvel movies, things have seemed a bit different ahead of the highly anticipated 2026 film Avengers: Doomsday.

Although some of the movie's lengthy list of stars have stuck with the age-old approach of dodging the topic, another consistent trend has started.

Kelsey Grammer, slated to reprise his ‘X-Men’ role as Beast in ‘Avengers: Doomsday,’ visits SiriusXM Studios.

Following the latest comments from Kelsey Grammer, who's slated to reprise his role as Hank McCoy, aka Beast from X-Men, speculation began to intensify that Marvel may be taking a new approach this time around.

Grammer joined Literally! with Rob Lowe to discuss his new book, Karen: A Brother Remembers, and was asked about Doomsday. Interestingly, his response echoed what several others slated to be in the film said — in short, that he hasn't even read the script yet, as Cosmic Marvel noted.

"I've had a preliminary introduction to the idea. They are still very secretive about the script," Grammer said.

Grammer's comments, along with those made by others, have added fuel to the fire surrounding a theory that Marvel is using this as a go-to response to ensure everyone remains tight-lipped about the storyline.

"Maybe the actors coming out saying they don’t have a script yet is because they don’t want it spoiled," wrote one fan on X.

"Sounds like Marvel is keeping everything under lock and key as usual. Kelsey Grammer’s return is exciting though," said another.

"What are the chances they actually read the script but they're telling us they didn't to keep us guessing," replied another fan.

"Im convinced the 'i havent read a script' thing is just their cop out for answering questions and not spoiling anything, or at least i hope thats what it is," said another while adding two crying laughing emojis.

A few of the other most recent names to state they haven't seen a script include four members from Marvel's recently released Thunderbolts*—Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Wyatt Russell and Lewis Pullman.

While it may just be one big coincidence, or possibly that the script is being kept under wraps until close to when each actor is going to film, it's apparent that this has become a trend. However, with the movie's May 1, 2026, release date still nearly a full year away, the more this trend continues, the more fans are bound to dig for answers and spoilers.

FBI Issues Warning For Home Internet Attacks

The FBI has issued a significant warning this month about a potential security risk on home Internet connections that could leave phones and computers vulnerable to hackers.

On May 7, the FBI issued an announcement warning that out-of-date home Internet routers could allow hackers a way to place a type of malware called TheMoon on computers and phones.

"When a hardware device is end of life, the manufacturer no longer sells the product and is not actively supporting the hardware, which also means they are no longer releasing software updates or security patches for the device," the FBI warned in a statement.

"Routers dated 2010 or earlier likely no longer receive software updates issued by the manufacturer and could be compromised by cyber actors exploiting known vulnerabilities.

"End of life routers were breached by cyber actors using variants of TheMoon malware botnet. Recently, some routers at end of life, with remote administration turned on, were identified as compromised by a new variant of TheMoon malware. This malware allows cyber actors to install proxies on unsuspecting victim routers and conduct cyber crimes anonymously."

The FBI warns that routers at the end of their lives should be replaced with a new, updated model, when possible. Additionally, the FBI advises that everyone update their routes with the latest security patches and firmware updates.

"Login online to the router settings and disable remote management/remote administration, save the change, and reboot the router. Use strong passwords that are unique and random and contain at least 16 but no more than 64 characters. Avoid reusing passwords and disable password hints," the FBI advised.

"If you believe there is suspicious activity on any device, apply any necessary security and firmware updates, change your password, and reboot the router."

Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner Sat Courtside at Knicks Playoff Game

Actor Timothée Chalamet and reality superstar and entrepreneur Kylie Jenner are one of the most high-profile couples in Hollywood right now, and they stepped out for a pretty significant public appearance on Monday night.

Chalamet is an outspoken fan of the New York Knicks, as he was even seen watching Game 1 of their playoff series against the Boston Celtics after skipping the 2025 Met Gala with Jenner.

The Knicks were in action once again on Monday night, hosting the Celtics for Game 4 of the playoff series. This time, however, Chalamet and Jenner watched the game together, sitting courtside together along with Kylie's older sister, model Kendall Jenner.

Throughout the game, social media was filled with photos and videos of the couple enjoying the game, especially given Chalamet's obvious excitement. The superstar pair quickly turned heads on social media.

"Chalamet is one of us," a Knicks fan account posted.

"Imagine dating Kylie Jenner IRL, dating Zendaya on the screen, and being in a full Adam Sandler phase of dressing yourself. Timothee Chalamet is living the dream," one fan wrote in a post on X.

"Find someone who looks at you like Kylie Jenner looks at Timothée Chalamet watching the Knicks," someone else added.

"Timothée Chalamet is living and dying with every possession while sitting next to his girlfriend Kylie Jenner under the basket at MSG for Celtics-Knicks Game 4," another fan wrote.

"Timothee Chalamet brought the Timbs to the Garden! It's go time," another post read.

The good news for Chalamet and Jenner is that the Knicks were able to get a crucial win, beating the Celtics by a final score of 121-113 to take a 3-1 lead in the series.

We'll have to see whether or not they make more appearances at games throughout the playoffs.

Fox Finally Makes Decision on Streaming Platform

Fox Corporation is finally ready to launch its direct-to-consumer streaming platform, Fox One, ahead of the 2025 National Football League season this fall.

Fox One streamers will have access to the network's complete library, including live and on-demand access to Fox sports, FS1, FS2, BTN and Fox Deportes, according to Fox Sports. Fox News, Business, Weather, broadcast and local news stations will also be included, as well as the option to add Fox Nation to a bundle package.

"We know that Fox has the most loyal and engaged audiences in the industry, and Fox One is designed to reach outside of the pay-tv bundle and deliver all the best Fox branded content directly to viewers wherever they are," said Pete Distad, CEO to FOX One. "We have built this platform from the ground up to allow consumers to enjoy and engage with our programming in new and exciting ways, leveraging cutting edge technology to enhance the user experience across the platform."

Fox CEO Lachlan Murdoch made the announcement Monday during a quarterly earnings call, and although the official launch date and details on pricing have not yet been released, Murdoch promised the cost of the streaming service to be "healthy and not a discounted price."

Murdoch also emphasized that they are doing everything "humanly possible" to make sure the streaming platform would not undercut cable deals or lose any pay-TV subscriptions, although viewers will have access to Fox One for free if they already get Fox through their cable subscriber.

“It would be a failure of us if we attract more connected subscribers," Murdoch said during the call, according to CNBC. "We do not want to lose a traditional cable subscriber to Fox One."

TSA Moves Forward With Rolling Out New Technology

If you have flown at a major airport recently, you may have noticed some new technology at security that confirms the validity of a traveler’s identification and confirms their flight information in real time with a photo of the traveler. The TSA is continuing to move forward with that cutting-edge technology.

The TSA's Credential Authentication Technology (CAT) has been used for years to verify the identity of travelers as well as their flight details. However, the new CAT units, referred to as CAT-2 are also equipped with a camera that captures a real-time photo of the traveler, allowing them to verify their identity in real time with that photo.

The TSA is moving forward with bringing this technology to airports across the country, bringing it to the Lehigh Valley International Airport, outside of Philadelphia.

“Identity verification of every traveler prior to flying is a key step in the security screening process,” said Gerardo Spero, TSA’s Federal Security Director for Pennsylvania and Delaware, in a TSA news release. “This technology enhances detection capabilities for identifying fraudulent IDs such as driver’s licenses and passports at a checkpoint and it increases efficiency by automatically verifying a passenger’s identification. We just want to ensure that you are who you say you are.”

The new technology helps make security more efficient while also keeping passengers safer.

“This latest technology helps ensure that we know who is boarding flights,” Spero said. “Credential authentication plays an important role in passenger identity verification. It improves a TSA officer’s ability to validate a traveler’s photo identification while also identifying any inconsistencies associated with fraudulent travel documents.”

This technology is increasingly being rolled out at airports across the country, and the Lehigh Valley International Airport is the latest to benefit from it.

Michael B. Jordan Thanks 'Sinners' Fans at Upfronts

During an appearance at Amazon's upfronts on May 12, Michael B. Jordan praised Sinners impressive box office performance.

“I want to say thank you to everyone who’s been supporting Sinners in theaters right now," he said, before going on to discuss the "Creed-verse," in the words of Deadline.

According to the outlet, a nod to the film he wasn't necessarily there to discuss was "unusual".

As Jordan's fans are well aware, the multi-hyphenate is involved in many upcoming projects, including Delphi, which he will executive produce alongside showrunner Marco Ramirez.

Discussing an Adonis Creed franchise and Ryan Coogler's part in it, Jordan said: “Fun fact: the first film we did was called Fruitvale Station and something really, really unique and special happened in that movie. Before we shot one frame for that movie, he pitched to me the idea for Adonis Creed, that’s where the genesis of this entire thing kind of started."

The long-in-the-works TV extension of the ‘Creed’ movie universe is reality.

Prime Video has ordered ‘Delphi,’ a drama series executive produced by ‘Creed’ movie franchise star Michael B. Jordan and Marco Ramirez, who will serve as showrunner.

‘Delphi’ is focused on young… pic.twitter.com/F3JGRllXxe

— Deadline (@DEADLINE) May 13, 2025

He continued, "Slipping into those gloves as Adonis Creed, has been nothing short of transformative, it changed my life. We’re just getting started with the Creed-verse."

Delphi will focus on young boxers at the Delphi gym. The original Delphi Boxing Academy was where Apollo Creed trained for my years. It was founded by Tony "Duke" Evers and is now run by his son.

Speaking about the upcoming series, Jordan added, "We’re building something special here, and I’m excited to introduce you to new fighters that will walk into the Delphi. As always, in Creed we say, one step, one round, one punch at a time.”

Delphi is the latest in a growing slate of projects based on MGM’s existing IP.

Rob Gronkowski Stuns Crowd With Crack About Bill Belichick’s Girlfriend

Rob Gronkowski said the quiet part out loud.

For the second time in less than a week, the four-time Super Bowl champ is sharing his unedited thoughts on his former coach’s dating life. As TheWrap reports, the Fox Sports analyst attended the network’s upfront on Monday, where he and Fox News host Harris Faulkner were welcomed to the stage by Jane Lynch, host of Celebrity Weakest Link.

Related: Bill Belichick’s Girlfriend Is Actually Younger Than Originally Reported

Lynch showed off her hosting skills by asking the pair a question: “When was the very first upfront?” Gronkowski guessed 1962, which was two years off from the actual answer of 1960.

“Well, of course, back in 1962, Fox wasn’t even a twinkle in Rupert Murdoch’s eye,” Faulkner said. “Fox didn’t begin broadcasting until 1986.” That’s when Gronk chimed in.

“Well, in 1986, Coach Belichick’s girlfriend wasn’t a twinkle in her father’s eye,” Gronkowski shot back.

Belichick’s relationship with Jordon Hudson, a 24-year-old former professional cheerleader, has come under much scrutiny since the couple first went public. But the spotlight on the couple has intensified in recent weeks, ever since the new UNC head coach sat down for an extremely awkward interview with CBS Sunday Morning anchor Tony Dokoupil in late April, which ended up being interrupted by Hudson, who very vocally shut down a question about how the couple met.

While Monday’s roast was clearly a joke, Gronkowski did speak more seriously on the matter in a recent interview with 98.5 The Sports Hub. The athlete shared his worry that Hudson could be a “distraction” to his former coach as he gets his feet wet as the new coach at UNC.

“When you were on the Patriots, the whole goal was to eliminate all the distractions that can possibly happen while you’re on the team,” Gronkowski explained of his time playing under Belichick. “We’re just looking down at the program in North Carolina, and it feels like there are just distractions 24/7 down there. There’s no football talk as well.”

The comment seems to indicate a change of opinion on Gronkowski’s part. During a recent episode of Dudes on Dudes, Gronk’s podcast with former teammate Julian Edelman, the two seemed to agree that there was nothing inappropriate about Hudson’s actions during the Sunday Morning taping.

“She was jumping into that conversation during the interview just like any PR person would jump in when there’s an unnecessary question that probably [they] didn’t go over in the pre-production meeting,” Edelman said, and Gronk agreed.

Facebook Users Are Freaking Out Over Mass Demonetization Notices

Facebook users who run major accounts have been receiving notices on May 12, 2025, that indicate that they are being demonetized for unclear reasons.

However, there are some signs that it might be a glitch. For hours, Facebook creators have been filling up comment threads expressing panic, anger, and confusion. They say they don't have any violations, in many cases, so they don't know why they suddenly received the demonization notice.

Jeff Rainforth, a border videographer, wrote on X, "If you received a message from Facebook (META) stating that your page has lost monetization due to violations, it's a system-wide glitch affecting thousands of major accounts. They're working to solve it. Go to the FB group 'Facebook Bonus Program Issues' for updates."

Men's Journal has reached out to Meta for verification of whether that is true.

The public Facebook group that Rainforth was referring to has more than 138,000 users. Moderator Tanye Lacombe wrote, "Good Afternoon Members. There appears to be a possible system glitch for many accounts with connected entity & partner monetization rules violations. It is quite widespread at the present time. Please be patient as things get sorted from Meta."

Facebook creators filled her comment thread. "I was literally freaking out wondering what I did wrong," wrote one. "I got the same thing too on my page, I was going crazy cos I didn’t post anything that goes against the rules. I’m a bit relieved knowing it’s probably a glitch and I hope it gets resolved for everyone very soon."

"Omg I’ve been having panic attacks about this all day I truly do hope it’s a glitch," wrote another. "I have a kitten rescue page and all of a sudden, this afternoon modernization halted on reels, stars, and subscriptions," wrote another person.

On May 12, 2025, the group page was filled with posts and comments from people whose accounts were socked with the demonetization limitation. The limitation could be very costly for some creators, who earn money each month by posting content.

Many people shared screenshots of similar demonetization notices.

"I got the same message today and I have no idea what the problem is, but I've lost the ability to earn. I post short original articles about architecture which I cannot imagine would be offending to anyone. Is is possible someone posted something in my comments that caused this?" wrote one confused creator.

Another person complained, "Facebook seemed to remove my payout account and now it wont let me put it back. when i click get started it just takes me to the facebook info pages about payouts."
