Roland Foods Week – Kañiwa Veggie Stew

Today I have a wonderful fall stew for you that’s quick and easy to make. I wanted to use up the last of the late okra and green beans plus a little early sweet potato. This recipe is a perfect seasonal transition.

It’s day two ofRoland Foods Week here at Healthy Slow Cooking! One of the surprises I received from them to try out was someRoland® Hazelnut Oil.The first thing I did was to take off the cap and smell it. It is like a liquid hazelnut. Somer is another fab blogger I’ve become friends with this year. She has some pretty snazzy recipes on her blog, Vedged Out. She signed a book deal this year and I can’t wait to hold it in my hands.
