Roland Foods Week – Kañiwa Veggie Stew
Today I have a wonderful fall stew for you that’s quick and easy to make. I wanted to use up the last of the late okra and green beans plus a little early sweet potato. This recipe is a perfect seasonal transition.

Somer of Vedged Out Makes My Blueberry Lemon Cake and Pumpkin Gingerbread
Somer is another fab blogger I’ve become friends with this year. She has some pretty snazzy recipes on her blog, Vedged Out. She signed a book deal this year and I can’t wait to hold it in my hands.
