Quick Pickle – Cucumbers and Onions
It’s hot and the last thing I feel like doing is heating up the house boiling canning jars. But there is another way to make thosecucumberslast a little longer – make quick pickles!

I thought summer might end a little early but with weather there is almost always a turn. Today is in the 90s which is still better than the 100s, but I’ve been spoiled with to many perfect, cool mornings in a row.
