Still working through the edits for Chicks in Tank Tops. I have the final story in and, with only a few minor tweaks and edits needed, the book should be ready for its January 2023 anticipated release. Things happen, though, so that release date isn’t set in stone just yet. I do know who the cover artist is going to be, though. The Week Keeps Getting Better
Received confirmation of my Attending Professional status for this year’s Dragoncon in Atlanta, Georgia. Let’s hope the city doesn’t enact some asinine rules like before. I’m also looking at possibly attending Fencon in Dallas-Ft. Worth after they announced Larry Correia to be their Literary Guest of Honor. We’ll see.

FantaSci 2022 AAR — The Clumsy Idiot Edition
FantaSci, once again, was a blast to attend.
First off, let’s congratulate Joel Lyons and his staff for a smooth-running weekend. Any problems which arose with programming was handled swiftly and promptly, and the dining out experience was something I’ll definitely never forget (if you were there, you know what I’m talking about…). One More Short Story
“Los Banditos”, my short story set in William Alan Webb’s Last Brigade Universe, is going to come out in the Standing Fast On Foreign Shores anthology soon. I turned this one in the other day and it’s a bit of a two-parter, though with enough meat to carry it as a standalone if need be. The Executioners Release Date
THE EXECUTIONERS officially has a release date. My latest novel — written with Matt Novotny — will be coming out on April 29, 2022, from Seventh Seal Press. It’s a brand new Four Horsemen novel set in the “Sagas” storyline, and runs concurrent to GUNBOAT DIPLOMACY (the one I wrote with Jamie Ibson). Indeed, you might recognize some stuff going on in both at the same time.

Short Story Sold
My short story, “Hard Bounty”, was accepted into the upcoming WE DARE 4: WANTED, DEAD OR ALIVE anthology! Edited by Jamie Ibson and Chris Kennedy, it should be out sometime this summer. I was in WE DARE 1 and WE DARE 2: SEMPER PARATUS, but this is an all-new story set in the universe of Quintus Fox, Bounty Hunter extraordinaire (and secretly one of my favorite characters).
