Missing! One Mr. Muse!
Damn the man! He's never around when I want him. Typical really, he is male after all. 
But don't worry I haven't been idle while he's gone, nope, I've been procrastinating up a storm. 
Check out the new cover images down the right hand side of the blog. Each image links straight to the publishers book page and I'm pretty damn impressed I didn't blow anything up while getting those beauties loaded. 
I've also added my latest release to the welcome page of the website to make it easier for you all to find. Plus I've added release dates to all my book pages so you can work out what's what. I don't know about you, but I like to know when a book was released so I can be sure I haven't missed any of my favorite authors work and I don't double up if a book has been repackaged.
So while I'm doing some redecorating is there anything you like or don't like to see on an authors website? Any and all suggestions welcome. And while you've all got those thinking caps on give some thought to what you'd like to see from me next. I think that might be Mr. Muse's problem. We just can't decide what wip to work on.

The 'what's going on' post.
Wow. I can't seem to hold on to the days lately. It seems no sooner have I crawled out of bed than I'm crawling back in again and I'm not one of the heroines in my books so I'm not getting lucky.
I'm finding it hard to get back into the groove after my fan-damn-tastic trip to the US with Mr.C. We bounced from one side of the US to the other and managed to meet some great people and get some great pictures. Hopefully I'll get some blog posts up about it soon. The highlight of the trip for me was having Mr.C all to myself for over two weeks. As much as I love our tribe and would have gladly taken them with us if it were possible, I still really enjoyed it just being me and Mr.C. Guess this is what we've got to look forward to in the future once they've all left home. Not that they're doing that with much haste.
The last two months have been busy for me writing wise but not in the 'sit down and write' kind of way. I've had three releases since August 26, two digital and one print, plus my next scheduled release, Truth Or Dare, is up for pre-order on Amazon. I'm planning to do up a newsletter later this week and I'll include all the info on that but you can always find the info here on my website. Check the books and coming soon pages. Speaking of websites, I'm doing a little tweaking and as I'm seriously inept at anything technology related it may take me a while to get it the way I want. I'm trying some new ideas and doing a general tidy-up of the whole place but I promise not to blow anything up. Okay, I'll try not to blow anything up.
Right now I need to sit Mr. Muse down and get some words done. *looks over shoulder* Now where did he go……

Great reviews for All Of You
It's lovely to get reviews at any stage after a book is released but getting them in the first couple of weeks is always a relief for me. I'm usually chewing my nails until I hear those first reader comments. With any book it could go either way, a review is only one persons opinion after all but I love knowing what readers think of my stories.
All Of You came out September 26 and I've done very little to promo this one because I was packing for my US trip and then on my trip (still am) with internet problems (see previous post) but I've received two reviews that made my day and have my fingers itching to write the next book in the Only You series.
Maldivian Book Reviewer gave All Of You 4 stars and had this to say:-
"Hot enough to singe off more than just your eyebrows, with a hero that you would just clamor for to make him your own, All of You is a novella that once again proves Rhian's ability to spin an erotic story well worth your time & money!"

The internet connection is driving me insane!
Dammit! I'd love to post some pix of the last week but the stupid connection in this hotel keeps dropping out before they're fully uploaded and then I have to start again only for the connection to drop……. 
So anyway, Mr.C and I are in Aiken, South Carolina and I have to say I love it! Mr.C loves it. He even said something like 'I could live here' which of course has me crossing fingers and toes even if it is a pipe-dream.
We had dinner at The Willcox last night. OMG! It's gorgeous! I can't wait to be able to upload the pic of the beautiful old building. I ventured out earlier but there isn't too much right around the hotel we're in but I plan to put my walking shoes on tomorrow and go as far as my skinny legs will take me.
I'm hoping to convince Mr.C to take a trip to either Charleston or Savannah on Saturday but it will depend on what our friends are up for after driving down from Atlanta. Maybe I could just steal their keys and go myself.

The trip so far.
So we're into our fifth day in the US but as we left Oz on a Saturday and arrived in LA before we left Sydney I think it's our sixth day on the road. We had a blast in LA. The lovely Lila Dubois and FarmBoy took us around the city for a whirlwind tour. It's a shame we didn't have more time there with them. Maybe next time. Here's some pix we snapped in our jetlagged state.
Well that took more than ten minutes to upload two pix! You'll have to wait for more because I've got a date with a mall.
We're in Louisville now, we got here Sunday night ready for Mr.C to be at work Monday morning. He's worked every day while I've been free to explore or just hang out in the hotel room. Yesterday I went to the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory. It was great fun and very interesting for me as I know nothing about baseball AT ALL. Tomorrow we leave for Akron and the Ellora's Cave RomantiCon convention. Can't wait to get there and hang out with Mari Carr and all the other great authors, readers, editors, EC staffers, Cavemen…….;)
Okay, off to the mall I go.

It's here and I almost missed it. *grin* I'm sitting in a hotel room in Louisville, Kentucky. I'll blog more on where I am and how I got here later but for now *drum roll* ALL OF YOU!

Chapter One
Claire Jones stared at her best friend of almost forty years and wondered when Jane had lost her mind. Then again maybe it was Claire who'd lost hers. Either that or her hearing had gone in the last two minutes. Surely she wasn't that old. She'd be forty-two next birthday. At what age does the body start to break down?
Her fork hovered between mouth and plate, the bite of lobster forgotten. Jane had not said what Claire's mind tried to convince her she'd heard. No, it had to be whatever had possessed Claire of late—the thing that had her fantasizing about her very sexy, very young, next-door neighbor.
Claire smiled. "For a second there, Jane, I thought you said I should fuck Ryan." She popped the fork into her mouth and savored the delicate flavor combination of lobster, butter, and garlic as it exploded across her tongue.
Jane chewed the piece of steak she'd just put in her mouth and reached for her glass of wine. She swallowed and took a sip of the deep red liquid. Her wine coated tongue slid out to wet her lips before she spoke. "I did."
The lobster caught in the back of Claire's throat, choking her briefly. Her fork clattered to the plate, and she reached for her water in the hope it would ease the food down. She coughed and spluttered before the cool liquid moved the lump blocking her airway and brought soothing relief.
"What?" she croaked.
"You should fuck him." Jane's gaze was steady. "I've seen the way he eats you up with his eyes. He's hot for you, and before you deny it, I know you've been having all sorts of interesting fantasies about him. You told me so yourself."
The smug look on Jane's face made Claire want to take back every word of that old conversation. She'd confided more than one of the steamy daydreams she'd been having in which Ryan played a starring role. Luckily, she hadn't divulged the incredibly hot wet dreams she'd woken with every night for the last month. Her fantasizing had definitely become more frequent—more intense—in recent weeks.
