STEPPING OUT
Today is a day for pursuit. Go after those things you’ve been putting off. You have a green light until I tell you, “Stop!”
STEPPING OUT
In the arena of Promised Land living, you never see what God has given you until you are willing to walk in it first. In other words, you have to be able to walk in it before you get it.
Every place on which the sole of your foot treads shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the River Euphrates, even to the Western Sea, shall be your territory. – Deuteronomy 11:24
When God told Joshua to cross the flooded Jordan River and go in to the Promised Land, he did something very different than when they left Egypt to cross over into the wilderness. Both involved miraculous crossing of bodies of water. Who can forget about Moses and the parting of the Red Sea?
But here at the gateway to the Promised Land, a different courage and trust was required as the key. The water didn’t part first like it did when they crossed the Red Sea. This was the Promised Land, and there was a new set of rules: they had to step into the water first. They had to start pursuing the Promised Land before the waters ever parted.
If you want upgrade, if you want blessing and more of Jesus, the way does not present itself until you move toward it. You have to step into it first.
…and as those who bore the ark came to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark dipped in the edge of the water (for the Jordan overflows all its banks during the whole time of harvest), that the waters which came down from upstream stood still, and rose in a heap very far away at Adam, the city that is beside Zaretan. So the waters that went down into the Sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, failed, and were cut off; and the people crossed over opposite Jericho. – Joshua 3:15-16

JUSTICE, REDEMPTION AND RESTORATION
Vengeance is Mine. That means fantasies of revenge for past wrongs or hurts have no place in your thinking. Let me battle for you. I will bring redemption to your wounds and leave you with justice.
JUSTICE, REDEMPTION AND RESTORATION
If you’re talking to snakes, stop it! Why? Because those voices in your head telling you to say this, do that, or turning you paranoid against people who love you are the voice of the enemy himself.
You know what I’m talking about. Those times when you relive past hurts by practicing a conversation you really shouldn’t have. Why am I telling you not to get some of your own back – a little revenge to get even for wrongs committed against you?
Because they don’t belong to you! They belong to God. See, your Father is in charge of handling the people and situations that lay you low. Vengeance belongs to the Lord and He will do battle for you.
Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. – Romans 12:19
The Father is uniquely equipped to bring redemption onto the battlefield. Redemption? Yes!
When redemption is applied to the situation, revenge becomes justice! Isn’t that awesome?
Justice is when the poor have opportunity and the widow security. Justice is when the orphan has a name. When past hurts become ministries and outreaches to lift others out of their misery. When Jesus rules, His majesty causes us to become overcomers in places we were once victims. Oh, I like that!
Now, the Bible tells us the devil is a liar and a thief. He loves to steal your job, your security, your relationships, your opportunities, your reputation and your territory for the Lord. If he can take your ministry, your friends or your family, he’s got you on the ropes.
Cry out to your Father, the righteous judge for justice. He can return what the thief stole and bring truth where lies once ruled the day. Let Him fight for you because the reward is justice: restoration – getting back what was taken – and restitution – getting compensation above and beyond the offense!

ARE YOU A SLAVE TO SMALL THINKING?
Finding My purpose for your life is found in your life’s journey. As you keep seeking Me, I will reveal your purpose like pieces in a jigsaw puzzle, until you find the picture is complete! I will connect dots and make sense out of things you have need to know even today!
ARE YOU A SLAVE TO SMALL THINKING?
Before you were knit together in your mother’s womb, God was hard at work creating an identity and purpose for you. Know this: it is magnificent and He trusts you to go after it. He made it for you to discover and, like a good papa hiding supernatural Easter eggs, He made His plan for you to be found only if you are willing to search for it.
You need to be interested in your upgrade! Give in to that feeling that there is more — that you don’t have enough Jesus.
Believe me, you are not too old, nor do you have too much history, to discover the jaw-dropping wonder of what God still has planned for you. You just have to reignite the supernatural, God-given fire for what is out there (and in there) for you. There is a you no one has seen, a life you haven’t yet lived and might miss if you don’t start “next level” thinking.
“‘I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. IF you call upon me and come and pray to me, I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,’ declares the Lord, “and I will bring you back from captivity.’” – Jeremiah 29:11-14
Want hope, a future and prosperity? Do you want out of the prison of a meaningless life? Take action! Follow Him by acting like Him. You won’t be a slave to small thinking again!

GO WITH THE FLOW
I pour into you constantly – love, grace, wisdom, creativity. Even My Holy Spirit is constantly flowing through you. Do you recognize My work in you? Take time to look for Me and you will find I’m always with you.
GO WITH THE FLOW
I want you to understand in the definition of “milk and honey.” Milk is what is basic. Honey is what is extravagant.
So God promised the Hebrew slaves a land flowing – continual, far reaching – with basic needs and extravagant wants. Flowing with both of those things.
Milk is what you need. Honey is what you want, and in the Promised Land, you get both. “But Pastor Troy, my life doesn’t work like that! My life works like the Rolling Stones, ‘You can’t always get what you want.’”
That’s because you’re still in the wilderness. In the wilderness, you can’t get what you want. Brother Jagger, you need to learn the lesson of dependency in the wilderness so that you can get out of there and get what you want.
The battle you fight in the Promised Land is not for survival. In the Promised Land, you don’t fight the wrong battles. You fight the right battles.
Now, for you to move from a place where you’re fighting the wrong battles, into a place where you fight the right battles, is a game changer. Jesus so wants to partner with you in fighting the right things.
Many of you will spend decades of your lives totally messed up because you’re engaged in things that aren’t your assignment. It’s not what you’re supposed to be engaged in. You’re fighting the wrong things.
The battle for better is the right battle. The battle for milk and honey – a place where you lay your burden down and let Jesus take over the fight – that’s a battlefield you need to be on.
Learn to depend on God for your provision. Boldly step into the Promised Land in that Rolling Stone area of your life and watch Jesus Mighty Warrior show up. He will back you up as you fight the battle for your promised land.
“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.” – 2 Corinthians 1:20

FEED MY SHEEP
If you stumble, get back up and move forward again. Those who fail only do so because they choose not to get back up and fight. You are being strengthened in your inner man because I Am in you and will never leave you.
FEED MY SHEEP
I’m not one to eavesdrop, but I love the end of the book of John. It’s here we get to listen in on this very personal conversation between the resurrected Jesus and Peter, the recently restored hero of the fledgling church.
Jesus asks Peter three times, “Peter do you love me?” Peter begins to wonder what he should know that only the Lord Himself knows.
… and Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time “Do you love Me?” And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things. You know that I love you.” Jesus said to him, “Feed my sheep.” – John 21:17
Now everybody preaches on the beauty of that message, and they forget what comes next. All of a sudden, Jesus turns to Peter and says, “Let me tell you something else I know…” This conversation quickly becomes outright glorious.
Most assuredly I say to you, when you were younger, you girded yourself and walked where you wished; but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will gird you and carry you where you do not wish. This He spoke, signifying by what death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this, He said to him, “Follow me.” – John 21:18-19
Did you catch it? Jesus turns to Peter and says, “You are going to finish really well.”
Famous for denying Christ three times, Peter had a history of cussing like the sailor he was and being unpredictable when overwhelmed. Knowing this, Jesus personally encouraged him by letting him know how his big finish would go.
“…Peter, you are going to go places you never would have gone before. I know how you are going to finish and it’s all going to glorify me.” – Pastor Troy Version
I bet if you listen closely, you will hear Jesus tell you the same. I bet if you would walk close to Jesus, you would hear something like, “Oh, listen. I’ve seen how you finish and it’s just plain glorious!” Want a glorious finish? It’s up to you. Choose you this day whom you will serve.

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
Your Father has a plan for you and it is good! He’s inviting you to transform to the image of that plan. He is awaiting your “Yes and Amen!”
YOUR DESTINY AWAITS…
You’ve heard it time and time again: Change is the only constant. If this old saying is true, and it is, why do you and I resist change so frequently and fervently? Heck, many of us just plain fear change.
That’s not a Kingdom way of thinking. I don’t want to stay the same and neither should you. If you’ve been walking with Jesus, you should have an insatiable thirst for moving forward, increase and upgrade in your life.
This awesome verse sums up why we need to embrace change and move forward.
“Why sit we here until we die?” – 2 Kings 7:3
This guy has the right idea. Sitting around, resisting change because you fear the future brings nothing but death! Choose to live a powerful life. Choose serving others, bringing heaven to earth and going after upgrade in your relationship with your King.
Has a fear of change kept you from moving forward? Comfort is the enemy of upgrade, so get up, follow Jesus and let Him lead you into some cool places where you can make an eternal difference.
Remember, Father God sees us for all that we can be, not what we are! Be constantly changing for the better as God moves you forward into bigger and better things.
Repent of sitting on the sidelines. Throw your comfort aside and go after God’s will for your life. Your destiny awaits!

FLOAT THAT SAFETY BOX
When I hide you from the enemy, you are safe even in the den of the enemy himself. Do not fear. I am with you as you battle to pull prisoners from the darkness. You will not be detected because you are hidden in My hand.
FLOAT THAT SAFETY BOX
The story of Moses is so cool to me. Moses’ mom, Jochebed, is a real rock star. She’s right up there with Mary in the faith department. She does the unthinkable totally believing God will save her child in a crocodile infested Nile River.
“But when she could no longer hide him, she took an ark of bulrushes for him, daubed it with asphalt and pitch, put the child in it, and laid it in the reeds by the river’s bank.” – Exodus 2:3
It’s interesting the Bible says she put him in an ark, because “ark” does not mean boat. I know everybody thinks that because of Noah’s ark, but here’s the dill pickle: “ark” means “safety box.” While the first two arks were boats, the Ark of the Covenant was not.
An ark is a safe place. A place where the Presence of the Lord is in the midst of a mess. Man, you need to have an ark. You need to have a safe place where you know God in a way that everybody else doesn’t know God. Amen.
So she builds this floating basket and calls it an ark – a place where the Presence of the Lord is. She puts the baby in, takes it over to the cattails and strategically puts it in the water.
“And his sister stood afar off, to know what would be done to him. Then the daughter of Pharaoh came down to bathe at the river. And her maidens walked along the riverside; and when she saw the ark among the reeds, she sent her maid to get it.” – Exodus 2:4-5
Not only did she put baby Moses in the Nile where crocodiles had been conditioned to hunt for Hebrew children, she put it where the daughter of the monster feeding them to the crocodiles could find him.
That’s some faith in the ark. That gives new meaning to “safety box.” What’s in your safety box? What do you need God to save, protect and redeem? Don’t fear the crocodiles or the devil threatening to kill you. Float that ark and see what miracle God has up His sleeve.

SET UP FOR SUCCESS
Remember the passions and dreams I have put in your heart and go after them by continuing to sow into the vision. I will take care of the multiplication.
SET UP FOR SUCCESS
You know I love to talk about and celebrate miracles. Although they are crazy cool, they are not God’s best for prospering His children. Though it’s not instantaneous, there is a principle that is much, much better and just as miraculous.
You see, God desperately wants to give you a vision for something better – a plan for you to achieve. Then He will give you the ability to maintain that thing. God designed you and I so we’re happiest when we are setting goals and achieving them.
Our lives are fulfilled by having a vision for something better, then finding ways to achieve those goals so you can live in that better place. That’s your promised land and it’s a lot better place to live than from miracle to miracle. It takes hard work, but if hard work alone meant prosperity, every coal miner in West Virginia would be a billionaire!
Here’s how Seed, Time and Harvest – aka work and reward – works:
God gives you a vision for something better. Example: starting your own business. He gives you a specific plan for that to happen. Example: saving your money and researching locations, costs and regulations.God hooks you up with the right people and the right tools. God gives you the guts and courage to pull it off and maintain it. God prospers you so you can be generous with your blessings, or profits, to “seed” back into the church, ministries, people and God’s plans to bless you even more!
Hard work and reward are a lot better than needing a miracle! And if you want to prosper this way, you will need to be dependent on God for three things: wisdom, favor and character. These are the tools God provides when He sets you up for long-term prosperity. Are you ready to sow into His vision for your life?
And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. – Luke 2:52

PERFECT VISION
I have opened the eyes of your heart to find your purpose – to love Me and to love others. As you pursue Me, I will unleash the prophetic gifts I have for you. Expect Me to do great things in and through you.
PERFECT VISION
If you have perfect vision, it’s described as 20/20. Before that was ever discovered by modern science, the Bible knew it to be true. How? Count the number of dreams and the number of visions in the Word of God.
There are 20 dreams and 20 visions in the Bible – 20/20. A visionary number, 20/20 is like saying, “I see this is going to happen and I believe God is going to do it.” That’s what expectancy is all about.
And if that’s not enough, term “milk and honey” is in the Bible exactly 20 times.
‘Hence I have said to you, “You are to possess their land, and I Myself will give it to you to possess it, a land flowing with milk and honey ” I am the LORD your God, who has separated you from the peoples.’ – Leviticus 20:24
Did you notice this verse is 20/20+4? God’s trying to make a point about expectancy and how to move to the next level.
What does that mean to live in a land flowing with milk and honey? It means this: when you live in the Promised Land and you have true Promised Land living in your life, a huge part of the milk and honey experience is God is whispering things to you. There is a continual flow of prophetic declaration in your life.
With milk and honey, you always have a dream. You always have a vision. You’re always expecting God to do something better. It is a culture of hope. It is a culture of seeing the goodness of God.
It is also a culture of seeing past the curtain of how the world sees. If you are living in the Promised Land, you have an “eye to see and an ear to hear” that the world does not have – notice He has “separated you from the peoples.”
Are you living in the Promised Land? Is your life flowing with milk and honey? If not, GO AFTER JESUS! More of Him is the way into better!
