Signals and signs ...
The number one signal for me (some might say warning) of the coming holiday season is fruitcake. Not that dry, cakey stuff you get at the grocery store. I bake my cake at least a month

Yoga: Reconnection with the Blessings of Life
By Ann ChaneyMy first idea for this post was to write a spoof on yogaposes. You know what I mean: Downward-facing dog, Corpse pose, Lotus pose, Treepose, Cobra pose, and many other poses many of us have experienced in yogaclass. My take on my efforts to achieve the perfect down-facing dog pose alone wouldbe sure to leave you in stitches. Unfortunately, as it does for all of us, life got in

They are a normal part of the human condition and are there, inside us, to

Selling Direct
Like many authors I'm always looking for new ways to reach my readers. I want to share my books and the characters I’ve created and love, but it seems to get more and more challenging every day. I love being self-published. I love being able to set my own hours and decide what kind of books I want to write. But with that also comes the need to help readers find my books. Lately
