How to Manage Your Time Better

Would you like to get more things done on a daily basis? Do you feel like losing too much time with… nothing? And nevertheless, you still are afraid of a tight schedule?
Regardless the general impression, a tight schedule brings more freedom than anything does. And it allows us to get more things done. I’ve heard many people that a tight schedule is similar to being in prison. I would like to argue that because you are the one creating the schedule based on your needs and desires.
Here is my step-by-step recommendation regarding how to create a great schedule:
Make a list with all the things you’d like to achieve (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and so on), including your relaxing time;
Approximate the time required for each of those things to complete and if it’s a repetitive daily “task”, try approximating the daily time required…

Motivation versus Commitment
My art (writing, painting, etc) are what I’m committed to.
We talk so much about motivation and how it works and how it can help us get sh*t done, but I believe we forget one thing: motivation goes away from time to time. So what are we going to do in those times? How do we still go forward?
In my opinion, this disappearing motivation is one of the biggest momentum killers. We still want to do whatever we need to do, but not in that moment. And that’s how procrastination comes and it replaces the motivation and guess what? Procrastination becomes the habit, not getting things done, which is very dangerous.

Does your kitty love to play? Mine does…once in a while. He’s 15 years-old now and not much of an appetite for crazy playtimes. Once in a while though, he can surprise me.
