Word of the Year
The end of a year brings time for reflection along with the start of a new year which brings new opportunities and hope.
2023 challenged me in many different ways. Some scared me and some were really good for me. The down times were tough...really tough. And the up times felt so light and wonderful. And I'm thankful for all of it.
One of the things I most cherish about last year was deepening my friendships and relationships here in this bookish community. I finally feel like I belong somewhere and that feels really nice. I also made some wonderful new friends along with "meeting" new readers.
I'm so grateful for YOU...those who choose to stay in my world. Thank you for being here with me.
I'm looking forward to 2024 and what the journey will bring.
My Word of the Year for 2024 is "joy." I know I'll be challenged around it and that's okay. I want more joy in my life and I'm excited to figure out how to do that.

Fun Fact Friday
I LOVE decorating for different holiday. (I don't care for the investment of time it requires. LOL!)
It's true! I absolutely love decorating. 😍 In fact, I used to own an even decorating business.
With writing Dinner with the Beaumonts (book 1 in my Broken Billionaire Brothers series) and adding fabulous bookish gifts to my Etsy shop (Black Friday sale starts Monday!!!!), making time for decorating is challenging. BUT, I'm doing my best to be done and ready for Thanksgiving day! 🦃

Ideas are Flowing :-)
I'm not actively writing at the moment, but I'm capturing scenes, thoughts, ideas, etc. that pop into my head for Broken Billionaire Brothers!
It'll be a series of four books about three brothers. The first book I'm planning to be a novella and an introduction to the family. And then each brother will get his own book and love story.
I've been working through some health things so that's why I haven't been writing, but I'm so excited to get started soon!!!
I hope you're looking forward to reading this series as much as I'm looking forward to bringing you these romantic love stories!
