Are you enjoying Threads?
What's your take on Threads? Are you on it?
I joined. I do admit, I'm thoroughly confused. LOL! I'm not sure it's like Twitter. It kind of feels like another Instagram but with the engagement of Twitter. I'm the only person liking my posts! LOL!
I don't know. Maybe it's me. I don't get it at all.
Am I just old? Maybe I'm overwhelmed by another platform.

Shifting Focus for a Bit
Well, we're into summer! I hope you've gotten in some amazing reads so far. :-)
My next series, Broken Billionaire Brothers, has been slow going while I shift my focus a bit to address some health things. Nothing dramatic or devastating thankfully. I'm simply trying, once again, to tackle my digestive issues that may be tied in to some autoimmune things. Right now I'm going through some tests to see what the data can enlighten us on and I've made some adjustments to my dietary intake for at least the next three months to see if I can heal my gut.
While I'm glad to be taking steps to improve my health, it's also been a commitment of time as I do things like the infrared sauna and ART sessions. So, this focus has pulled me away from my writing.
I'll be back to it shortly though. Here's a little peek into the first/oldest brother, Grayson: billionaire, single dad, a bit on the grumpy side, he falls first, heart in need of healing, just lost his nanny.

What are you reading this summer?
Sumer is around the corner. Do you love reading beach reads during the summer? Do you not have a specific preference based on season?
I do enjoy a good seasonal read. There's just something about seasonal books that puts my heart into it whether it's a cozy story that takes place in the fall, a fun Christmas romance, or a lighthearted beach read in the summer. I love being transported. :-)

Series or Standalone?
Which do you prefer and why?
I admit, I don't have a preference. I absolutely enjoy a series that either follows one couple through time or has books for several couples who are all connected in some way through families or friendship.
I can equally enjoy a standalone. I think my criteria for enjoyment is simply a fully flushed out love story where the couple grow in and of themselves as well as together through the story. I like to be moved and have my emotions heightened.

I tend to favor similar stories because of how they make me feel. I like an escape that hugs on my heartstrings and leaves me with a smile on my face.
