What does kindness unfold?

Without a doubt, kindness never goes unnoticed or unrewarded. For "those who are kind benefit themselves" (Proverbs 11:17). Sharing such benefits is Solomon, as he remarks that "The righteous attain life" (11:19); "A kindhearted woman gains honor" (11:16); and "Whoever refreshes others will be refreshed" (11:25). So, may your life, each and every day, be chock-full of kindness. #KindnessMatters

How giving are you?

Those with less tend to give more than those who do. Yet, giving is not about what you have, but the willingness to do so. Giving “even beyond their ability”, (2 Corinthians 8:3) were the Macedonians and gave with an “abundance of joy” (8:2). For them, it was a privilege to give and excelled at it. So, might you, too, consider “giving” (8:7) and see how “rich” (8:2) your life will become. #TheGraceOfGiving

How do you respond to those who treat you poorly?

To love a foe is not an easy thing to do. Yet, you are asked to "love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you" (Matthew 5:44); and asking you to do so is a man who was mocked and beaten (see 22:63), "blindfolded" (22:64), insulted (see 22:65), and later crucified, yet asked His father to "forgive them" (23:34). So, when faced with an adversary, instead of lashing out, might you love, pray and forgive them and leave the rest to God. #BiteYourTongue &/Or #RespondWell #WithGraceAndWisdom & #StrengthAndPerspective

How visible are you?

Days can feel like weeks, weeks like month, and months like years, when you are going through rough and tough moments. Finding herself at her lowest, after being "mistreated" (Genesis 16:6) as a "slave" (16:8), used to get "pregnant" (16:5) and later fleeing (see 16:6) was Hagar; and seeing every moment was God. With this, God sent Hagar an angel to let her know that He "heard of [her] misery" (16:11). And, in hearing the angel, "[Hagar] said", "You are the God who sees me...I have now seen the One who sees me" (16:13). So, when you are going through difficult moments and they do not feel like they are going to get better or change, might you, too, remember that you are seen and never forgotten. #HeIsAlwaysThere & #Sees & #KnowsAll

How can you make someone's day?

Everyone is gifted something; and those gifts are meant to be shared. Reminding you and I to share them with others is Peter. He wants you to "use whatever gifts you have received to serve others" (1 Peter 4:10); and when you do you honor Him, the one who gave you these gifts. So, whatever you have been gifted may you bless many with them, even yourself. #DontBeStingy & #ShareYourGifts❤️

How long are you willing to be patient?

Waiting, patiently, for something can be very difficult to do; yet is essential, especially, when much is at stake. Experiencing a ten month wait to get off of an Ark was Noah and his family; but what got Noah and his family through this long wait was his trust and reliance on His Father, our Lord and Savior. Even after “the water had dried up from the earth” and “the ground was dry” (Genesis 8:13), Noah still waited on the Lord to tell him that it was safe to get off the Ark. So, if you are struggling with something that you are trying to work through, to heal, or figure out which direction to take, might you consider putting your trust in the Lord; and when the timing is right, He will answer (see Psalm 31:14-15). #Patience & #Trust #HisTiming #NotYours

How do you handle disagreements?

Disagreements happen; and struggling to resolve theirs were two Christian women, Euodia and Syntyche. Seeing how bitter and public their disagreement was, Paul stepped in, calmly and truthfully, to mediate by urging them both "to be of the same mind in the Lord" (Philippians 4:2) and reminding them that both of their names were written "in the book of life" (4:3). So, if you see a disagreement that may need intervention, maybe even your own, might you, first, consider "by prayer and petition...present your requests to God" (4:6) for guidance to know whether or not to intervene or mind your own business. #KnowYourPlace

What do truths and lies reveal?

A lie is a lie no matter how hard you try to turn it in to a truth. Because, eventually, the truth will reveal itself. So, as you consider your words, motives and actions, might you take to heart and remember that "truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment" (Proverbs 12:19). #SealingYourFate

What assurances do you need?

You will fight and fall, repeatedly, when seeking for anything that matters or is worth having; and in an effort to continue and battle to get it, Psalm 23:1 prepares you. When you tell yourself "The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing", He will be right there, in tow, with whatever reassurances that you need to have to get it. #YourCourage #Confidence #Strength #Peace #Calm & #Comfort

How can you help build and/or rebuild relationships?

Diversity and division blanket the world and have since the beginning of time. Early on, the people of Babel wanted to "build [themselves] a city and a tower with its top in the heavens [in order to] "make a name for [themselves]" (Genesis 11:4); and for wanting to do so, The Lord put a stop to the idea, as He created a world to unite all people not divide them, no matter the diversity. So, if you want to create and build relationships, might you consider removing the barriers that are getting in the way. #Cultivate &/Or #Restore & #UniteDifferences
