Why rejoice in your lament?
We all lament for one reason or another, and more so when we become impatient when answers do not come right away. Habakkuk, too, felt the same way, and asked the question: "How long, LORD?" (1:2). No matter how many times you lament, He hears your cries, even Habakkuk's. So, instead of continuing to lament, might you "rejoice in the LORD, [and]...be joyful in God [your] Savior" (3:18). For He will, in due time, turn your every lament in to praise. #NoMoreTears & #KeepTheFaith

What good can come out of your suffering?
Forgoing suffering is not an option. We all suffer; but we can also take our suffering and turn it in to paths of joy and goodness, instead of destructive ones. But, it is only when you ask the Lord to "save [you],...from lying lips and from deceitful tongues" (Psalm 120:2) that you can do so. So, might you consider taking and turning your suffering in a new direction, one that offers healing and wholeness. #SeekHopefulPaths

How do you handle rejection and still love your enemies?
Regardless of doing what is right, most people join the crowd, rather than stand alone, for fear of rejection. Going against his own, was Paul; and for doing so, he suffered "beatings" and imprisonments" (Romans 6:5). In hindsight, Paul would rather have been "cursed and cut off from Christ for [his people's] sake" (9:3). As you consider this, might you know that God still loves those who reject you, and asks you to still "bless those who curse you and pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:28). May you find it in your heart, as difficult as this can be, to be able to love those who reject you. #RejectingHate & #ProjectingLove

How will your story end?
Stories fill our lives, yours being one of them; and it is what happens in your life that creates the narrative. Uncertain of how the future would unfold, John was concerned that no living being could explain it (see Revelation 4:1, 5:1-4) until he heard God say: "Do not weep! See, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, the Root of David,...has triumphed" (5:5). For God showed John, and now us, the rest of our story, Jesus. We may not know how our every day story will unfold, but we do know how it will end. Might you live in such a way that you live with hope and gratitude until the day your story ends with Him. #AHappyLife & #AHappyEnding

How well armed are you?
Many face persecution for reasons such as jealousy, beliefs and success, just as Daniel did (see Daniel 6:3-5). Because of possessing such qualities, Daniel was sabotaged and thrown to the lions (see 6:16), but was rescued by God (see 6:27). There are many lions out there waiting and ready to pounce. Might you keep God by your side, at all times, so that He can help you "shut the mouths of the lions" (6:22). #DefeatingTheLions

What do you need cleaned up?
Life can get messy, even by your own doing. Be it due to blindness or deafness, like the Israelites (see Isaiah 42:18-19), God, and only God, will and can forgive and restore you (see 43:5-7 & 1 John 1:9). So, if you want to clean up your mess(es), might you let Him deliver and redeem you and wipe away your tears, take away your pain and sorrow and "make all things new" (Revelation 21:4-5). #CleanItUp #BeThorough & #MakeItSpotless

ANW Products: Putting finishing touches on a wedding gift through thoughtful gift wrapping. Using perfectly good left over bags and tissue paper, new and left over off-white wedding tool and satin ribbon, signature denim hearts, from sons' denim jeans, leftover wrapping paper scroll, and an originally created "Love Notes" card, from left over card stock and denim jeans. All items, besides gifts, recycled and repurposed.

Why tell the truth?
Certain truths can be difficult to hear, but are necessary to living; and when the truth is hidden, tainted or skewed, it becomes very difficult to find common ground or develop trust, and also has a tendency to become an accepted way of life for those who do so. For instance, "if someone...preaches a [false] Jesus other than the Jesus we preached,...you [wrongly] put up with it" (2 Corinthians 11:4). So, instead of speaking and letting untruths enter your life, might you seek to speak and know what the truth is in all things. #LiveByTruth

How can you conquer failure?
Life's greatest victories are the moments that will test and cause you to question everything. As difficult as this may be, these moments prove invaluable. For when you are at your weakest, you are at your strongest (see 2 Corinthians 12:10). With God's unwavering love and support, He helps you persevere (see Romans 8:33-34). Might you chose to conquer your failures, with His help, and turn them in to victories. #FailingOnlyToSucceed

What guilt do you carry around?
Having a guilty conscious can destroy a person; but it does not have to. Until blinded by a light, Saul was guilty of many heinous acts (see Acts 9:1); and was asked, by Jesus: "Why do you persecute me?" (9:4). In turn, Saul asked: "Who are you, Lord?" (9:5). From then, Saul was guilty no more as he repented and remained with Jesus. If you have a guilty conscious, may you, too, consider letting Him remove the guilt from your heart, mind and soul. #SetYourselfFree #AClearConscious
