Sneak Peek...
A tiny little peek at the cover of a forthcoming book -- one I am really excited about. If all goes well we'll see it in 2012. For those who bought the letter hardback editions of SUNLIGHT, and you probably have a decent idea what this book is all about...

Thanks...
...to the people who make it possible for me to keep doing this writing thing -- you guys! I wish the best to you & yours -- both those celebrating Thanksgiving, and my friends overseas who barely no why or care about America's turkey madness at the end of every November! I'm honored and humbled by the support you continue to give my work.
Thanks also for this: I'm jazzed to be appearing along side of a drove of talented folks as part of: {C.} An MLP Stamp Stories Anthology by Mud Luscious 50 words. That's all each of these stories are allowed. Just 50 words. It's a terrific challenge, and the result is ratchet-tight fiction from both names you know, and names you soon will.
And a big thanks to Klaus at OUTLAW POETRY for helping spread the word!

My story SOMETHING THAT'S TRUE should be available from mendicant bookworks sometime in the next couple weeks. Start saving your pennies, or crack in to the laundry change!
In other news: apparently my broadsides THE BEAUTIFUL FIRE was spotted on Ireland's LESSER SPOTTER ULSTER. It seems they did a piece on the undeniable talents of Sean Lynch, who runs both 10pt Press as well as his commercial arm Ten Point Design -- which you should totally hire for any and all design needs. Anyhow, my broadside -- that camera-whore -- snuck into a few frames. Congrats to Sean, and if you can find a link to it online somewhere, I'd love to see it -- so drop me a line!

Do You Like Stuff? [WRETCHED Giveaways]
Well it seems WRETCHED has sold well enough these past few years to warrant a re-order from the printer. As part of it, I grabbed up a few extra copies. And what better way to celebrate than giving away a few? But how, and where?
There are loads of great small presses out there, and loads of fine, writers. There are also people out there working hard and sharing info, trying to bring these writers to new readers, and new readers to the small press in general. So here's what I want to do:
I'm gonna be sending give-away copies to folks I believe in -- writers, presses, bloggers, etc. They'll dream up a give away, and I'll link them here...so keep your eyes peeled if you don't have a copy of WRETCHED.
If you do have a copy already, well why not help spread the word? And while your at it, why not post a review of the book at Goodreads or Amazon or even on your blog. Heck, why not make it the 'book of the week' like Ken Wohlrob has? (Thanks Ken!)
