Maricopa County Election Workers CAUGHT RED-HANDED on New Video

The full forensic audit of Maricopa County concluded hundreds of thousands of ballot discrepancies and elections law violations, including the deletion of election files before providing the machines to auditors.

The video evidence of this occurrence was redacted from the public report to maintain confidentiality and protect the individuals who deleted the files.

Maricopa County officials previously admitted to deleting these files in a Congressional hearing but later walked it back, claiming that the files were “archived.”

The Arizona Attorney General is currently conducting a criminal investigation with the full, unredacted report… KEEP READING

AFGHAN REFUGEE, BROUGHT TO U.S. BY BIDEN, CHARGED WITH SEXUAL ASSAULT

An Afghan refugee, brought to the United States by President Joe Biden’s administration, has been arrested for sexual assault.

Matiullah Matie, a 40-year-old Afghan male who arrived in the U.S. as part of Biden’s massive resettlement operation, was arrested by the Wausau, Wisconsin, Police Department on Monday for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman.

On February 2, police allege that Matie was in a vehicle with the victim — who has been helping the Afghan’s family resettle in the U.S. — when he allegedly began sexually assaulting her.

Matie had been featured by Wisconsin Public Radio and local media as an example of Afghan allies to the U.S. Armed Forces in Afghanistan. One media outlet referred to him as a “prominent man in his community” as a “tribal leader” in Afghanistan.

Following his arrest, Matie was booked in the Marathon County Jail and subsequently released on bail. The Wausau Police Department has recommended a fourth-degree sexual assault charge against Matie but stated that the criminal investigation is ongoing.

Matie now faces a fine of up to $10,000 or a maximum of nine months in prison.

The arrest and charge are only the latest among Biden’s continuously growing Afghan refugee population. Weeks ago, an Afghan male was convicted for sexually molesting a three-year-old girl on a U.S. military base in Virginia.

AP reporter again spars with State Department’s Ned Price over Iran: ‘Don’t need to raise your voice’

State Department spokesperson Ned Price was pressed in a heated back and forth Monday with The Associated Press’ diplomatic reporter on whether the Biden administration lifting some sanctions benefited the Shia Islamist regime. Lee asked, “Ned, are you saying that that long list of things that you said that these waivers give. You’re saying that there’s no benefit to Iran in any of that?“Price replied, “I am saying that the net benefit of this is a nonproliferation goal for us.“Lee pressed again, “Iran gets nothing out of it?“AP REPORTER SPARS WITH STATE DEPARTMENT’S NED PRICE OVER ALLEGATION ON RUSSIA: ‘THIS IS ALEX JONES TERRITORY’ ”Matt, you don’t need to raise your voice,” Price replied.

(State Department spokespersonNed Price)BIDEN ADMINISTRATION WAIVES SANCTIONS ON IRANIAN CIVILIAN NUCLEAR ACTIVITIES AS DEAL TALKS HANG IN BALANCEOn Friday, the Biden administration restored civil nuclear waivers for international nuclear cooperation with Iran. The State Department maintained the sanctions relief was “not a concession to Iran” and that it would ensure the global sponsor of terror was scaling back on its nuclear program with the hopes it would return to the JCPOA. Critics blasted the move and raised Iran’s past history of exploiting such agreements in order to bolster its non-civil nuclear ambitions. “You guys are the ones who said you were restoring the waivers, right? So if Iran really gets no benefit at all out of this, then you know what? Why even bother?” Lee asked.

Do they get any benefit? … I don’t understand how you can say that Iran gets no benefit. And this isn’t some kind of sanctions relief that you, that the administration has offered to I …

Vernon Jones Withdraws From Georgia Gubernatorial Race

Former Georgia Rep. Vernon Jones has decided to withdraw from the Georgia gubernatorial race and is throwing his support behind former Sen. David Perdue (R‑Ga.).

Jones said Feb. 7 that he’s prayed and considered his political future and believes he can best serve Georgians in Congress, as opposed to the governor’s mansion.

“I believe that strong conservative voices need to be heard as we lead America into the future. Because of this decision, I am officially withdrawing my candidacy for governor effective today and will be supporting David Perdue,” Jones said in a statement. “He is a good man who loves our state and loves our country.”

Jones is a former Democrat who switched to the Republican Party while still serving in the state legislature and became one of former President Donald Trump’s most ardent supporters in Georgia.

USS Savannah Commissioned in Georgia

The future Savannah (LCS-28) is floated down the Mobile River on Sept. 2, 2020, just days after it was christened at the Austal USA shipyard. Austal USA photo.
The Navy commissioned USS Savannah (LCS-28) on Saturday in Brunswick, Ga., the sea service announced.
The ship is the 14th Independence-class Littoral Combat Ship to enter the fleet, according to a news release from the Navy. It is the sixth ship to bear the name Savannah.
The ship was delivered to the Navy by Austal USA in June 2021. Austral constructed Savannah at its Mobile, Ala., shipyard in fewer than three years, according to a news release from the company.
While the ship was commissioned in Brunswick, it will be homeported at Naval Base San Diego, Calif. It is sponsored by Dianne Davison Isakson, the wife of the late Sen. Johnny Isakson (R‑Ga.).
Isakson, as well as her daughter, gave the first order for manning the ship. They were joined by Rep. Earl Carter (R‑Ga.), Meredith Berger, who is performing the duties of the under secretary of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command chief Vice Adm. Carl Chebi, Mayor of Savannah Van Johnson and Larry Ryder, the vice president of business development and external affairs at Austal USA.
Savannah’s namesake is the city in Georgia, which has played a role in the country’s naval history, Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro said in the release.
“I have no doubt the Sailors of USS Savannah (LCS 28) will carry on the fighting spirit of this city and will play an important role in the defense of our nation and maritime freedom,” Del Toro said.

VA Top Court: Youngkin mask order OK

The Virginia Supreme Court rejected a challenge to Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s executive order allowing parents to opt out of school mask mandates Monday, handing the governor a major legal victory.
The court’s ruling dismissed a lawsuit filed by a group of parents in Chesapeake, Virginia, who had sued the governor over his Day One executive order allowing parents to opt their children out of school mask mandates, saying the governor was obligated by state law to mandate them. The court ruled Youngkin had no obligation to mandate masks in schools and therefore could not be sued.

“We dismiss the petition because the relief requested does not lie against any of the respondents,” the court wrote in its ruling. “Absent an explicit command that Governor Youngkin take definite positive action in conformity with a mandatory and ministerial duty, mandamus cannot control or restrict his effort to influence school masking requirements, even if such effort is unla …
