GENOCIDE GAMES

China is reportedly keeping coronavirus-positive winter Olympians in “unreasonable” quarantine conditions.
Athletes and their delegations have blasted the “quarantine hotels” that athletes are sent to following positive coronavirus test results.
“My stomach hurts, I’m very pale and I have huge black circles around my eyes. I want all this to end. I cry every day. I’m very tired,” Russian athlete Valeria Vasnetsova complained on her Instagram account.
Vasnetsova criticized the meals she received, which included “plain pasta, an orange sauce, charred meat on a bone, a few potatoes and no greens,” according to the Associated Press. She reportedly said the meal was “breakfast, lunch and dinner for five days already.”
While at the quarantine hotel, Vasnetsova did research and “concluded the athletes were getting worse food.”
According to the Associated Press:
When fetching the food left outside her door, she took a glance at the boxes left outside other rooms in her corridor, whose doors were labeled with signs to distinguish Olympians from other people working at the Games who tested positive, such as team staff.
She concluded the athletes were getting worse food, and underlined it with a picture of food served to her team doctor, who had also tested positive and was living two floors below. He had fresh fruit, a salad and prawns with broccoli.
“I honestly don’t understand, why is there this attitude to us, the athletes?!” she wrote on Instagram.

‘It’s a miserable time’: Retired Navy SEAL chief on ‘Hell Week’ after candidate’s death
CORONADO, Calif. — Just hours after finishing a grueling training, two Navy SEAL candidates were rushed to the hospital, one of them died at Sharp Coronado Friday afternoon.
Their Basic Underwater Demolition Seal Training (BUD/S) class had just completed what’s known as “Hell Week”.
““It is a miserable time, it is well-named,” said Paul Anderson, a retired Navy Seal Chief. “It’s a gut check. You get approximately four hours of sleep the whole week. You are constantly doing physical evolutions whether it’s physical obstacles, going in and out of the surf zone with your boats, running, you are constantly wet and you are always sandy.”
Veteran Paul Anderson said it’s hard to know what caused the undisclosed sickness the two sailors suffered.
Navy officials said the sailors reported symptoms after training.

Thousands of Afghan evacuees in ‘legal limbo’ in US

Roughly 36,000 Afghans who were evacuated from their country after its collapse in August lack a direct pathway to permanent residency in the U.S., according to a new Department of Homeland Security report to Congress. The evacuees, who have mostly been relocated to the U.S., include extended family members of Afghans in line for special immigrant visas, reserved for Afghans who directly assisted the U.S. military and diplomatic mission during the 20-year conflict. The group also includes vulnerable Afghans who are likely to face risk under Taliban rule but who don’t qualify for special immigrant visas under the narrow parameters of the program. These evacuees received temporary humanitarian parole when they entered the U.S. — a status granted to immigrants without visas for pressing humanitarian reasons — but can …

Trump applauds RNC censure of renegade Reps. Cheney, Kinzinger
Former President Donald Trump on Saturday evening applauded the Republican Party’s censure of Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, saying the two renegade lawmakers had “put themselves ahead of our country.”The Republican National Committee on Friday voted to formally censure Cheney and Kinzinger for their participation in the Democrat-led House committee’s investigation into the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
”Congratulations to the Republican National Committee (RNC) and its Chairwoman, Ronna McDaniel, on their great ruling in censuring Liz Cheney and Cryin’ Adam Kinzinger, two horrible RINOs who put themselves ahead of our Country” Trump said.
”They have almost no approval ratings, and the Republican Party would be far better off without them!”
The censure passed overwhelmingly at the RNC’s annual winter meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah.
McDaniel worked with Trump ally David Bossie to draw up the …

Pennsylvania GOP refuses to endorse Senate candidate

The Pennsylvania GOP refused to endorse any statewide candidates for office, leaving the Republican primary ahead of the November race to replace outgoing Sen. Pat Toomey wide open.
The Pennsylvania Republican Party’s vote at a meeting Saturday in Lancaster rejecting all statewide endorsements had been predicted by party leadership for months. But with the term-limited Gov. Tom Wolf set to depart office after this election cycle, Saturday’s vote marked the first time in decades when the state had both its Senate seat and governorship open.
The vote result was particularly hard on real estate developer Jeff Bartos, who performed well in the straw polls of committee members in the weeks leading up to the vote but has been struggling financially and in state polls.
“These straw polls have been the only votes cast in this election — and the results are clear,” Bartos’s campaign manager Conor McGuinness said, according to Politico. ” …

How Russia Could Create an Excuse to Invade Ukraine

US Accuses Russia of Planning False Pretext For Ukraine Invasion: The United States has obtained intelligence and accused Russia of a plot to fabricate a pretext for an invasion of Ukraine.
The Russian disinformation campaign plan is to use a faked video that would build on other disinformation efforts, according to senior American officials.
A Fake Attack, a Real Invasion
Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said the scheme, which the US exposed publicly to halt its implementation, included the production of a propaganda video that would show staged explosions depicting a fake attack by the Ukrainian military either against Russian territory or against Russian-speaking people in eastern Ukraine. Actors would portray corpses or grieving mourners.
“As part of this fake attack, we believe that Russia would produce a very graphic propaganda video which would include corpses and actors that would be depicting mourners and images of destroyed locations, as well as military equipment at the hands of Ukraine or the West, even to the point where some of this equipment would be made to look like it was Western supplied … to Ukraine equipment,” Kirby said.
Russia, the US officials said, was planning on …

Chesa Boudin’s office accused of rigging case against cop

Embattled liberal San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin is facing a recall election this summer and the latest headlines out of the City by the Bay this week are unlikely to improve his prospects. The Chief of Police in his city announced on Thursday that the SFPD would no longer cooperate with Boudin’s office in the prosecution of any police officers accused of misconduct or charged with crimes. The reason for this decision stems from the claims of a prosecutor working for Boudin who said that she hid potentially exculpatory evidence from the defense attorneys representing a cop who was accused of excessive use of force. The prosecutor went public with her story, saying that she was ordered to withhold the evidence and feared that she would lose her job if she failed to comply. The chief of the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) said his department won’t work with the district at …

To combat climate change, boost U.S. industry and achieve operational advantages, the Defense Department has ambitious plans to transform its fleet of ground vehicles through the introduction of electric and hybrid-electric drive technologies. Automakers see major opportunities to help the military and win business.
Addressing what it calls the climate crisis is a top policy priority of the Biden administration.
“The department is committed to meeting the challenge by making significant changes in our use of energy and increasing our investments in clean energy technology,” Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks said in November during remarks at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
The Pentagon is developing a “sustainability plan,” part of which will be focused on developing a zero emissions non-tactical vehicle fleet.
“Currently the Department of Defense has about 170,000 non-tactical vehicles — the cars and trucks we use on our bases,” Hicks noted.
“That’s the largest fleet in the federal government, next to the …
