Nearly 2M Kids Left Schools

Would you believe that American families want their school-age children spending time in an actual school? As enrollment data continue to trickle in, evidence continues to mount that families have abandoned public schools in large numbers, for the second academic year running.

What’s more, Covid lockdowns and restrictions, coupled with a newfound awareness by parents of woke indoctrination in many public schools, have families embracing private educational options.

Public School Enrollment Down—Again

Last June, the federal Department of Education released preliminary enrollment data for the 2020–21 school year. That initial report showed a drop in public school enrollment of 3.8 percent over the previous school year of 2019–20. Since there were approximately 51.1 million children attending public schools in 2019–20, that’s an enrollment loss of nearly 2 million in just that one school year.

Biden’s Ambassador In Hot Water for Disturbing Photo with Man

Ambassadors usually do not have to announce they are against suicide bombers.

But for one Biden nominee, it turned out to be necessary.

In 2006, Amy Gutmann was the president of the University of Pennsylvania. During a Halloween party in her home, she posed for a photo with a student who was dressed as a terrorist.

The picture resurfaced after Gutmann was approved by the Senate on Feb. 8 to be President Joe Biden’s ambassador to Germany.

‘the biggest war in Europe since 1945’

Boris Johnson has warned that evidence suggests that Vladimir Putin is planning ‘the biggest war in Europe since 1945’ and said there are signs the plan has ‘in some senses’ begun.

The Prime Minister told the BBC’s Sophie Raworth that intelligence suggests Russia intends to launch an attack coming down from Belarus to encircle Ukraine’s capital Kiev — a city with a population of 2.8 million people.

Speaking after the Munich Security Conference, he said: ‘The plan that we’re seeing is for something that could be the biggest war in Europe since 1945 just in terms of sheer scale.’

His comments mirrored President Joe Biden warning that the US has reason to believe Russian forces ‘intend to attack’ Ukraine in the coming days, including targeting Kiev.

Mr Johnson also said that people needed to understand ‘the sheer cost in human life’ that such an invasion could ‘entail’, both for Ukrainians and Russians.

He added: ‘All the signs are that the plan has already in some senses begun.’

His stark warning came after he warned an invasion of Ukraine appear to be ‘in motion’ and could cause ‘the destruction of a democratic state’ and ‘the shock will echo around the world’.

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy seeks to meet with Putin to reach a diplomatic resolution to the ongoing crisis

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wants to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin so that they may find a resolution to the ongoing crisis and violence along their shared border, the Associated Press reported. “I don’t know what the president of the Russian Federation wants, so I am proposing a meeting,” Zelenskyy said during the Munich Security Conference. Zelenskyy affirmed that he is dedicated to finding a diplomatic solution to dissolve tensions between Ukraine and Russia. He said, “Ukraine will continue to follow only the diplomatic path for the sake of a peaceful settlement.” Zelenskyy made these statements just hours after separatist leaders in the eastern regions of Ukraine initiated a full military mobilization. Oath Keepers Leader Denied Bond After Findings…

Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes will remain in jail while he awaits trial on charges that he plotted with other members of his far-right militia group to attack the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2020, a federal judge ruled Friday.

U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta said federal prosecutors have presented ‘compelling if not strong’ evidence against Rhodes, who has been the group’s leader since its 2009 founding, including damning messages they say prove he ‘orchestrated the group’s assault on the Capitol.’

Mehta’s ruling came after prosecutors unveiled Rhodes’ messages on the Signal app, in which he called January 6 ‘the final nail in the coffin of our republic’ and allegedly instructed members of the far-right group to take part in the insurrection.

‘Be prepared for a major letdown on the 6th to the 8th, and be ready to do it ourselves,’ one message read.

Another said: ‘He must know that if he doesn’t act, we will. He has to understand that we will have no choice.’

Rhodes, 56, the leader of the anti-government group, was taken into custody by federal officials in Little Elm, Texas, in January, after a grand jury returned indictments against him and a core group of 10 Oath Keeper members.
