Justice May Be Coming for the 51 Who Signed the Intel Letter Against Hunter Biden Laptop

We saw the media do something very harmful when they sat on and suppressed the information about Hunter Biden’s laptop — something that was very important, but they did because they knew it would harm — and rightfully so — the political candidate that they preferred, Joe Biden.Twitter was so desperate to stop the story, they even suspended the Twitter account of the New York Post, the oldest continuously published, U.S. daily newspaper, and blocked the URL of the story, suspending people who dared to share it. They even locked the account of White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany, and locked the account of the Daily Caller’s Andrew Kerr for tweeting evidence that no, the laptop didn’t involve a hack. If you think about that, that was an unprecedented display of bias.
But on top of the bias of the media, you had a letter from 51 former intelligence officials including CIA Director …

Paying Attention Yet? Senate Blocks Aid For Small Businesses On Same Day They Passed $40 Billion For Ukraine

The Senate on Thursday blocked a $48 billion pandemic relief package for small businesses on the same day they greenlighted a $40 billion military, economic and humanitarian aid package for Ukraine.
The $48 billion package was designed to provide relief for restaurants, gyms, live entertainment venues, and other small businesses in the United States.
Senators voted in favor of holding a vote on the bill by a tally of 52–43, falling short of the 60-votes necessary to move it forward.
Just five Republicans – Lisa Murkowski (AK), Roy Blunt (MO), Susan Collins (ME), Bill Cassidy (LA), and one of the bill’s authors, Roger Wicker (MS) – voted in favor to invoke cloture.

BREAKING: Loudoun County school board begs court to shut down grand-jury probe into misconduct

Say, look who still doesn’t appreciate accountability and transparency! Following multiple instances of failures by the Loudoun County Public Schools to report sexual assault incidents on its campuses, the controversy over transparency and parental notification exploded into national politics. The attempts to cast parents as “domestic terrorists” for protesting at LCPS helped vault Republicans Glenn Youngkin to victory as governor and Jason Miyares as AG.The two soon ordered a grand-jury probe into LCPS violations, which Loudoun County now desperately wants to prevent:
The Loudoun County School Board is seeking a temporary injunction to prohibit any further actions by the special grand jury convened by Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares, WTOP has learned. …
In the new filing, Attorney Steven T. Webster, said Youngkin’s executive order exceeded the governor’s authority, by ordering Miyares to do a “full investigation” of LCPS, with a request that Miyares take any appropriate actions “to protect the citizens of the Commonwealth and hold accountable any individuals who have violated existing law or violated the rights of victims of crime.”
Virgin …

Republican Drops ID Bombshell On SCOTUS Leaker

The draft Supreme Court decision that overturns Roe v. Wade was leaked to Politico and published in part early this month. The left went insane and even became violent over the news.

When the final ruling comes down, there will be even more violence incited by the left.

Democrats hope to influence the justices through violence to change the outcome of the decision. They are also using the leak to motivate their base to vote in November as the midterms are predicted to be a bloodbath for them… KEEP READING»>

Reluctant Witness Devastates Defense Claims In Special Counsel Case

Former FBI General Counsel James Baker felt responsible for dragging his friend Michael Sussmann “into a maelstrom,” yet remained “100 percent confident” that Sussmann had claimed, when providing Baker the Alfa Bank “intel,” that he was not there “on behalf of any particular client.” Baker’s testimony yesterday in United States v. Sussmann proved devasting to the former Hillary Clinton campaign attorney both in substance and in circumstance.

The indictment charged Sussmann with violating Section 1001 of the federal criminal code by telling Baker he was passing on the Alfa Bank information as a concerned citizen, not on behalf of any client, when in fact Sussmann represented both the Clinton campaign and tech executive Rodney Joffe. Earlier this week, during opening arguments, Sussmann’s legal team told the jury that prosecuto …

Sussmann Judge Rejects Prosecutors’ Protests

U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper denied a request by special counsel John Durham’s team of prosecutors to remove a juror who’s daughter competes on the same high school sports team as the defendant’s.A woman identified as juror #5 told Cooper on Thursday that she recently discovered that her daughter competes with cybersecurity attorney Michael Sussmann’s daughter on their high school crew team. The juror said she was unaware of the connection when she was filling out her jury questionnaire last week and that the two girls, separated by a three-year age gap, are not close, according to The Washington Times. The juror said that she had never met Sussmann or his wife, and thought she could be an impartial juror despite the connection. The judge agreed, voicing disappointment that the issue couldn’t have been brought to light earlier, but saying that the juror’s willingness t …

SCIENTISTS BLAST CDC

U.S Surgeon General Vivek Murthy recently asked the public how COVID-19 misinformation “in the digital information environment” had affected health outcomes, trust in the healthcare system and “likelihood to vaccinate,” among other issues.

According to vaccine and healthcare policy experts who joined with Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita, the misinformation is coming from inside the house.

They filed a comment in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) proceeding, accusing the CDC and other health organizations of promoting falsehoods and shoddy research that “shattered the public’s trust in science and public health,” which will “take decades to repair.”

Rokita and epidemiologists Jay Bhattacharya of Stanford School of Medicine and Martin Kulldorff, formerly of Harvard Medical School, also took aim at official government figures for COVID deaths that are repeatedly cited in the media.

“The government spent close to $5 trillion fighting COVID-19, but still can’t provide Hoosiers with an accurate number of deaths or hospitalizations from COVID-19,” Rokita said in a press release.

Roe reversal would cut training of abortion providers

A decision from the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade would also have the indirect effect of shrinking the pipeline of trained abortion providers.
More than half of states are prepared to ban abortion outright if the majority-conservative Supreme Court rules to overturn Roe, the 1973 decision legalizing abortion nationwide, which would also shut down all abortion training programs in those states.
FDA HEAD GRILLED BY MEMBERS OF BOTH PARTIES ON BABY FORMULA SHORTAGE CRISIS
“We’re anticipating with the fall of Roe that 26 states that have essentially trigger laws will make abortion illegal, and along with that there are going to be a huge loss in training environments and training sites for all providers,” said Dr. Suzan Goodman, who directs the California-based TEACH abortion training curriculum used to train nurse practitioners, midwives, and physician assistants nationwide.
Doctors receive that training as part of their residency programs, though it is not a requirement. Nurse practitioners, midwives, and physician assistants, also known as advanced practice clinicians, receive clinical abortion training on the job through training programs at their universities or with abortion-specific training programs alongside physicians, residents, and medical students.

Behind Twitter’s ‘Crisis Misinformation Policy’

Twitter’s pick to stop the spread of misinformation in times of crisis has a history of pushing falsehoods.
Yoel Roth, the head of Twitter’s safety and integrity unit, unveiled the site’s “crisis misinformation policy” on Thursday. In a blog post, Roth outlined how Twitter will place warning labels on tweets deemed to contain misinformation and prevent them from being “amplified or recommended” in times of armed conflict, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.
Roth is a questionable pick to launch the policy, given his own track record with misinformation. Roth oversaw Twitter’s decision to block the sharing of an October 2020 New York Post report on emails from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop. Roth told the Federal Election Commission he made the decision based on “rumors” shared by the United States government’s intelligence community that the Russian government might release materials hacked from Hunter Biden.
There has been no credible evidence th …

Putin’s gas hike? Josh Hawley grills Energy sec

On Thursday, Sen. Josh Hawley grilled Biden’s Energy Secretary for blaming high gas prices on Putin. As gas prices continue to rise across the nation, there has been much debate regarding who to blame, with the Biden administration repeatedly deflecting blame onto Putin, a move that has been criticized by Republicans. Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm took part in Thursday’s hearing with the Senate Armed Services Committee, in which Hawley pressed Granholm on the rising price of gas, asking what the Biden administration plans to do to lower costs for consumers.“I’m sure you’ve seen the reporting this morning,” Sen. Hawley began, “that now AAA is projecting that gas prices will hit a national average, average, of $6 a gallon by the month of August. Is this acceptable to you?”“No, it is not,” Sec. Granholm replied, “and you can thank the activity of Vladimir Putin for invading Ukraine and pulling us–.“Oh nonsense,” Sen. Hawley interrupted. “With all due respect, Madam Secretary, that’s utter nonsense.“He then explained that prices had been on the rise for months, long before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.“In January of 2021, the average gas price in my state was $2.07. Eight months later, eight months later, long before Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine, that price was up over 30 percent, and has been going up cons …
