Murshidabad—A Historical Adventure! || Part 1: Introduction

History forms the essence of India with its rich heritage, culture, tradition and so many untold stories. No wonder historical places are so famous in the country with a lot to offer to its visitors. I’m too a history lover and I love to explore the places of historical origin as well as learn the stories that they entail.

So, I planned for a short trip to Murshidabad, just to spend some time away from the chaos of everyday rush and escape into the relics of history. Plus, three days’ holiday...

Like a wilted leaf
I fell from the tree

And dropped down hard
on the cracked soil;

driving along the dark
