Shana Tovah!
Shalom and Howdy everyone!
Ruby Mae here! Just wanted to drop by and say Shana Tovah to all of you! That means, Have a good year, in Hebrew.
Today, at sunset, begins the Jewish New Year. A day of sweet fun and reflection. It’s a time to reflect on our past and seek forgiveness from those we’ve wronged and from God for our many mistakes. It’s a time to resolve to live closer to God in the new year.
Some traditons include dipping apples in honey and eating other sweet dishes to symbolize a sweet new year. Also, Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New year, is know as the Feast of Trumpets. So blowing the Shofar is another fun tradition and command that serves as a spiritual wake up call to draw closer to God and far from our sinful habits.
So may you all have a good and sweet new year, Shana Tovah Umi Tukah, and draw closer to God!
Many Blessings,
Ruby Mae

Long Time No Post… I’m Back!
Shalom and Howdy, Everyone!
Ruby Mae here! I know it’s been a while since my last post. So, I’ll try to make it a good one. I’ve been busy since my last post, what with writing my novels and such. Anywho, on to today’s post.
I read a book recently called Double Deception, by Terri Reed. It was a really good book. Both the hero and the heroine were struggling with a sense of betrayal due to previous relationships. Which, in turn, left them with trust issues toward each other.
I’m wondering, how many of our relationships are experiencing trust issues due to things that happened in the past? How many of us have felt betrayed by someone we trusted before? I’m sure all of us have at some time or another to some extent. Maybe it’s something as innocent as the loss of a loved one and you feel betrayed because they left you too soon. Maybe a friend didn’t treat you fairly or a sibling took someone else’s side rather than standing next to you.
Now, for my next question. How many of us, because of these past incidents, have allowed our trust in God to falter? Have we somehow blamed God for those hurtful times? Do we believe He is unworthy of our trust?
I’m here to tell you, God never changes. He loves you with all His heart. If He didn’t He surely wouldn’t have sent His only begotten Son to die for you. God sent Yeshua(Jesus) to this earth to pay the price for our sins. Christ shed His precious blood on a cross on Calvary’s hill nearly 2000 years ago. The God who did that loves you too much to turn His back on you. A God who loves us that much, my friend, is definitely worthy of our trust. And not just part of our trust. God is worthy of our complete trust. He desires us to place our whole life into His capable hands.
Friend, don’t hold yourself back from God. He loves you more than you can possibly imagine. Anything in your past is not God’s fault. All things work together for good to those who love God. We may not see the whole picture yet, and maybe we never will until we go to heaven. But God sees the whole picture and, trust me, it’s a masterpiece.
Look at it this way, we’re staring at a painted canvas of a scenery. But the canvas is so close to us, all the brush strokes appear to be smudges and smears all in the wrong places.

Because, we’re only seeing a small part, right? But, if we were to take a few steps back, the whole picture comes into focus and we see the beautiful scene.[image error]
That’s the way it is with our life. We’re too close to see it all at once. Everything seems all wrong at times. But then God pulls us a step back. We see a bigger part of the picture and see that those strokes were right all along. That’s how amazing God is. Our life is the canvas on which God paints His masterpiece. But only if you belong to Him.
If you’ve never given God your heart and asked Him to save you, won’t you do so today? Tomorrow may be too late. It definitely isn’t promised. Contact me today, if you have any questions or need help in understanding how to receive God’s free gift of Salvation.
Many Blessings and Shalom, Friends,
Ruby Mae

PLEASE HELP!!!
Howdy and Shalom, everyone!
I’m here today to ask everyone for some serious help! There’s this family in Texas going through some seriously sad and frankly, sick circumstances right now and they need our help. It’s about a boy named James whose mom is trying to force him to be a girl! His dad is Christian and fully against it, but he doesn’t have the financial support needed to fight this. If the court rules in his wife’s favor, James’ dad will be forced to pay for the surgery or face jail time while losing his parental rights. For the full story, please see this website: https://savejames.com
You can help fight this by signing this petition. You can also help by helping raise funds to fight this in court by buying and wearing a Save James T-shirt. If nothing else, though, please pray for this family and reblog this post and encourage others to do the same!
PLEASE HELP SAVE JAMES AND THOUSANDS OF OTHER KIDS FROM THIS HORRIFIC ORRDEAL! HELP SPREAD THE WORD AND PUT A STOP TO THIS!
For further reading, please check out this website to see what this hospital is doing/planning to do to James and other kids like him: GENECIS

Happy New Year!
Blessing to all of you! Ruby Mae here! Wow, another year is gone and a new year has arrived. Where does the time go? It seems like just yesterday when we were celebrating the arrival of 2018. And now, 2018 has bit the dust.
2019 has started. A new year full of possibilities and blessing awaiting us. A new year offering a new start to do things right and well pleasing to Yahweh(LORD/I Am That I Am). I new year and another chance for those who are lost to get saved by accepting Yeshua’s(Jesus’) free gift of Salvation offered to
all man kind, regardless of what they’ve done in the past.
Friend, have you received the Ultimate Treasure? Have you given Yeshua(Jesus) your heart and whole life? Do you know where you’ll spend eternity if you took your final breath this very moment?
If you’ve answered no to any and all of the above questions, let me tell you, Yeshua(Jesus) is ready, able, and longing to forgive you and welcome you into His warm embrace. No matter what you’ve done in your past, Yeshua(Jesus) died for you. He paid the ultimate price to give you a chance to live forever with Him in heaven. He shed His precious blood and rose again to give you life and to give to you more abundantly in heaven. But you must accept it.
To accept Him, you must:
A: Admit you’re a sinner, for there are none righteous, no not one.
B: Believe Yeshua(Jesus) came to earth, died on the cross, and rose again the third day, all because of His great love for you.
C: Confess your sins to Him and repent of them. You must humbly ask His forgiveness and live life as righteously as humanly possible. We’re still gonna mess up, but we must try to avoid sin. When we fall short, we must seek His forgiveness and try even harder.
Lastly: Ask Yeshua(Jesus) to come into your heart and save you. Surrender your whole heart and life into His hands.
If you do this, and mean it with all of your heart, you will be a child of the living God. That, my friend, is the Ultimate Treasure. Please, claim it before it’s too late. Our life is fleeting and we’re not promised our next breath. Don’t take chances with your soul. Get right with Yeshua(Jesus) today. There’s no better way to start off the new year than by giving your life and heart to God. The faster you accept Him, the faster He can work through you and richly bless your life.
May you all come to know Yeshua HaMeshiach(Jesus Christ) as your Lord and Savior!
Many Blessings and Happy New Year,
Ruby Mae

Book Review: Dandelion Dust
Howdy and Shalom!
Hey everyone! Today I would like to share a novella I’ve read recently called Dandelion Dust by Faith Pots. Faith Pots is a teenage writer with a great talent. This story is very heartfelt and shows the importance of relying on God and keeping the faith among tradgedy.
As we all know, this is a very important lesson for Christians. We all find it so easy to trust God when everything is going our way. But throw in a little fear, heartache, or something depressing and we all find it so hard to hold on to our faith. Am I right?
Anyway, I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a good Christain romance with young lovers. This book twists romance, tradgedy, drama, and faith into a nice story. I give it four stars!
I received a complimentary copy of this book from Stellae Books. A positive review was not required. These are my honest thoughts and opinions.

Time To Pray
Howdy and Shalom, everyone!
Ruby Mae here! Today, I want to talk about prayer. Prayer is one of the most powerful tools we, as Christians, can possess. It’s our direct line to God. In today’s world, prayer is often overlooked and forgotten. I know this because I too, make this mistake much too often. I’m trying to change that and strengthen my prayer life instead. I’m hoping this will encourage you all to do the same.
I’m starting a new self-motivated challenge to bring my prayer life back up to par.
I plan to spend at least 10 minutes with God first thing in the morning and before I go to bed at night for the first week.
The second and third week I plan to add an additional 10 minutes to both prayer times.
The fourth and so on, I plan to add an additional 5 minutes until I’m spending a minimum of an hour both in the morning and evening with God in prayer.
I’m not putting a maximum because the more time spent with God is that much more a blessing to my life.
I would like to ask you all to pray for me and if you have any prayer request you’d like me to pray for, let me know either in the comments or privately by clicking HERE!
Many Blessings,
Ruby Mae
