The Kaddish Revelation
When a Jewish person dies, we recite the Kaddish. It’s known as the prayer for the dead, or the mourner’s prayer. It says this: Magnify and sanctify His great name. Blessed, praised, glorified, exalted, honored, magnified, extolled and lauded be the Holy One, blessed be He. There’s nothing about death in it, it’s all a hymn of praise. We need to praise God always, even when we’re hurt or sorrowful. When you’re down, lost or everything is going against you, magnify Him anyway, and you’ll be blessed. In times of death, there’s no mention of death in the prayer, only praise for God. This means that no matter what your problem is, don’t get wrapped up in it. The answer to the problem isn’t in the problem, it’s in praising God. The more time you spend dwelling on your problems, the more time you’re going to be in your problems. Praise God and your life will be filled with blessings. Bless God at all times. Praise Him in the valley and you’ll end up praising Him on the mountain tops, too. That’s the lesson of the Kaddish.

A Place of Blossoming
For 2,000 years the land of Israel became known as a land that couldn’t be farmed. People tried, but it was barren. Then starting at the end of the 19th century, Jewish people began returning to their land. It was prophesied by the Hebrew prophets that the land would blossom like a rose in the desert. Miraculously, the Jewish people farmed a desert and produced a Garden of Eden, exporting flowers and produce all over the world. How could the Jewish people, not known to be farmers – become the greatest of farmers in this barren land? Because they were brought back to where they belonged, in the will and place of God. If your life isn’t bearing the fruit that you know God called you to, the chances are you’re not in God’s will. Whatever change you have to make, whatever repentance, whatever you need to do to answer that call, do it. Because when you’re back in the center of God’s will, that desert is going to bloom in your life like the Garden of Eden. Whatever you touch will blossom. Just get back and get into God’s will.

Be Ye First Fruitful
We’re called to be fruitful. But did you know we’re called to be first fruitful? In Hebrew, bikkurim means “first fruits.” The day of bikkurim is when the first fruits would be lifted up from the earth. Messiah rose on “first fruits” because His resurrection is the first fruits from the dead. It had never been done before. Messiah gives you the power not just to be fruitful, but to be first fruitful. That means you can bear fruit when you have never born fruit before. When nobody loves you, you can bear the first fruit of love. When no one’s reaching out to you, be first fruitful and reach out to them. When everyone’s negative, where there’s no reason to rejoice, you be first fruitful and rejoice. Have peace and praise anyway. Our new life begins in the tomb, when there was no reason for Messiah to come alive. So you have the same power to bear fruit when there’s no reason. You’ve heard, “be fruitful;” but now I give you a new commandment. Don’t just be fruitful; learn the secret of becoming first fruitful. Bear that fruit anyway.
From Message #613 – The Bikoreem
Scripture: Colossians 1:10
TODAY’S MISSION – Look for opportunities today to be first fruitful for the Lord. Don’t react but act upon. Don’t wait for the good, shine the good.

He Makes You Kosher
Rabbis oversee the certifying of kosher food and making sure that it’s clean. Yeshua, Jesus was a rabbi. But He is not just a rabbi, He’s the greatest Rabbi – He’s the Rabbi of the universe, the cosmic Rabbi. He’s so great, He takes what’s not kosher and makes it kosher. We’re all un-kosher, even the best of us are unclean and unholy, but the amazing thing is that Messiah takes us and declares us kosher. He takes the depressed and he declares them joyful. He takes the failures and declares them victorious, the guilty He declares innocent, the messed up He declares perfect. Messiah declares you kosher. Believe it even before you see it, because you may not look like it. Your life may still look messed up, but believe Him. You may not look holy, but through Messiah’s blood you are made holy. It’s about Him, the Rabbi of rabbis. Before you see it, it will be. He has declared you kosher. Live like it, think like it, act like it, live a kosher life because you have now become rabbinically approved.

TODAY’S MISSION – Look at yourself in the mirror today and tell yourself who you are in Messiah.

Hey, Howdy, Hey! New Book Updates Today!
Shalom, Readers!
Danielle here with an important and exciting announcement. I am working on the first book of a series titled, Faith in the Valley. I do not have a title for this book yet, but I’m sure Yahovah will bless me with ideas in His perfect time. These novels will feature Elohim first and foremost, for my heart’s desire is to use this gift of writing to glorify my Messiah in either bringing my readers to Him or closer to Him in their relationship, through these faith-based stories.
Yahovah willing, I will be posting weekly updates. I want to share this journey with all of you; from the initial writing process to publication. I know it’s going to be a fun adventure!
These novels will feature the Messianic(Of the Messiah) Faith. What that means is, the characters will use the Hebrew names of Elohim(God), keep the Biblical Feasts, the weekly Shabbat(Saturday), etc… All as my family and I do in order to follow Yahovah as close as possible. I’ll be posting more details in the upcoming weeks.
Another announcement, I’m sure most of you have noticed the weekday devotionals. These are not written by me. These are are called Sapphires and they’re sent to me via email every weekday. They are written by Pastor/Rabbi Jonathan Cahn and are each taken from one of his sermons. They have been such a blessing to me and I wanted to share them with you.
One more thing. Yahovah willing, this is the plan for my blog. I will post book updates and/or personal posts every Sunday, a Sapphire every weekday, and the weekly Torah portion every Shabbat (Written before Shabbat and scheduled for automatic posting since I don’t work on Shabbat).
Until next time!
Many Blessings and Shalom,
DanielleJanuary 19, 2024

There’s Nobody Home
Some people have answering machines that say, -I’m sorry, I’m not home right now,- when in truth, they’re sitting next to the machine listening and judging the callers, deciding whether or not to answer. The problem is that we do the same thing with God. God’s calling us and we don’t answer, pretending that we’re not home. What does -I have a calling’ mean? You can’t have a calling unless someone is calling you. If God is calling you, then you need to answer Him and step out. Repent; do whatever you must do to obey. Take the first step of your journey- He’s calling you. You’ve heard His voice in your heart, in the tugging of your spirit. It’s His Spirit on your spirit. Don’t just sit there, letting it pass you by- answer the call of God and say, -I’m sorry, I’m home, I’m here, I do hear you, and the answer is yes. I repent.- The call of God is too important to let it pass you by and end up on a spiritual answering machine.

TODAY’S MISSION – Listen today for His voice, His whispers, and His calling and answer it right away.

God’s Invisible Hand
In the Book of Esther, even though the name of God isn’t mentioned even once the presence of God is evident in every event; though seeming at times to be out of control, exactly on track, guided by the hand of God. There are times when we don’t feel assured of His presence in the events of our lives. The fact is, even when you can’t see or feel Him, He’s there. When it seems as if He’s abandoned you, He’s always faithful. Even when Messiah cried out, My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me, God wasn’t absent; it was God crying out. When you cry out, -Where are you God?- God cries out with you. We know the God of Exodus, of Judgments, Miracles, Passovers, Red Seas, and thundering Mountains, but we also need to know the God of the Book of Esther. He’s the One who may seem absent in our moments of crisis but is there in every event, speaking in the invisible burning bushes; moving in the quiet Passovers and bringing His people to the Promised Land through hidden Red Seas.

Scripture: Romans 1:20
TODAY’S MISSION – When you don’t feel His presence, speak the Word over yourself, – my God will never leave me or forsake me.

Living Inside the Triunity
God contains everything. God is one, and yet triune, the Father, the Son, and the Spirit. That means that God can even pray to God – and God can answer those prayers. God can call to God. God can seek God, and thank God, and praise God. So because God is triune, He can even know what it is to know God. And what that means is that when you worship God, God is worshiping God with you. When you pray, God is praying to God with you. When you feel far from God, God is with you feeling far from God as well. That’s why He’s called Immanuel – God is with us – in everything. When you’re feeling down, or weak, He’s feeling down with you – So you’re never alone. There’s nothing in your life that’s outside of Him. So share everything with Him just as He shares everything with you. Move in His moving, love in His loving, worship in His worshiping, pray in His praying, rejoice in His joy, love in His loving. God is even more than you think He is. He’s so awesome- He’s All in All.
Sapphire From Jonathan Cahn’s Message #719 – God Our Brother
Scripture: Psalm 139:7-12
TODAY’S MISSION – Today, not only spend time worshiping God, but worship from God, in the midst of the love of the Father and the Son.

The Lightness of The Priesthood
1 Peter 2:9 calls you a royal priesthood. Priests in Hebrew is kohanim. In Messiah, you’re one of God’s kohanim – the spiritual version of the priests of Israel. All the tribes of Israel had an inheritance in the land, except for Levi and particularly the kohanim – the priests. They alone had no inheritance, no real estate. The reason is God wanted them to be unattached and free to serve Him, worship Him, and to have their hearts on Him. Numbers 18:20 says, “For I shall be their inheritance.” God was their inheritance. That’s true for you, if you’re His priest. You have no inheritance in this world- your possessions and riches aren’t here. As a priest of God, you can’t get so attached and weighed down by things; God wants you free, so you can serve and glorify Him. God called you higher and above this world to serve Him, do His will, enter His presence, and know His glory. Live your true calling as a priest of God, because He has called you for something much greater than this world. God Himself is your inheritance.
Sapphire From Jonathan Cahn’s Message #658 – The Call of the Kohanim
Scripture: Matthew 6:24
TODAY’S MISSION – Let go of that attachment that is weighing you down. Then serve the Lord today in the freedom and lightness of your priesthood.
