Geniuses of Transformation: Cristina Smith
Mental stimulation is one of the many ways to prevent Alzheimer's and dementia. Cristina Smith has created a series of ebooks called Yoga for the Brain, which help to exercise the brain and keep it in shape. Cristina makes no clinical claims for her Sudoku puzzles, but I figure, anything that exercises the brain and helps it to stay healthy and fit has got to be a good thing.
