It helps to put my bare feet on the ground for awhile and let the earth comfort and nourish me. I cry and then sigh to release the sadness for as many breathes as it takes. When I feel at a place of peace with my sadness, I write.

Whatever wants to come out- a poem, a picture, a teardrop on the page, a journal type description or a story or... I allow it to flow through me and out onto paper or phone notes or document until it is done. Writing like this helps me release, honor and understand my sadness.

Later I will reread it and appreciate that time as another step along the path of my life.

“Many of us have had Oracle experiences, though we may not have called them that.
Have you had the feeling there’s a guardian angel looking out for you? Or heard an inner
voice that is not your own? Gotten a profound insight that you would not have otherwise
considered? Had your prayers answered? Especially in an unexpected way? These are a
few of the ways that the invisible world guides us.”
