Geniuses of Transformation: Dr. Joyce Morley Ball

Dr. Joyce Morley Ball was brought up with certain values, including the importance of education, and the need for Black/African American people to own land. She persisted despite heartbreaking repairs needed to her home, and never lost her faith.  In time, she won out. In her book, Seeds for the Harvest of a Lifetime, she sets out the principles by which she leads her life.

Geniuses of Transformation: Cristina Smith

Mental stimulation is one of the many ways to prevent Alzheimer's and dementia.

Cristina Smith has created a series of ebooks called Yoga for the Brain, which help to exercise the brain and keep it in shape. Cristina makes no clinical claims for her Sudoku puzzles, but I figure, anything that exercises the brain and helps it to stay healthy and fit has got to be a good thing.
